“There you two are. Come on, we gotta get this done tonight,” Adam said. Standing outside on his porch were Jake and Windsor. The two of them invited so they could all finally work on the project they were assigned to work on together. 

It was kinda of late and Adam was given permission to let them stay over the night while his mother was out. The project was due the very next day and they hadn’t even begun to work on it. Jake was tasked with coming up with the subject but the spidermonkey had been putting it off for a while. 

“Jake, please tell me you’ve finally come up with something!” Adam all but pleaded when they were all gathered in his bedroom. 

“Sorry Adam, I’ve thought about it but nothing came to mind,” the monkey lied. He hadn’t given the project the slightest thought aside from being asked by his best friend from time to time. In fact, he wasn’t very concerned about the project anyways, his grades already tanking. 

“Oh man...” Adamn whined. He really needed this project done. It would mean the difference between him passing or failing the entire class.. “What are we gonna do now?” 

“If I may,” Windsor said, getting the attention of his smaller friends. “I have an idea that’s rather simple but effective...” 

“Well, tell us already!” Adam responded, being all but desperate at this point. 

“We have in this very room three different species of primate: one human, one spidermonkey and yours truly. How about we list the many differences and similarities shared between the three of us.” 

“Winsdor! That’s genius!” Adam perked up, hope surging through him again. 

“Naturally,” Windsor responded, grinning a bit. 

The next few hours were spent designing a poster. They used facts from some books that Windsor brought. If it weren’t for the group requirement, the gorilla would have done the entire thing himself. But it was good to have the workload split among each other. Most of the research was left to Windsor and Adam while Jake did the designing and jotting down of their facts. It spared the spidermonkey doing any boring reading and it also spared the other two any of his antics that usually sprung up when Jake got bored. 

Adam was adamant on them not rushing anything so they worked late into the night. Having plenty of snacks around kept them from going hungry and the sugar kept them going strong. Things were coming together and after a bit more, the three of them were sighing in relief. The project was finally completed. It was a quality product that they managed to finish in less than a day. 

While Adam and Windsor were ready to call it a night, Jake was eyeing the poster. He felt that something was missing. 

“Hmm... I think drawing each species above their facts would be the icing on top of the cake,” he figured. Going along with this, he grabbed one of the books and began to flip through it. 

“What the...?!” Jake exclaimed, getting the attention of his friends. 

“What? What is it?” Adam asked. 

“This picture!” Jake huffed before throwing the book down. The pages were all about the spidermonkey, showing off their body as well. “This is a complete joke!” 

“What’s wrong with it?” Adam dared to ask. 

“Our butts are much bigger and sexier than what it shows. And our dicks are bigger too!” Jake explained. Looking closer, Adam did notice that the illustration detailed every part of the spidermonkey, including what was clearly a penis and a pair of balls. The illustration on the other page showed the other side. 

Surprisingly Adam had to agree that the drawing was off when it came to the backside. Of course he knew this because of all the extensive time spent with Jake. From the moment the two of them met, he was given a good look at more bare monkey butt than he would ever admit. All the same... 

“Jake. Language,” Adam groaned. 

“What? We’re not at school and you’re mom’s not here anyways,” Jake shrugged. 

The boy rolled his eyes and took a closer look at the pages. “Okay, I can admit the butt’s pretty small but the...front doesn’t look that bad.”

“That’s because you’ve never seen it. I can get away with showing off my ass but the school has a zero tolerance for showing off anything between our legs. It’s covered with either clothes or fur or feathers or whatever,” Jake explained. 

That was something that Adam hadn’t ever noticed. But when thinking about it, he could recall a few students that didn’t wear pants and yet had nothing hanging out in the front. 

“Look. We’re all guys here. I’m gonna whip it out and you tell me if it’s accurate,” Jake said boldly, already reaching his hands down to part his crotch fur. 

“Jake!” Adam exclaimed, lifting the book to avert his gaze. But Windsor grabbed it. And hummed as he looked at Jake’s exposed maleness. His gaze went back and forth between the illustrated and living spidermonkey. 

“Jake’s right. He is bigger,” Windsor confirmed. 

“Huh?” Adam gasped, daring to open his eyes. He could see the gorilla openly looking at the exposed monkey. 

“Ah come on Adam, it's nothing you haven’t seen before,” Jake chuckled. 

“Actually you’re thinking of the two of us, Jake,” Windsor pointed out. 

“Oh right...” 

“Wait, you mean you’ve seen each other’s...” Adam asked. 

“Yep. Guess you’re the odd man out. We’ve even seen Slips’.” Jake admitted rather casually. “Alright, let’s do you Windsor.” 

“Oh goody...” the gorilla said. Jake was flipping through pages until he found a set of illustrations displaying the gorilla body in full. 

“It is silverback, right?” Windsor asked when getting out of his pants and underwear. 

“Oh right...” Jake muttered, turning a few more pages. “There!” 

Adam watched from a small distance as the two compared Windsor’s flaccid gorillahood to the drawing.

“Whoa, you got it beat by a mile!” Jake praised, showing it to the much bigger male. 

“Hmm...” Windsor mused, a small smile spreading across his face. 

“Alright, Adam. You’re turn!” Jake said, getting the human boy to go wide eyed. He was flipping through the book again and found the section on humans. 

“Guys, I don’t know about...” 

“Come on, Adam. We’re your best friends. We’re not gonna tell anybody. Besides it’s about time you stop being so wishywashy and just have some fun,” Jake said. 

Adam was taken aback. Windsor and Jake were both out and proud, leaving him the only one out. He took in what the spidermonkey said to him. They were all alone and his mom would be gone into the morning. There was really nothing stopping them and he trusted Jake’s word of not telling anyone...

“A-alright,” Adam relented. He took a deep breath and began taking his pants off.
