Whilst Magni was grateful for being rescued from that car accident in the forest, and being taken care of till his injuries healed, there was this strange air of suspicion about the older male. Even when Somei was more than happy to make soup, and tend to the injured snakeman, Magni found it too perfect, too nice. But he couldn't deny that with no car, and his wounds, he had little other choice but to stay in Somei's forest cottage, in the middle of nowhere. In fact, he first thought himself lucky to not have frozen to death in a forest so far away from the city.\n\nSure, he could understand that none of Somei's clothes fit him, and all Magni had was the red thong he wore. He also could see why he was vehemently told to never wander too far into the snowy forests outside, but Somei's behaviour towards him grew too intimate and forced. And across multiple nights, he would see Somei's room still lit, and a strange shifting noise and Somei mumbling something. It all would lead to a point where he was well enough to walk, and yet Somei insisted on him staying for another week to be sure. Somei became onverly assertive, almost obsessive even, and Magni decided that this hospitality was only a mask for something else.\n\nThe older male's actions turned forceful one night, with threats of locking him in his room. The argument turned heated, and Magni decided that he had to escape, seeing Somei suddenly brandish an axe, intent on making him stay. The white-scaled Snakari avoided a swing to his feet, and kicked a chair at Somei. He had wanted to at least snag one of Somei's fur coats, but withdrew his outstretched hand, watching as the older Snakari threw the axe, narrowly missing him again. Instead, Magni threw a fur coat at him, using that distraction to leapt out the window, and sprinted as fast as he could through the wintery forest. \n\nStill undressed, literally ass-exposed, and braving the chilly snow, he soon wandered further and further away, and decided to go off the path to mislead Somei. The pathway out of the forest was still a distance away, and he made sure not to exhaust himself as he trudged through snow, holding himself to maintain some warmth.\n\nHis adrenaline would only sustain, and his terror would rise as he neared a clearing, seeing the bodies hanging by trees.
