But can we blame him.  I mean i have to confess that I get aroused by the sight of ten pounds of seafood.  The tantalizing tastes, sensual spices, the hot steam, makes my mouth wet with anticipation.  The aroma is foreplay teasing my memories of the past.  Juices flowing from heads sucked clean, tender meat gushing its buttery essence down the back of my throat.  Extracts run down my arms leaving hot tails of delicious liquor. My face is smeared with the nectar of the boil, I wear it like a trophy as it drips from my chin.  My lids feel heavy, euphoria and the itis sets in and better than any joint a food high grabs hold of me.  The pleasure of taste runs the course of my body and my lap becomes a mess from the drip and careless handling of my passion.  Soaked in pure pleasure I can only down the last of my beer and hope that everyone steps over me should I hit the floor.\n\nCrab and Craw\n\n10 lbs  Crawfish (live)\n5 lbs  Crab (halved or legs)\n3 lbs  Small red potatoes\n6  Ears of corn (halved)\n2  Heads of Garlic\n2 lbs Andouille Sausage (rough cut)\n2 Large Oranges (quartered)\n2 Large Lemons (quartered)\n2 Large Brown Onions (rough cut)\n3 Bay Leaves\nSeasoning*\n\n*See directions\n\nLive Crawfish cleaning.  Rinse them off and pick out the dead ones from the batch.  Set them in water for 5 minutes to get them to  purge their systems. Rinse and repeat once or twice. You will need some equipment for this en devour.  A pot that can hold about 10 gallons of water and a long handled basket spoon.  Fill the pot 2/3 of the way and add seasoning* bring to a rapid boil. Add Potatoes, Corn, Garlic, Sausage, Oranges, Lemons, Onions and Bay leaves. Cover and boil for 20 min. Add Crawfish and Crab, boil for 5 min, turn off burner and let sit for 10 min.  Serve immediately with extra seasoning.\n\nThere are a few ways you can go.  Do not frown at packaged  seasonings.  They are blended well and take out the guess work on a potential expensive mess. My go toos in order, Konriko,  Slap Ya Mama, Louisiana Fish Fry, Zatarains. They are all made up of relatively the same thing just in different amounts.  The following should get you close if you want to experiment.
