After the years when Joe was taken in and claimed by his rightful master, Cyrus. The dragon and his wolf slave had spent the coming years training and molding, while the rat and his wolf do the same as well.
Juke works on series of projects and serums to perfect his goal and ambitions, he managed to finish one of his promontories, a important prototype to complete his slave, Keino, as knowing this day finally arrives, The dragon world lord have set up the final steps to enhance this progress before using it on the wolf servant.
When nightfall approaches, Juke had ordered his slave to come into the laboratory chambers, as it's time for Keino to completely move into the final step of his training to become fully the dragon's true slave. As the wolf arrived and readies himself for the next order from his dragon master.

Juke has then gotten on to his slave's back and holds him down, as he hovers over the pain inflected wolf, as he looks back to his strong master's cold but warm inducing eyes, slowly calming the canine slave, but keeping him in control as he speeds up the transformation progress of the serum, as the wolf started to grow horns on his head.
"The serum I've injected you with would taken a long while to turn you into a true being, a dragon fledgling, my real boy.. so i modify the contents within the chemical, if i used my ring's powers as well, your soul will become as i desire you to be, rapidly completing you and your changes... Now.. Look into the mirror and enjoy the final minutes of being a wolf you were born as!"
As said, Keino looks into the mirror, seeing his whole body change, shift, and becoming different. His nose shifts into a dragon snout, as a horn grows out, a secondary color slowly appears as his fur engulfs into his body, while scales appear in place of where the fur used to be.
The tattoos and color remains, but the under part of the body shifts into a lighter brown color, while the fuzzy wolf ears descends and molds into scaly dragon ears, nearing the end of Keino's transformation, the young newly dragon sprouts wings, a thing that Juke doesn't have. The dragon wings appears at will, as now it random appear due to the stress and transformation Keino is going through.
Juke enjoys the warmness of Keino's ass as all along, the thick rod was inside the young one's hole, while he feels the transformation that his slave was undergoing, as finally the wolf is now a dragon like his master.

"If good things happen... maybe... I could.. take him in as well, and make him into a dragon as well, so my slave won't be lonely too much.. if considered one day. Maybe..." Lifting Keino's hopes, Juke may do something for his slave, but maybe.
Keino smiles a bit and gets in place to follow the next order of his daily servitude, Juke smirks at the sight of his dragon slave ready for the next task, as they both walk out of the lab, the doors behind em closed.
The order of the world lords is strict among the other lords, if Juke wishes to take Cyrus's slave away and turn him, things could happen, chaotic things.. Will the dragon lord stir a hot pan of trouble? Stay tuned!
