He hates being interrupted of his rambles, mainly by Star, often leading him to hit Star upside the head. He is best friends with Nikki and Star, often supporting and, when Steele is not present, disapproval with them. He is kinky (formerly), arrogant (formerly), loud-mouthed, testy, abusive (formerly), grouchy, kind-hearted (currently), affectionate (currently), lovable (currently), thoughtful (currently), athletic and good-hearted\n\n2) Nikki Personality: Nikki at times seems like the last dog to be running on the sled team. However, he is quite fast and manages well. He is one of the trios of dogs that hang together. Not much is known about Nikki, except that he's quite straightforward and sometimes likes to make jokes, like in the scene where Steele and Balto are squaring off about taking the medicine, he makes a bet with Kaltag two bones if Steele wins. His New York accent adds a unique quality to Nikki, which none of the other dogs have. He's narcissistic (formerly), intelligent, kinky (formerly), kooky (formerly), impolite (formerly), nice (currently), irascible, kind-hearted (currently), knowledgeable and independent. \n\n3) Star Personality: Small, meek, and timid, he is often picked on and bullied. No one pays Star any mind unless it's to physically hurt him in some way. One could argue if he's even friends with Kaltag and Nikki, as they never talk to him. His presence in the trio seems to be barely tolerated, and he probably hangs out with Kaltag and Nikki for status and protection. It's clear in the movie that besides Jenna and Rosy, Star doesn't hate Balto as the others do, in fact he seems to have the most faith in Balto, like during the square off between Balto and Steele, Star is the first to speak up for Balto, pointing out that he's only trying to help, and after Steele's fall, he's the first to show Balto support. He is silly, trusting, affectionate (currently), respectful, sinister (briefly), teasing (formerly), annoying (formerly) and rowdy (formerly). \n\nDon't worry did the same thing with Steele over this Personality: The most famous dog in Nome, Steele takes pride in his popularity amongst both the village humans and the dogs, often showing off in front of his admirers. He is incredibly arrogant, often swaggering up to females in the hopes of impressing them with nothing but his looks and reputation. His occupation is highly motivated by fame among both human and animals around Nome. \n\nHe also likes Jenna, but she sees through his lies and loves Balto the pure-hearted instead, which further \nstrengthens Steele's hatred and jealousy of Balto. He is also dishonest, claiming that Balto and the rest of the team had died, but at the end of the film, when everyone finds out, all of his lies cause him to be shunned and disliked by those who used to respect him. He is mean and sarcastic when he gets on Balto's nerves. He is sneaky, treacherous, envious, extroverted, loathsome, eccentric, temperamental, empathetic, egotistical, very talkative, somewhat of a pervert and energetic as well. He is also heartless, as he prevents Balto and the sled team from returning with the medicine, not caring that the children will die if the medicine isn't delivered. \n\nI don't think Steele, Nikki, Star, Kaltag would Murder, Forced Sex, etc. In my opinion Balto Fandom, other people ruined Steele, Nikki, Star, Kaltag start to finish in pure form.
