Kiara and Kion had come looking for their mom after waking and seeing she had not been in the den of Pride Rock sleeping with them. They found her and saw the other two cubs with her. When Nala awoke the next morning, after unbirthing her four cubs, she looked down to see that the unbirthing was successful, with her teats swollen and flowing with milk. She figured Zuri and Tifu could be nursed so that her milk wasn't overflowing til her cubs were born. For now, she was just happy to feel her little ones moving in her tummy. Most likely play wrestling with each other inside.
