Clyde Jackson was a newly licienced Penetata caretaker on his home planet of Lagosia. He enters the courtroom to pick up his charge, a girl named Felina Nekosa, a felinoid girl who was nearly forty before she was caught robbing a bank. Due to the fact it was her first crime and she seemed almost repentant in the courtroom, she was given a 1x6-10 with a review of her progress before deciding if she would then spend the next two as a soft timer. Clyde walks in dressed in his more formal garment of sleeveless red shirt and a kilt made of some sort of leather, red as well but with black decorations along the strips that made the skirt like garment.\n\n\"Clyde Jackson of Lagosia, I'm here to pick up my charge\" he says as he then looks upon the frightened girl near him. The Nekoran, an inhabitant of Nekora the fourth planet of the Elrosa system. Lagosia was the third planet of the Elorsa system so it would be a short flight. He looks at her and tips Felina's head up and looks at her with a stern and yet soft look. He looks up, \"Is this the girl?\" he asks as he turns hsi head to the magistrate.\n\n\"Yes that is\" the older Nekoran male said dressed in a more formal looking outfit of robes and a curled powdered wig, something the very prim and proper felinoid civilazation found in Terra's history and adopted quickly. The Magistrate gets up and walks on his digigrade feet, much like a Lagosian does as well, both built for running and speed despite not needing to do so for tens of thousands of years. \n\nThe little Nekosan girl looks up and whimpers a bit. She was brought out without any sort of clothing, not even the traditional tunic of the younglings of both worlds. The Lagosian shakes his head, \"I request a tunic for her, I will not take her out like this, I know your laws of decency and know I run afoul of them right now.\" he says as he waits, pulling out a small coin like object and sets it down, \"This denaric should cover the costs in metal weight alone.\"\n\nThe Magistrate turns the coin over on the counter where it was placed then moves it back to Clyde, \"No money shall pass for what should be given freely and right\" he says as he sets a small black tunic down. The rabbit like male takes the coin and the tunic, before lifting the girl up with an eep. The girl loosk up at the long ears of the male Lagosian as he then slips the tunic on and puts the coin on the belt, running it through the hole of the coin to signify her ownership so that none would wonder why the rabbit male was taking a small helpless girl out, even one with silver Ps on her hands. \n\nThe trip back was uneventful, the girl Felina huddled up against the chair she was strapped into and speaking not a word the entire trip. She looks around and whimpers in her fear of what's to come. She knew how Terra and the Alliance treated the Penitatas and knew that Lagosia and Nekora had added the technology to rejuve people to kids, always before puberty for some reason and they were trying it with her first, the first Nekoran Penitata to be raised on Lagosia by this tall and dirt colored rabbit far away from her home.\n\nClyde sighs as he lands the ship at the docks, \"What is your name?\" he asks, his hands moving to the controls near the frightened girl. He puts on a pair of gloves with an odd symbol she didn't see before. It looked like a stylized diamond, four main sides but curving inwards and what resembled a T behind it in red. He looks at the girl and smiles, \"This is the symbol of my duty, I'm a terraformer to help heal the wounds of the planet.\" he says as he pulls up a map of Lagosia. On one side that is always hidden by clouds was a large ugly looking crack along the surface,. \"This is the Legora ridge, it was the test sight of a weapon that was meant to deter invaders\" he says as he adjust the gloves. He then handed a pair to the girl, these were black with silver Ps on the backs, \"This is for you to wear, as you know we wear identities and jobs on our hands, you will be known as a hard timer despite covering up the backs of your hands\" he says as he starts putting them on her. \n\nShe didn't put up a fight and allows him to lock the gloves on her with the velcro so that they ddin't flop on her. \"I-I-I'm Felina... Felina Nekoran\" she says to the shock of the rabbit. The kitten shrinks down to a gray with black stripe ball of fluff.\n\n\"I see... why is someone as rich as you robbing banks? Was yoru branch disowned?\" he asks as the girl shook her head no, explaining that it was the thrill and that no one in her family was trained to work with a penitatas according to the rules set up for the Elrosa system.\n\nThe Lagosian laughs a little, \"Knowing your family it wasn't that, there are rules prohibiting families to rehabilitate Penitatas that they came from... you're probably sent to Lagosia to make you vanish to keep the scandal out of the news sicne there are two couples and one single Nekorans trained already in this\" he says as he then starts opening the port, getting out as he stretches, \"Come along\" he says as he waits for the girl to come to him. She slips out and starts walking unsteadily as the male finally lifts her upand carries her off to his place. \n\nWhen he opened the door, the girl yelps at the huge look of the inside, the building itself was simple with a single door and about fifteen windows with flower and garden boxes. Inside it told her that the whole building wasn't apartments... but one single dwelling as the open air elevators went up to shelves of books, windows on inside balconies, and about ten female Lagosians all working on something whether it was a book, sewing or chopping up food. The male yelled out \"Ikkitay vallishkata\" upon entering and two of the females ran up. It was clear upon seeing them up close that they were nude except a red cloth covered collar. the script on the collars were unknown to her and the language wasn't Lagosian that she understood. The girls ran up, both about age fourteen with thinly furred pubes and pink nipples poking thorugh downy cream colored fur. \n\nThey start helping the male out of his garments and then turns to the girl who resisted getting helped out of her tunic, \"Are you a slaver?\" the little kitten asked as she then got roughly yanked out of her tunic, causing the coin to roll around the floor which both girls then pounces upon it and one girl with red irised eyes holds it up, \"Victara Masara\" she says, \"Ikkitay bonton Masara?\" she asks as the other with green eyes but similar fur pouts a little. \n\nClyde nods, \"But I want everyone to speak Panglish with her around\" he says as he chuckles. And Isillia was the faster of the two here so she gets to bathe the Penetatas and assist me in greeting her today\" he says loudly to a chorus of \"Yes Master\" which didn't sit well with Felina. \"And Alina gets a consolation prize though... can't stand seeing her pout like that\" he says which the eight girls starts laughing, \"What Prize Master?\" one girl who was chocolate colored with one single white spot over her left eye. \"What does little Alina get?\"\n\nClyde nods, \"That is a question... what could Alina want?\" he asked before the bunnygirl leans up an whispers something in his ear. He then whispers in Isillia's ear and she nods rapidly, \"Seems All she wants is to help her sister with the bath and Isillia agreed so... take her to the baths\" he says. Despite the struggles the poor kitten is taken over to the only other room in the building she could see, the bathhouse.\n\nIn the bath house, there was a large heated tube and two showers pouring water into the tub its self. Since they were all nude the pair of bunnies goes running up and jumps in much to the surprise of Felina. As the water splashed over her, the bunnies started getting to work, rubbing soft sponges and fresh smelling soap over the fur, scrubbing and looking the kitten over, \"Does this feel good Miss?\" the red eyed bunny asks, \"Oh yes, do tell\" the green eyed girl continued. The kitten coudln't answer from panic but as she lashed out, she found out that her claws were blunt, not yet grown the sharp claws of an adult which each swip caused a bunny to giggle and then turns a little, almost like trying to get her rear slapped. \"Oh Gods... spankophiles... I've been given to spankophiles\" Felina thought to herself in a panic. \n\nAfter being rinses off and dried came a brushing, the bunnies working quickly with soft bristled brushes to brush the fur from ear to tail tip. The pair seemingly getting a kick out of this as they smacks each other's rear with the brushes with a *thwack thwack* sound. After the brushing was done, they hefted the kitten back up and carried her over thier heads to the main room setting her down and then mvoing quickly to the male's sides. Clyde reaches down and gives thier rears a light grope,. \"I see you've been doing more than brushing her fur you two\" he says as they gasp and wiggle when a light bruise was found by his fingers. \"Such naughty bunnies I have\" he says as he grips thier tails and marches them to the table and sits them down, \"Now I'm not sure if I should get help from you Isillia\" he says softly. Isillia's ears droop down very quickly, \"Sallisa Masara.... sorry Master\" she says as she looks down. Clyde smiles, 'But I did promise you could help... assuming you haven't spanked or hurt the kitten...\" Isallia and Alina both said \"No Master we only spanked each other with the brushes!\"\n\nClyde smiles, \"Good girls, I'll not punish you since you did show restraint.\" he says as he then turns to the kitten, \"Isilla, go get the items\" he says. The red eyed bunnygirl 'hops' to it so to speak and in no time comes back with a crop in her mouth, two paddles hanging off one arm and a can of ointment in the other. She sets the items down on the table and then sits on it. Clyde says not a word as he smacks the bunnygirl's butt off the table with a giggle out of her. He then attempts to put the Kitten over the table with her feet on a chair. Being small as she is and in such shock at the bunny pair she put up little fight. He smiles at the gilr, \"Now you will get three smacks from all four implents\" hes ays as he then swats the buttocks, hsi hand cracking along the cheeks three times.\n\n\"OW OW OW\" she says as each spank lands. She looks back still in shock and bites her lip. The male then takes the small paddle, not big at all and then smacks the rear. This one felt like she's being spanked good and goes \"YOW! YEEEK! NO!!\" then its' over. \"that was my correction paddle, this is my stinger\" hesays as he takes the third item, the larger paddle with three holes in the wood and smacks the bare rear across both cheeks. Each strike feeling like she's beeing stung by a Landra hornet, very painful and by the third swat, the welts show up. He hands the ointment to the red eyed bunny and nods. The girl starts rubbing and blowing on the ointment as she applies it, it wasn't nano-lotion but it did help wiht hte sting a little, \"This is willowbark ointment, it helps with pain and bruises, speeding it up but I do have soemthing stronger called Nan No Lotion, whatever Nan no means.\" he says as he then sits donw, fully nude like the girls but wiht a small brand showing on his chest where something hot was pressed against his fur and flesh, \"Now that is out of the way, I trust I won't be needing to punish you further because thatlast paddle is quite... evil\" he says with a smirk. The Kitten shakes her head no and starts sitting down before strips of meat and vegitables. Seeing her looking, \"This is your first meal, as long as you behave you will eat things like this... but be bad and I'll feed you a protein gruel instead... not very tasty but your well being would be intrusted to it.\n\nThis thought scared the kitten, \"So if I'm good... I'll get less spankings and good food?\" The male nods and smiles, \"Yes, but as you can see, Lagosian laws on decency is different\" he says as he puts the gloves on the table, \"These fingerless gloves are to be worn outside the home, you can wear anything to coveryour pubic area and tops or optional, but the gloves are our way of identifying eachother.\" he says to her. This would be in intersting little set of years, far from home, unknowing of the laws and very much outside the immediate range of the Reforms of 2788.\n\nCHAPTER TWO\n\nThe sun shone through the window of teh room Felina was given. It wasn't much, four gray walls with a window, bed which was comfy, closet full of Lagosian designer garments and a dresser with fourteen white gloves with silver Ps on the back of them. The other item in the room was soemthing that looked like a treasure chest. No wall hangings short of a wall tapestry with what had to be rules in Lagosian. She tugs at it and found Panglish on the other side. She began to read the other side.\nRule 1: My girls shall not tell lies to aid thier wants.\nRule 2: My girls shall always greet me kindly\nRule 3: My girls shall always tell me what is bothering them\nRule 4: My girls shall always have the ear tug they deserve\n\nShe thought that rule four was odd but continued reading.\n\nRule 5: Every seventh day is the day of rememberance and prayer\nRule 6: My girls shall at least eat four bites of what I serve them.\nRule 7: My room is never to be seen as a fort.\n\nThe kitten will DEFINATELY ask about that one.\n\nRule 8: My girls shall always help with chores and do them well\nRule 9: My girls will greet company with ears down and teeth not bared\nRule 10: When I am not here, My girls shall obey the green girl.\nRule 11: The green girl shall not abuse my gift or find herself no longer the green girl.\nRule 12: If you're not the green girl, the view never changes so aspire to be a green girl.\n\nThe last three didn't make much sense to the kitten but she didn't want to bring that up. Just then the door opened and in came a brown rabbit with a white spot. She bows a little, \"Masara hopes your sleep was good. And he asked me to... greet you myself for this morning since he is away shopping.\" she says as she then produces the first paddle, the correction paddle, \"Bend over please to the bed and allow me to do this without a fight\" the bunny says as she gets closer. \n\nFelina didn't know what to think and started running only to be blocked by the bunnygirl, both of htem nude since she wasn't dressed yet and wasn't given clothing after the welcome the night before. As she struggles in the larger bunny's grasp she noticed one thing. The bunny's collar was green sleeved instead of the red she saw on the other two bunnies. This one was older too, about seventeen or so. The kitten then realized this was his second in command so to speak and the bunny then bends the kitten over forcefully, \"Many apologies Miss but Masara wanted this done before breakfast and I was busy making sure the other girls were up to do the morning chores and cooking.\" the bunny said as she then swats the buttocks firmly, \"I am to give you fifteen swats and five more if you resisted\" she said as she starts smacking the smaller six year old kitten upon the buttocks, alternating between them and Felira squalled and cried out like the little kitten her body was now. \n\n\"No! WAIT! WHAAAAAAA! MMRRRRRROOOOOWWWWWW!\" was the sound coming from the room and the bunny finally finished the twenty swats, \"Now you are permitted to soak in the tub until I come to get you for breakfast in an hour.\" she says as she turns to leave, \"By the way my name is Elidelchi, but everyone calls me Elli, and while the Masara is away, I am called Miss Green\" she says cementing the theory about the green girl in the rules. The bunny turns and exits the room leaving the girl to collect her senses. \n\nShe then starts walking out the door, finding herself on the third floor and suddenly presses herself to the wall from shock. One of the bunnies below pulls out a ball from teh chest on the bottom floor and slings it up at the kitten. Felina suddenly ducks and hears *Thomp* and looks down at Elli grabbing the bunny by the ear and dragging her off by the ear leaving the ball bouncing and rolling around. Felina walks closer and starts reaching out. The entire open area just past the end of the floor was a perfectly clear glass or plastic sheet. She walks around to the corners and couldn't find a imperfection of it. What she did find was near the floor were little smudges and scrapes from toeclaws and the fact that it curved at the corners subtly to form a single pane all the way around. She goes to the lift and finds that it didn't have anysort of glass or such but the lift connected to the wall to bring someone up or down, witha safety rail and the hole covers up with a flap that folds up and down to allow the lift up and down which is a cage large enoug for two at most. The flap folded down and out as the lift went through but locks when the lift wasn't comeing around.\n\nFelira came down to the first floor as she then seen the ceiling open up and a huge garden lowered down to the first floor and sank itno the floor. To keep people from getting hurt, the floor also had a glass that lifted up to keep them from getting too close an hour before they come out of the rooms. As the garden locks in, the protective rails slides back down and looks like it wasnt' there as it matched the floor again. She looks around as nine bunnies starts attacking the garden, ripping plants out and tossing them into a brown woven basket in the center and puts the edible plants into other baskets, blue and green ones. The chaos continues until the whole garden is a shamble and Elli comes out to start raking the plants and begins turning the soil over, burying the remainder of plants in the garden. After she leaves the barrier goes up before a bunny jumps it and goes up with the garden wearing a belt of tools, seems this bunny is in charge of tilling the soil with the tools on her and more probably up on the roof. \n\nFelira is about to go to the kitchen to see what was going on when she heard a noise. Just in time she sees a fox girl, an Aspatrian about age 7 leap off the stairs and yells \"YAHOOO!\" and lands on all fours then starts running. The fox girl had a reddened rear as well and a pair of welts around her thighs. \"Cant' wait for that steak, I was promised steak\" she says as she runs across the floor before Ellie comes out and grabs the girl in mid run, swinging her around and to her lap as she sits down in one fluid motion and has the stinger paddle out without missing a beat, smacking the foxgirl four times, twice on each cheek before letting the girl up.\n\n\"You were told to not run in the house, if you want to run there is a track on the second floor for you to run on.\" she says as the fox is now hopping up and down, rubbing her buttocks. The bunny grabs the hands, \"And you're not allowed to rub yoru punished rear either and you know it\" she said before giving the fox four more on each cheek with the same stinger paddle, causing deep red round welts to appear on her buttocks. \"Keep that up and Masara will start punishing you harder than I could.\" the older bunnygirl said wiht an air of authority. She shakes her head and walks up to Felira \"Many apologies for that\" she says as she bows. On the back of her paws was an odd symbol, a circle with two long diamonds.\n\n\"What does that symbol mean?\" the Kitten asks as she looks at her silver Ps. The bunnygirl smiles, \"Well despite this body, I am seventy three years old, but this body is about seventeen.\" she says as she takes Felira's hand in hers.\n\n\"I though I was the first to be rejuved in this star system\" Felira says, the kitten confused. The bunnygirl only smiles a little, \"Yes in this star system but I was... not in this system wiht Masara when I was put through ten years ago when Masara punished me for trying to steal his shuttle to go back without him, I hated where we were at the time. Instead of sending me thorugh the justice system here, we were near Terra for a conference at the time and he had me regressed to seven to raise me like a daughter, but I wasn't his slave back then, I was his confidant, we age slower than most after maturity, Masara is over a hundred but most don't beleive it since he's never been regressed.\" Elli said with a smile. \"After showing skill in raising me again properly, they allowed him to take licensing to be a Penitatas to care for a criminal that wasn't from his planet.\"\n\nThe foxgirl returns from teh kitchen where she got her hands splatted by a wooden spoon. Seems the Aspatrian coudn't keep out of trouble. Ellie turns and says \"Anella what did you do now?\" the older bunny asks the foxgirl. The answer she got was, \"Wanted steak now, got plans to visit Tammi\" she says with a little whimper. The bunny twins comes out weilding spoons, \"Get out of kitchen foxie, steak will be done soon\" Alina says as she throws the spoon at the fox and a much deeper \"Ow\" errupted from behind the fox and all the girls look at a less than happy rabbit male.\n\n\"Dare I ask?\" he says as he sets the box of stuff down and looks at Alina who starts shrinking down with a blush. He looks at Elli, \"Want to explain this to me?\" he asks as he picks up the spoon and starts turning it in his hand. Elli looks down, \"sorry masara, I wasn't expecting the fox to go into the kitchen like she did\"\n\n\"Sorry Masara\" Anella says rubbing ehr foot along the floor, \"I didn't mean to cause trouble.\" she says with a low tone. She start rubbing her hand which were blank of any marking. Felira notices that and leans to Elli \"Is she not a Rejuve?\" she asks and Elli shakes her head, \"You and me are the only two that are... Anella is Masara's slave's child, from six year ago, she's a bred slave but the childbirth had... complications\" she says as she looked saddened, \"Anella's mother was his favorite slave for nearly twenty years after finding her stowed away on his vessel and begged to be kept instead of sent back. As much as he can hurt, the rabbit also could love her like she couldn't find anywhere. \n\nCHAPTER SEVEN\n\nAfter a little nap on the rabbit's lap, she's awoken by a slight jostling and blinks awake as he picks her up and takes her to where Anella was, playing with a toy robot, using small toys on it. He sets Felina down and both of them watches her, marvelling at the skill she was showing as she sets the broken toy back down and it started walking around and spit sparks out of it's 'weapon' as it moves around. Clyde coughs a little as Anella suddenly looks up. The foxgirl smiles a little as she gets up, still nude with a small silver ring on her left nipple, \"Hello Masara\" she said, \"You like? Emily gave it to me, said it would make me beautiful\" she says as she liglty played with the ring of metal.\n\nFelina looks the toy over and starts playing with it as Clyde takes the toy in his hand and smiles \"Like Mother like daughter\" he says as he gives the toy back to Felina and leaves. He returns with a toolbelt and drops it at the feet of the foxgirl, \"Put it on, it was your mother's... I'm going to teach you how to work on things\" he says as he takes the cute vixen with him, letting her waddle behind him dragging the belt since it wasn't going to fit her for a few years yet. Felina continues to play with the toy, winding it up and letting it take over the repair bay's floor with sparks and mechanical grumms where the clockwork is turning and grinding along. \n\nAs the kitten played around and Clyde teaches the Aspatrian how to change the coolant of the hover car, foot steps echoed along the floor and all three of them turns to Red hauling Ariela with her. Ariela was nude as usual, in the new green collar girl's hand were two swtiches and pawns them off on the kitten with a \"Hold this\" in a firm tone. Clyde then wipes his hand, \"Okay guess we better get this over with\" he says as the little masochist whimpers, knowing that the rabbit can and will go way past her limit on pain. He sighs a little as he sits on the mechanic bench, patting hsi lap as Felina walks close and then sat down with the swtches in her hand. Red pulls Ariela to Clyde's lap and lays her across it, his leg pinning both her legs down and then holds the tail back out of the way. He takes the elparwood first, \"You know the proceedure from the other birthdays.\" Ariela nods and whimpers before Clyde sends the white swtich crashing down, smacking the buttocks firmly. He smacks again again, sending Felina to slouch and fold her ears back. He continued to spank the naughty fox until he hit eight swats. Despite the evident discomfort, the sounds of the barks and soft howls turning to pleasant yips made the feline giggle and watches as Ariela start wiggling ehr hips against the hand, enjoying herself as Felina goes up to the track she heard about, and sure enough, two of the bunnies were running laps, each teasing and taunting the other. They were wearing tight tops to hold thier breasts against themselves to keep them for bouncing too much. She watched teh pair dash about. Everyone that knows about the Penitatas system knows the way that somewhere on thier bodies is a silver P for hard timers who's lives are filled with spankings and the empty P for soft timers who are on thier way out of the system, and the dreaded black P penitatas who were guilty of much more serious crimes.   Clyde Jackson was a newly licienced Penetata caretaker on his home planet of Lagosia.  He enters the courtroom to pick up his charge, a girl named Felina Nekosa, a felinoid girl who was nearly forty before she was caught robbing a bank.  Due to the fact it was her first crime and she seemed almost repentant in the courtroom, she was given a 1x6-10 with a review of her progress before deciding if she would then spend the next two as a soft timer.   Clyde walks in dressed in his more formal garment of sleeveless red shirt and a kilt made of some sort of leather, red as well but with black decorations along the strips that made the skirt like garment.

"Clyde Jackson of Lagosia, I'm here to pick up my charge" he says as he then looks upon the frightened girl near him.  The Nekoran, an inhabitant of Nekora the fourth planet of the Elrosa system.  Lagosia was the third planet of the Elorsa system so it would be a short flight.  He looks at her and tips Felina's head up and looks at her with a stern and yet soft look.  He looks up, "Is this the girl?" he asks as he turns hsi head to the magistrate.

"Yes that is" the older Nekoran male said dressed in a more formal looking outfit of robes and a curled powdered wig, something the very prim and proper felinoid civilazation found in Terra's history and adopted quickly.   The Magistrate gets up and walks on his digigrade feet, much like a Lagosian does as well, both built for running and speed despite not needing to do so for tens of thousands of years.  

The little Nekosan girl looks up and whimpers a bit.  She was brought out without any sort of clothing, not even the traditional tunic of the younglings of both worlds.   The Lagosian shakes his head, "I request a tunic for her, I will not take her out like this, I know your laws of decency and know I run afoul of them right now." he says as he waits, pulling out a small coin like object and sets it down, "This denaric should cover the costs in metal weight alone."

The Magistrate turns the coin over on the counter where it was placed then moves it back to Clyde, "No money shall pass for what should be given freely and right" he says as he sets a small black tunic down.  The rabbit like male takes the coin and the tunic, before lifting the girl up with an eep.  The girl loosk up at the long ears of the male Lagosian as he then slips the tunic on and puts the coin on the belt, running it through the hole of the coin to signify her ownership so that none would wonder why the rabbit male was taking a small helpless girl out, even one with silver Ps on her hands.  

The trip back was uneventful, the girl Felina huddled up against the chair she was strapped into and speaking not a word the entire trip.  She looks around and whimpers in her fear of what's to come.  She knew how Terra and the Alliance treated the Penitatas and knew that Lagosia and Nekora had added the technology to rejuve people to kids, always before puberty for some reason and they were trying it with her first, the first Nekoran Penitata to be raised on Lagosia by this tall and dirt colored rabbit far away from her home.

Clyde sighs as he lands the ship at the docks, "What is your name?" he asks, his hands moving to the controls near the frightened girl.  He puts on a pair of gloves with an odd symbol she didn't see before.  It looked like a stylized diamond, four main sides but curving inwards and what resembled a T behind it in red.  He looks at the girl and smiles, "This is the symbol of my duty, I'm a terraformer to help heal the wounds of the planet." he says as he pulls up a map of Lagosia.  On one side that is always hidden by clouds was a large ugly looking crack along the surface,. "This is the Legora ridge, it was the test sight of a weapon that was meant to deter invaders" he says as he adjust the gloves.  He then handed a pair to the girl, these were black with silver Ps on the backs, "This is for you to wear, as you know we wear identities and jobs on our hands, you will be known as a hard timer despite covering up the backs of your hands" he says as he starts putting them on her.  

She didn't put up a fight and allows him to lock the gloves on her with the velcro so that they ddin't flop on her.  "I-I-I'm Felina... Felina Nekoran" she says to the shock of the rabbit.   The kitten shrinks down to a gray with black stripe ball of fluff.

"I see... why is someone as rich as you robbing banks?  Was yoru branch disowned?"  he asks as the girl shook her head no, explaining that it was the thrill and that no one in her family was trained to work with a penitatas according to the rules set up for the Elrosa system.

The Lagosian laughs a little, "Knowing your family it wasn't that, there are rules prohibiting families to rehabilitate Penitatas that they came from... you're probably sent to Lagosia to make you vanish to keep the scandal out of the news sicne there are two couples and one single Nekorans trained already in this" he says as he then starts opening the port, getting out as he stretches, "Come along" he says as he waits for the girl to come to him.   She slips out and starts walking unsteadily as the male finally lifts her upand carries her off to his place.  

When he opened the door, the girl yelps at the huge look of the inside, the building itself was simple with a single door and about fifteen windows with flower and garden boxes.  Inside it told her that the whole building wasn't apartments... but one single dwelling as the open air elevators went up to shelves of books, windows on inside balconies, and about ten female Lagosians all working on something whether it was a book, sewing or chopping up food.  The male yelled out "Ikkitay vallishkata" upon entering and two of the females ran up.  It was clear upon seeing them up close that they were nude except a red cloth covered collar.  the script on the collars were unknown to her and the language wasn't Lagosian that she understood.  The girls ran up, both about age fourteen with thinly furred pubes and pink nipples poking thorugh downy cream colored fur.  

They start helping the male out of his garments and then turns to the girl who resisted getting helped out of her tunic, "Are you a slaver?" the little kitten asked as she then got roughly yanked out of her tunic, causing the coin to roll around the floor which both girls then pounces upon it and one girl with red irised eyes holds it up, "Victara Masara" she says, "Ikkitay bonton Masara?" she asks as the other with green eyes but similar fur pouts a little.  

Clyde nods, "But I want everyone to speak Panglish with her around" he says as he chuckles.  And Isillia was the faster of the two here so she gets to bathe the Penetatas and assist me in greeting her today" he says loudly to a chorus of "Yes Master" which didn't sit well with Felina.   "And Alina gets a consolation prize though... can't stand seeing her pout like that" he says which the eight girls starts laughing, "What Prize Master?" one girl who was chocolate colored with one single white spot over her left eye. "What does little Alina get?"

Clyde nods, "That is a question... what could Alina want?" he asked before the bunnygirl leans up an whispers something in his ear.  He then whispers in Isillia's ear and she nods rapidly, "Seems All she wants is to help her sister with the bath and Isillia agreed so... take her to the baths" he says.   Despite the struggles the poor kitten is taken over to the only other room in the building she could see, the bathhouse.

In the bath house, there was a large heated tube and two showers pouring water into the tub its self.  Since they were all nude the pair of bunnies goes running up and jumps in much to the surprise of Felina.  As the water splashed over her, the bunnies started getting to work, rubbing soft sponges and fresh smelling soap over the fur, scrubbing and looking the kitten over, "Does this feel good Miss?" the red eyed bunny asks, "Oh yes, do tell" the green eyed girl continued.  The kitten coudln't answer from panic but as she lashed out, she found out that her claws were blunt, not yet grown the sharp claws of an adult which each swip caused a bunny to giggle and then turns a little, almost like trying to get her rear slapped.  "Oh Gods... spankophiles... I've been given to spankophiles" Felina thought to herself in a panic.  

After being rinses off and dried came a brushing, the bunnies working quickly with soft bristled brushes to brush the fur from ear to tail tip.  The pair seemingly getting a kick out of this as they smacks each other's rear with the brushes with a *thwack thwack* sound.  After the brushing was done, they hefted the kitten back up and carried her over thier heads to the main room setting her down and then mvoing quickly to the male's sides.   Clyde reaches down and gives thier rears a light grope,. "I see you've been doing more than brushing her fur you two" he says as they gasp and wiggle when a light bruise was found by his fingers.  "Such naughty bunnies I have" he says as he grips thier tails and marches them to the table and sits them down, "Now I'm not sure if I should get help from you Isillia" he says softly.  Isillia's ears droop down very quickly, "Sallisa Masara.... sorry Master" she says as she looks down.   Clyde smiles, 'But I did promise you could help... assuming you haven't spanked or hurt the kitten..."   Isallia and Alina both said "No Master we only spanked each other with the brushes!"

Clyde smiles, "Good girls, I'll not punish you since you did show restraint." he says as he then turns to the kitten, "Isilla, go get the items" he says.   The red eyed bunnygirl 'hops' to it so to speak and in no time comes back with a crop in her mouth, two paddles hanging off one arm and a can of ointment in the other.  She sets the items down on the table and then sits on it.  Clyde says not a word as he smacks the bunnygirl's butt off the table with a giggle out of her.  He then attempts to put the Kitten over the table with her feet on a chair.  Being small as she is and in such shock at the bunny pair she put up little fight.   He smiles at the gilr, "Now you will get three smacks from all four implents" hes ays as he then swats the buttocks, hsi hand cracking along the cheeks three times.

"OW OW OW" she says as each spank lands.  She looks back still in shock and bites her lip.  The male then takes the small paddle, not big at all and then smacks the rear.  This one felt like she's being spanked good and goes "YOW! YEEEK! NO!!" then its' over. "that was my correction paddle, this is my stinger" hesays as he takes the third item, the larger paddle with three holes in the wood and smacks the bare rear across both cheeks.  Each strike feeling like she's beeing stung by a Landra hornet, very painful and by the third swat, the welts show up.  He hands the ointment to the red eyed bunny and nods.  The girl starts rubbing and blowing on the ointment as she applies it, it wasn't nano-lotion but it did help wiht hte sting a little, "This is willowbark ointment, it helps with pain and bruises, speeding it up but I do have soemthing stronger called Nan No Lotion, whatever Nan no means." he says as he then sits donw, fully nude like the girls but wiht a small brand showing on his chest where something hot was pressed against his fur and flesh, "Now that is out of the way, I trust I won't be needing to punish you further because thatlast paddle is quite... evil" he says with a smirk.   The Kitten shakes her head no and starts sitting down before strips of meat and vegitables.  Seeing her looking, "This is your first meal, as long as you behave you will eat things like this... but be bad and I'll feed you a protein gruel instead... not very tasty but your well being would be intrusted to it.

This thought scared the kitten, "So if I'm good... I'll get less spankings and good food?"  The male nods and smiles, "Yes, but as you can see, Lagosian laws on decency is different" he says as he puts the gloves on the table, "These fingerless gloves are to be worn outside the home, you can wear anything to coveryour pubic area and tops or optional, but the gloves are our way of identifying eachother." he says to her.   This would be in intersting little set of years, far from home, unknowing of the laws and very much outside the immediate range of the Reforms of 2788.

CHAPTER TWO

The sun shone through the window of teh room Felina was given.  It wasn't much, four gray walls with a window, bed which was comfy, closet full of Lagosian designer garments and a dresser with fourteen white gloves with silver Ps on the back of them.  The other item in the room was soemthing that looked like a treasure chest.  No wall hangings short of a wall tapestry with what had to be rules in Lagosian.  She tugs at it and found Panglish on the other side.  She began to read the other side.
Rule 1: My girls shall not tell lies to aid thier wants.
Rule 2: My girls shall always greet me kindly
Rule 3: My girls shall always tell me what is bothering them
Rule 4: My girls shall always have the ear tug they deserve

She thought that rule four was odd but continued reading.

Rule 5: Every seventh day is the day of rememberance and prayer
Rule 6: My girls shall at least eat four bites of what I serve them.
Rule 7: My room is never to be seen as a fort.

The kitten will DEFINATELY ask about that one.

Rule 8: My girls shall always help with chores and do them well
Rule 9: My girls will greet company with ears down and teeth not bared
Rule 10: When I am not here, My girls shall obey the green girl.
Rule 11: The green girl shall not abuse my gift or find herself no longer the green girl.
Rule 12: If you're not the green girl, the view never changes so aspire to be a green girl.

The last three didn't make much sense to the kitten but she didn't want to bring that up.  Just then the door opened and in came a brown rabbit with a white spot.  She bows a little, "Masara hopes your sleep was good.  And he asked me to... greet you myself for this morning since he is away shopping." she says as she then produces the first paddle, the correction paddle, "Bend over please to the bed and allow me to do this without a fight" the bunny says as she gets closer.  

Felina didn't know what to think and started running only to be blocked by the bunnygirl, both of htem nude since she wasn't dressed yet and wasn't given clothing after the welcome the night before.  As she struggles in the larger bunny's grasp she noticed one thing.  The bunny's collar was green sleeved instead of the red she saw on the other two bunnies.  This one was older too, about seventeen or so.  The kitten then realized this was his second in command so to speak and the bunny then bends the kitten over forcefully, "Many apologies Miss but Masara wanted this done before breakfast and I was busy making sure the other girls were up to do the morning chores and cooking." the bunny said as she then swats the buttocks firmly, "I am to give you fifteen swats and five more if you resisted" she said as she starts smacking the smaller six year old kitten upon the buttocks, alternating between them and Felira squalled and cried out like the little kitten her body was now.  

"No! WAIT! WHAAAAAAA! MMRRRRRROOOOOWWWWWW!" was the sound coming from the room and the bunny finally finished the twenty swats, "Now you are permitted to soak in the tub until I come to get you for breakfast in an hour." she says as she turns to leave, "By the way my name is Elidelchi, but everyone calls me Elli, and while the Masara is away, I am called Miss Green" she says cementing the theory about the green girl in the rules.  The bunny turns and exits the room leaving the girl to collect her senses.  

She then starts walking out the door, finding herself on the third floor and suddenly presses herself to the wall from shock.  One of the bunnies below pulls out a ball from teh chest on the bottom floor and slings it up at the kitten.  Felina suddenly ducks and hears *Thomp* and looks down at Elli grabbing the bunny by the ear and dragging her off by the ear leaving the ball bouncing and rolling around. Felina walks closer and starts reaching out.  The entire open area just past the end of the floor was a perfectly clear glass or plastic sheet.  She walks around to the corners and couldn't find a imperfection of it.  What she did find was near the floor were little smudges and scrapes from toeclaws and the fact that it curved at the corners subtly to form a single pane all the way around.   She goes to the lift and finds that it didn't have anysort of glass or such but the lift connected to the wall to bring someone up or down, witha safety rail and the hole covers up with a flap that folds up and down to allow the lift up and down which is a cage large enoug for two at most.  The flap folded down and out as the lift went through but locks when the lift wasn't comeing around.

Felira came down to the first floor as she then seen the ceiling open up and a huge garden lowered down to the first floor and sank itno the floor.  To keep people from getting hurt, the floor also had a glass that lifted up to keep them from getting too close an hour before they come out of the rooms.  As the garden locks in, the protective rails slides back down and looks like it wasnt' there as it matched the floor again.  She looks around as nine bunnies starts attacking the garden, ripping plants out and tossing them into a brown woven basket in the center and puts the edible plants into other baskets, blue and green ones.  The chaos continues until the whole garden is a shamble and Elli comes out to start raking the plants and begins turning the soil over, burying the remainder of plants in the garden.  After she leaves the barrier goes up before a bunny jumps it and goes up with the garden wearing a belt of tools, seems this bunny is in charge of tilling the soil with the tools on her and more probably up on the roof.  

Felira is about to go to the kitchen to see what was going on when she heard a noise.  Just in time she sees a fox girl, an Aspatrian about age 7 leap off the stairs and yells "YAHOOO!" and lands on all fours then starts running.  The fox girl had a reddened rear as well and a pair of welts around her thighs.  "Cant' wait for that steak, I was promised steak" she says as she runs across the floor before Ellie comes out and grabs the girl in mid run, swinging her around and to her lap as she sits down in one fluid motion and has the stinger paddle out without missing a beat, smacking the foxgirl four times, twice on each cheek before letting the girl up.

"You were told to not run in the house, if you want to run there is a track on the second floor for you to run on." she says as the fox is now hopping up and down, rubbing her buttocks.  The bunny grabs the hands, "And you're not allowed to rub yoru punished rear either and you know it" she said before giving the fox four more on each cheek with the same stinger paddle, causing deep red round welts to appear on her buttocks.  "Keep that up and Masara will start punishing you harder than I could." the older bunnygirl said wiht an air of authority.   She shakes her head and walks up to Felira "Many apologies for that" she says as she bows.  On the back of her paws was an odd symbol, a circle with two long diamonds.

"What does that symbol mean?" the Kitten asks as she looks at her silver Ps.  The bunnygirl smiles, "Well despite this body, I am seventy three years old, but this body is about seventeen." she says as she takes Felira's hand in hers.

"I though I was the first to be rejuved in this star system" Felira says, the kitten confused.  The bunnygirl only smiles a little, "Yes in this star system but I was... not in this system wiht Masara when I was put through ten years ago when Masara punished me for trying to steal his shuttle to go back without him, I hated where we were at the time.  Instead of sending me thorugh the justice system here, we were near Terra for a conference at the time and he had me regressed to seven to raise me like a daughter, but I wasn't his slave back then, I was his confidant, we age slower than most after maturity, Masara is over a hundred but most don't beleive it since he's never been regressed." Elli said with a smile.  "After showing skill in raising me again properly, they allowed him to take licensing to be a Penitatas to care for a criminal that wasn't from his planet."

The foxgirl returns from teh kitchen where she got her hands splatted by a wooden spoon.  Seems the Aspatrian coudn't keep out of trouble.  Ellie turns and says "Anella what did you do now?" the older bunny asks the foxgirl.  The answer she got was, "Wanted steak now, got plans to visit Tammi" she says with a little whimper.  The bunny twins comes out weilding spoons, "Get out of kitchen foxie, steak will be done soon" Alina says as she throws the spoon at the fox and a much deeper "Ow" errupted from behind the fox and all the girls look at a less than happy rabbit male.

"Dare I ask?" he says as he sets the box of stuff down and looks at Alina who starts shrinking down with a blush.  He looks at Elli, "Want to explain this to me?" he asks as he picks up the spoon and starts turning it in his hand.  Elli looks down, "sorry masara, I wasn't expecting the fox to go into the kitchen like she did"

"Sorry Masara" Anella says rubbing ehr foot along the floor, "I didn't mean to cause trouble." she says with a low tone.  She start rubbing her hand which were blank of any marking.  Felira notices that and leans to Elli "Is she not a Rejuve?" she asks and Elli shakes her head, "You and me are the only two that are... Anella is Masara's slave's child, from six year ago, she's a bred slave but the childbirth had... complications" she says as she looked saddened, "Anella's mother was his favorite slave for nearly twenty years after finding her stowed away on his vessel and begged to be kept instead of sent back.  Masara collared Lexila as she called herself and taught her loving submission, she didn't take to it immediately but after Masara started teaching her how to work on the equipment here, she started behaving and seeing the blessing Masara's hand can be."

Felina nods a litttle before she felt two quick swats from the stinger paddle then four hand smacks from Clyde's hand after he had dealt with the naughty fox.

CHAPTER THREE

Breakfast went more uneventful as Felina sat on a slightly sore butt at the table.  As the rabbits all sat down at the tables including the foxgirl Anella.  As she got comfortable and seen Anella squirming on her seat which lacked padding unlike the other thirteen chairs... which left two empty at the main table.  Elli and one of the other bunnies named Pinkie, which was apt because she looked like she dyed her fur pink, got up and brought out the breakfast which was a cauldron of soup, fourteen steaks, huge bowls of roasted vegitables and pitchers of some orange looking drink.

Elli smacks the side of the cauldron in which all the girls lined up except Felina, she got up a little slow and found herself getting the wrong end of the wooden spoon by Elli and ushed up to the cauldron.  Pinkie then started passing steaks out onto the plates on the table and some vegitables like brownroot and potas which pota looks like the Earth potato and Brownroot could be described as a brown carrot with the aspirations to be a turnip, really thick on the top and tapers to a point.   Ellie watched the foxgirl nearly drooling at the steak and a bunny nudges the Nekoran lightly.  The bunny was brown with a pink scar running over the left eye and almost to the jaw.

"You'd think Masara was starving her" the bunny said with a giggle, "Oh and I'm Zoe" she said.  A green rabbit comes up and nods, "I Tria and yes this dye thanks" she said in slightly broken Panglish.  Tria looks up and giggles, "Masara might have" she says as the group watched Elli turn the wooden spoon upon the foxgirl.  Anella was crying and screaming with each strike, bawling like the little girl she was.  Felina looks around and notices the lack of Clyde and after getting her bowl of soup, she sits down and waves to Elli.

Elli looks at the soundly spanked girl, "Reprieve for now, but stay still" she said before turning to the kitten, "Yes?" she asked.  Felina gulps, "Do you know where Cl... Father went?" she asks remembering that she had to call Clyde that.   Elli smiles, "Masara said he needed to go up to the rooms for something." she said, "For what I'm not sure"

Didn't take long to find out as Clyde came down off the lift and entered the main area to join the group at the portable tables that usually sat against the wall folded until needed.  With him was a nine year old or so foxgirl.  She didn't have a collar on and kept her hands behind her back as she seemed shy for some reason.  Clyde walked the girl to the table and sat her down near Felina and Anella.  He clears his throat, "As you know I've been licenced for three years to work with Penitatas, but didn't have one around but still had all the tools and was getting more for the last couple of years.  This is Ariela, an Aspatrian." he says as he then puts the girl's hand on the table, showing a black P with partial circles around it, a rare broken circle Penitatas.  "This girl robbed alcohol depots and set fires where ever she was.  I've been keeping her secluded in the soundproofed room, taking her meals up to her incase you ever wondered why I've had you cook a little extra but not have left overs.  She is now nine and has been broken enough to trust her with a group.  She is to be treated like the penitata she is, her scheduled spanking is at wake up at seven, at two and again at nine before bed.  She is to have seven smacks with a paddle unless she's been good, then it's by hand.  Do Not touch the stinger for these, the stinger is reserved for one or two strikes to get her or Felina moving... and I'd prefer you use hand or the correction paddle if at all possible.  Since we don't celebrate Christmas like on Terran homeworld and thier colonies, we have selected Tich'nava to be the subsitute punishment day, and her birthday which is tommorow." he says.

Elli looks at Clyde with an open jaw. "MASARA! How did you sneak her in?" she asks in utter shock.  The bunny runs around, her breasts bouncing a little as she's no longer walking calmly and looks the girl over, "Her name is Ariela?" she asked and Clyde nodded.  She looked at the symbol, 'What is her sentence?" she asked in a loud shocked tone.   "She's a 3x6-12.  and to answer the next question Yes I've had her here for three years already and she's come to dread the two days coming up." he says with a smile.  Felina looks at Elli and Clyde.  Elli gulps, "Her birthday is seven days before Tich'nava?" she asks knowing this would be interesting.

Clyde nods, "Yes, and for the past three years it's been eight strikes with elperwood, guanin and esparwood switches.  Which is the only subsitute for willow hickory and wicker since those have trouble growing out here and the fact that the Alliance doesn't wantto hold onto her stocking for nearly a year to send it to us on the correct day.

Without another word, he waves at the group to sit and they do so.  He sits at the head of the main table and starts eating and the others do so as well.  Elli coughs a little,. "But she's a broken circle... what did she do to get that?  Had to be more than booze heists.... right?"   Clyde nods, "She blew up her ship to severely damage a blockade while she used the shuttle to escape, it caused twenty three emergency rejuves and four to be put in stasis to heal on thier own.  That is why she got the circle because it amounted to the same as three murders."

Felina got finished with her breakfast and went to return her dishes except for her glass which she put her napkin over it to tell she is still using it.  It was then she noticed that the foxgirl Ariela had her arms in clear bandages with many open sores, her legs were teh same, and on her back.  She noticed the only place there were no sores were along her buttocks and the hands and feet.  Felina leans over and whimpers a little to Clyde, "Dad? As much as that sounds odd to me I have to call you that, but Dad? Are you going to abuse her?  I thought you were licensed to care of Penitatas..."  Before Clyde could answer the girl started digging her fork into her arm. drawing blood with the three point eating implement and suddenly gasps almost lustily.

Clyde shook his head. "She's.... special" he says as he gets up and takes the fork away, tying her arms to the chair and starts feeding her himself, cutting and forcefeeding her her meal since he finished his quickly enough.  "Rehabilitating her will be an interesting event" he says as he finishes putting food in her mouth and washes it down with her pelagar juice which was like a banana and orange tasting drink.  Felina watches him pull the Aspatrian out of her seat, unbinding the arms and then bends her over.  Instead of resistance it was met wtih total compliance as he pulls out the correction paddle from his belt, having about three of them and smacks the buttocks soundly under the tail.  Ariela yelps then grabs the chair, "Yes! I've been a naughty girl... hurt me Daddy, hurt your little girl!" she says as he stops and rubs the paddle along the buttocks, causing a whimper out of the girl, "No don't stop, Please I need it, hurt yoru little fuckslut!" Ariela said in a whimper.  

Clyde pulled out what looked like a tiny bottle brush and bottle of soemthing in a spray.  He spritz the soap in the mouth and starts scrubbing it with the brush, "No... Bad language" he says as he starts moving the brush in an dout.  Unlike the spanking, this time the little masochist starts struggling, biting and struggling wildly as the bigger rabbit holds her down, seems soaping isn't to her tastes.   The girl continues to struggle and tries spitting the soap out before the rabbit lets her go and allows her to rinse the soap out.  He sighs as he yells,. Felina blinks, 'Does willowroot make the spanking worse?" she asks.  The Lagosian shakes his head, "Numbs the area totally, she'll feel the impact but not the pain, took me a year to figure out she's a masochist... the main Penitata branch didn't know either.  But the younger body feels more pain than the adult body so this was like a drug addict finding out how to make thier drugs more potent without risking death.  I use the dermal regenerator on her buttocks every moring before blistering her buttocks with the stinger, had to wait until this year to use it on her, she seems to have a limit as blisters are.... unplesant even for her, but she carries on, slowly being rehabilitated, she even stopped trying ot set her room on fire and she hasn't taken even a coin I've left in her reach but nto plainly in sight like it dropped.  So she is making progress.

Felina nods a little, "I see... ever drawn blood?" she asks and to her surprise the Lagosian shook his head, "I am good at not drawing blood, but nto sure WHERE she found the enzymes to create those sores but i've covered them up in a dermal regenpatch, one that numbs the area it's on so she can't derive pleasure from it.  Which the kitten nods.

After the Apatrian returned with a blehing sound.  She chugs her juice and starts pouring some more itn her cup.  Felina noticed that one of hte patches was missing, and the open sores were now oozing down the arm.  "Where is yoru patch?" Felina asked Ariela which caused the foxgirl to slam the pitcher down and covers the kitten's mouth "What Daddy doesn't know won't hurt him... but it will please me" sh eays as Felira wriggles and struggles some.  Suddenly a shadow loomed over head, a rabbit like shadow, one that made the kitten lose bladder control and puddle herself.  The foxgirl blinks a bit and then looks up, "Oh... Hello Daddy" she said like a little girl getting caught in the cookie jar.  

Clyde dragged the fox penitata off to her room yelling "Elli bring the rubber cuffs up to the music room... Ariela is being overly naughty again" he says as the elder slave bunny goes running up wiht the cuffs which is designed to not hurt, ever.  Dashing behind her Master and then bowing a little as the lift goes up to the third floor the trio vanishing to the rooms.

CHAPTER FOUR

While Clyde and the two girls were gone, the other nine bunnies and the foxgirl remaining starts cleaning up, shouting the remaining food on plates like they were going for no left overs the next time.  It was funny to see the plates be thrown about , scraped out and then stacked not so neatly.  One of the bunnies, a white one with red eyes smiles at Felina and then bounces the plate at the girl much to her suprise, "Toss it back, and I'm Blanche and yes it's an apt name." she says as Felina then frisbees the plate back, "This is something Master likes, unbreakable plates and all and beleive me, we've tried breaking one or two before giving up but they make one HELL of a paddle on your tushies" the bunny who looked about fourteen said.  

Felina continues to clean up with the mad dashing rabbits, "So trying to avoid punishment by cleaning up before he gets back or something?"  she asked before another bunny, another white one but this one had a red mark between her eyes and over the head to the back, "Call me Red, Masara did and it stuck" she says, "It's not taht we're trying to avoid punishment as much as the faster we get things done the sooner we can relax master, Elli always gets first crack but we all get into the snuggle pile, even the fox does on occasion taht she's not being punished for someting... which is fucking rare" she said before a wooden spoon lands on her buttocks and sends the thirteen year old bunny hopping literally, 'Masara will not like you swearing like that" a calm voice says still armed with the spoon.  

Elli returned early and smiles, "But it is a rare thing to see the fox able to snuggle with us, though stll a little young to actually participate in draining Masara of hsi strength.  But she seems to like his fingers well enough and it frees up Masara's... stick for us.... but as a Penitata, you're prohibited from sexual matters I'm thinking" she said with a mocking tone in which Elli suddenly jumps straight up and a tall brown male bunny is using the correction paddle he has on the only article of clothing on hsi body, the belt.  He chases Elli down wiht the paddle going "Rule Nine Elli" he says before she answers "She's a penitata! She's a Penitata she's not company!"   The male laughs, "That rule goes for Penitatas and slaves too, or did you forget me paddling Zoe for yelling at Emily?" he asks as Zoe shakes her head rapidly and steps back, ears down in slight fear.  The Masara of the mansion continues to chase the bunnygirl to a corner then presses a hand to her back, pinning her, spanking her about five more times, each time Elli cries out "Pitasa Masara! Pitasa Masra!" she said as her buttocks started darkening and becoming rosy, evidently even the Green girl isn't immune to spankings.

Clyde turn around and points at Red, "Red Come!" and the red mohawked rabbit came runing up and slips, landing on her butt.  Before she could get up he puts a foot on her thigh, "No stay, that's perfect" he says as he undoes the red collar off her neck and then slips it on Elli's neck before putting the green collar on Red, 'Now Green girl, escort Elli to the toy room and fix her up for me." he says as Elli is dragged off by Red, which Elli's rear was turning that.  He turns to Felina and smiles, "So enjoying your time here?  If so you're going ot hate me in a moment" he says pulling out a long rod, "I have to initiate a certain amount of pain and I dislike thier choices, but it's up to me administer it and I want this done fast" he says as he leads the Kitten to the wall and slides her hands in waht looked like a pair of holes with rubber rings, much like hosing couplings infact they were but they didn't lead anywhere but the open space behind it.  He slips the kitten's hands in after putting her on a box to get her at the right height.  He pushes a button and the rings inflated like the couplling does but it holds the arms tight, "Now then... ten swats should suffice" he says as he lines the stick up to the rear, near the tail then brings the switch back with minimal movement of his arm.  He whispers, "Here it comes' and before the kitten could say a word but tense up *Thack thack thack thack thack thack thack thack thack thack* he swatted ten times like a machinegun.  Tears errupted from Felina's eyes as one of the bunnies leans over, "Masara scary... so fast and even" Tria said as she looks the ten stripes over, seemingly still amazed how fast it went and how it was over before the kitten could yowl or even tear up.

The stripes felt like they were on fire, and getting all ten before the second switch strike registering was interesting to say the least as she starts crying and unable to rub her buttocks due to being locked in the wall like she was.  Clyde then unfastened the kitten from the wall and hugged her, "There there... it's over with, cry it out" he says as he strokes and caresses the kitten's back, hsi hand stroking lighlty as he kept her from rubbing the buttocks, "I'll apply soem willowbark to those later, right now it's time for your nap, try to nto rub yoru welts for me okay?" he asks as he lifts her up like she was his daughter and was followed by the green bunny Tria, "Kitty go bed bed?" she asks as Clyde nods, Felina was still crying when she was tucked in and the rabbit put on some soft music to help her sleep.  He drags Tria out the room by her ear which was funny to Felina when the green bunny was going "Hata hata hata Masara hata hata hata" which must be a form of ow in Lagosic.

The kitten fell asleep on her side, curled up and awoke four hours later with thefeeling of someone rubbing her buttocks.  It was Red and she had the willowbark ointment, applying it to the rear gently and almost motherly, "Shhh... stay still... Masara sent me to give this to you" she said as she pulls out a small toy cat. It was about a foot high and was a cat like her with a pair of Cs on her paws, "To help remind you why he hurts you and yet loves you" she says soflty and starts massaging the rear, "Masara is ready to see you if you feel up to it, a little talk or you can play up here, that chest is full of toys, mostly educational but I made sure there were some Gelchics in there." she says getting up and the hurt was less, she still felt it when she sat but not as bad.  She opens the chest up and on top was a horse like toy but it had six legs on it and a pair of horns that was on the back of the shoulder area like it was part of the spine.  Felina pulls it out and noticed that her gray striped kitty plush was the right size to ride the nearly two foot tall animal.  She dug around the blocks and waht looked like flash cards in a wooden box to find a saddle for the toy, smiling as she started pretending, someting she didn't do alot of in her childhood, having to be a help to her mother with the litter born after her.   Being a Penitata meant there was pain, but there was also redemption and return of things lost.

She finally came down after an hour and found Clyde in a larger chair wiht his feet over a gagged and bound Elli.  The sign hanging off her neck read 'I'm a naughty girl, I need punishment' which was evident by her thighs showing handprints.  This was nto a quick and merciful punsihment Felina realized.  But she didn't fear the rabbit, at least yet.

CHAPTER FIVE

Felina goes to the first floor. what wasn't noticable was the fact that teh back of the punished bunny was being treated.  She comes closer and sees that one of the slaves was behind Elli and using a salve on a small scorched spot in the shape of a spatual, a thin narrow spatula just above the buttcheek next to the tail.  As she comes around the other side she saw soemting odd in a corner, Anella hanging on what could be described as a hide rack, something one uses to cure leather, but in the middle was Allena arms over head, legs spread out to an invered Y position and shoved up her buttocks is a buttplug attached to a small hose.  Everytime soeone stepped on the hose intentionally or accidently, the young fox would give out a slight moan and jerks, a gag in her mouth and her nose almost touching the wall.  

Clyde sighs a little, "Okay how in the heck did that little critter manage to heat up a spatula, way over her head, heat it up to that hot degree then try giving Elli an ultimate reminder?" he asked and one bunny raised her hand, "Masara, I was teaching her how to cook the steaks the other day.... she learned how to get the stool" the bunny said meekly.   The male rabbit rubs his eyes, "Well Anella is banned from the kitchen, you cna spank her if she even steps foot in there again" he says as he rubs the eyes more.  He looks up and sees Felina, "Come here" he says softly "You didn't do anything wrong but it's time for your spanking, this time by hand." he says as he pats his lap.  The kitten nods a little and starts crawling up on the lap.  She looked at the guilty bunny that allowed the naughty fox in the kitchen.  The white bunny would be very unremarkable with her light gray fur and brown eyes... if it wasn't for all the metal in her. The bunny blushes as Clyde looks over and chuckles, "Don't go anywhere Emily" he says as she shakes her  head quickly, the piercings jingling.   This made Clyde laugh as he then adjusts the kitten, "Okay this can't be quite as rushed." he says as he cups the buttocks, "Are you ready?" he asked.

Felina nodded and grips the chair, holding her breath too.  Clyde sent his hand careening down upon the buttocks of the feline, sending a wave of pain up her spine as the welts from the switch were still there.  She lets out a strained mew as the rabbit crashed the hand down again and again.  each time the hand landed, the Nekosan mewed and cried, feeling ehr body reacting like any naughty child would.   He continues until he hit the twentyfifth spank and then looks down at the really rosy buttocks, "Okay now go over and lean next to Anella like a good girl, you might cheer the Aspatrian up some." he says as Felina nods.  The moment Felina exited the lap, than Emily was tugged over it.  Clyde smiles a little, "Be glad that you spoke up, if you hid the truth from me, this would be worse" he says and the piercing clad bunny nods, "Yes Masara" she says as she grips the chair and the male pulls out his correction paddle, turning it around and Felina could see that the side she didn't before, he usually used the paddle with one side, the other had very shallow pyramids, like grooves along the surface to create diamond shaped pattern unlike the smooth side used before.  He crashes the paddle down quickly and Emily cries out "Iki Masara" before he slaps the buttocks with the paddle's rougher side. *KRAK* "Tes Masara!" and it continued that way, the first word changed, never repeating until she said "Den Iki Masara" then "den tes... den nas" and so forth, the counting was in tens and like an abacus in verbal.

The Kitten wandered over to Anella and leans against the rack, causinga slight muffled sound from the fox.  She got a good look at her as the belly was distended, everytime the hose was stepped on, it pushed a little more water into her colon, punishment enema it seems.  She rubs the belly to get her mind off her poor rear as she continues to listen to Emily countin finally ending with "Tes den ko" which was twentyfive in Lagosic.  The kitten starts rubbing at the Aspatrian rear, watching her tense up and moans a little.  She looks behind her and seen the twins Alina and Isillia walk over and wiggle their rears, "You know Masara... we have been bad girls... maybe we should be spanked a few times...." which both thier rears was soundly swatted once and Clyde gets up carefully, "Later, right now tend to Elli while I deal wiht Anella" he says as he walks over, putting the face of the kitten towards the corner, "Keep in this direction." he says before turning a valve then pulls the hose out of the plug.  "now then girl... Rabbits ran from all directions, one was unable to mvoe much and the other moved slowly due to her rear being sore.  They set up the chairs and tables as four wheels out a huge salad with optional things to put on thier plates,. no meat this time as was custom to eat only plants for lunch, meat could be served in the morning meal and always something in the evening meal.   Felina carefully and slowly sits down as she watches Elli being ungagged and the sign removed but still cuffed harshly.  She leans over and sees that one of the bunnies brings out a wireles blender and shreds the salad up more, turning it to a slurry of vegitation.

After Clyde sat, Elli was served the shredded salad and a hose with a slurry even thinner than Elli's fed to Anella as he then taps the salad bowl, "We give thanks on this day, of friends, family, and new arrivals though one won't join us for now." he says before teh rabbits started digging in.  Felina ate the salad the best she could with her small sharp teeth and little grinding surface.  Remarkably she found the salad to break up easily when rasped off the roof of her mouth.  The drink of the meal was milk, fresh and cold which pleased the kitten until she turned it up and found it tasted odd.  One of the slaves leans over, 'It's half and half, half taurosi milk, half mei bean extract, you'll get used to it I'm sure." and sure enough the taste started growing on her, slightly slick tasting but was slightly sweet which her young body liked.  

After lunch, the tables were cleared and the kitten shooed up to the lift,. "You're free to go until this evening, don't leave the house but you can play with your toys until I come for you" Clyde said as Felina wasted no time running off befor she felt the hand on her arm, "After this" he says as he starts rubbing willowbark on ht ebuttocks, "Now you can go" he said as the rear stopped throbbing and she made a mad dash but not a full out run,  like the rabbits tended to do themselves to get around quickly, to her room, not wanting to be punished like Elli for being slow.

CHAPTER SIX

Felina goes up and starts closing her door.  Her room is still very spartan and she sits near the chest, opening it and starts pulling out the horse and the kitten plush.  She smiles to her self as she starts pretending, getting her mind off her situation, letting her mind wander as she pretends her plush is a brave princess running to save a prince from a dragon.  "I Princess Gwendolin,  shall save you Prince!" she says slightly loudly and starts tromping the gelchic around then found two smaller ones, enjoying playing as if the three were loyal sentient steeds.  She looks up and yawns a little as she starts putting the toys away and then crawls up onto the bed, curling up to sleep.  The nap felt so good to her, her dreams comforting her as the radio played more soft music in the background.

She awoke with a start, moving a little and notice her bed was wet.  She starts tugging at the sheets and starts blushing.  It was about that time when Clyde walked in, he looks at the kitten and sits on the edge of the bed and pulls up a small wet wipe, wiping the girl off as he puls her to his body,. rubbing and cuddling Felina close.  He holds her and caresses her back "Shhhh... shhhh it's okay, your body isn't adjusted yet... accidents happen" he says consolingly.  He lifts her up and she wraps her arms around his neck, holding close and sniffing into his soft chestfur.  Her eyes moves to the black burned in brand, like an inverted check mark.  She looks up at him. "How did you get this?" she asked as she lightly touched it.

Clyde smiled and clicked a button, "Felina needs new sheets" he says as he starts sitting in the chair in the corner, rocking and cuddling the girl, "This was part of an accident.  I was changing out a power cell on a hovercar and it sparked, it's an electical burn from when I was a kid" he says as he starts rubbing and strokng at the buttocks firmly and lightly pats at the cheeks as he continues to console the girl with a gentle touch.  He licks the ears and cheek a little to help with the mood by trying ot make her laugh at being groomed.   His tongue laps at her cheek and muzzle grooming her a little as this causes the kitten to purr, it has been years since she purred.  

Felina calms down, her embarassment fading as she cuddles in, her tail flicking a little as she looks towards the door, her eyes closing again as she settles in, seeing the benifit, love, pure parental love despite the new home's quirks.  Ellie comes in, still gagged and wearing the sign again.  She starts pulling the sheet off the bed and then wipes the plastic surface down to clean it up fully before putting a set of new sheets on.  Before the gagged bunny could grab the wet sheets again to carry them out, the twins runs in and takes off with them, wildly giggling as Elli give chase, not used to not being able to speak.  This scene made Felina laugh a little "Funny bunny" she says sleepily.  

Clyde nods a bit and starts carrying her out, shutting the door with hsi foot as he takes her to the lift.  When the pair makes it down, there was a small table with a leather outfit and a tunic on it laid out.  Also there was two pairs of gloves, the terraformer pair and the penitata set, white with silver Ps on them.  He starts helping the little kitten into her tunic and sinches it closed so that it looked like a dress and starts slipping the fingerless gloves on thier hands.  Clyde looked like something out of a roman army with his leather kilt with reinforced bands and a thick sleevelss shirt.   He nuzzles the kitten's nose wiht his as one of the slaves comes out, wearing a similar but purple tunic with a gold belt and all of her piercings polished to a gleam.  Felina looks up at Clyde, "Daddy?  What's going on?" she asked as she looks up at the male rabbit.  

Emily says with a smile, "Oh we're going out to have a little fun, Masara needs to pickup a proper sized paddle for you and you get to help with the construction... don't worry I promise it won't be used on you until you do something bad" she said.  Clyde looks over at his slave and chuckles, "Okay I promise that the paddle won't be weilded against the buttocks until we set foot in the house again" he smiles and relents to his metal laden girl.  The trio goes out to the hovercar and belts the girl in tightly, the kitten feeling rather vulnerable at the moment and looks around a little.  Emily and Clyde hops in and starts driving to the local BDSM shop since there wasn't much  need of a Rejuve shop.  He parks in the side and starts undoing the belts, putting her in his arms as he carries Felina in with Emily skipping a little, chiming and ringing in each step.  The building was huge and black with what could be described as physical manifestation of fear.

The interior wasn't much better, paddles with and without holes, spikes on things from collars to cuffs to paddles.  Thick whippy canes and crops sitting in a large basket.  Felina look around and gulps a little.  The male brings the penitata to the counter and rings a bell.  The kitten thinking the one running this dark and foreboding business.  She imagined a large muscular rabbit with more pirecings than Emily with some sort of body decoration and scars.  What called out shattered that image as a feminine voice chimes "Be right with you!   I'm just downstairs finishing up a paddle.  Emily leans over the counter and shouts "Well get your butt up here soon or Masara will come down for you!"   The voice downstairs sounded louder and clearer, "Masara is here?  Your Masara?" she asks as she climbs out of her basement and shuts the trap door, "Oh well that paddle can wait.  How are you doing?  Any new piercings or tats?" the bright pink bunny asks, five piercings in her ears and few other piercings in her lip and nose, her nose piercing attached to an ear piercing by a chain.  The bunny looks down at Felina "OH! You're a cute little kitty... Oh no you're a penitata aren't you?  Well you're lucky you're with Emily here, she'll keep the big bad Masara off you when you don't deserve too much punishment" she said with a chiming tone, "By the way I'm Quinn Terri, everyone calls me QT though" she says as her pircings chime.

Emily leans over, "Well Masara needs a new paddle, soemthing more... compatable for the kitty's rear." she says as she then climbs up on the counter and QT turns around, "Well got just the thing Emi, this is the butt burner" the pink bunny says as she turns back around with a paddle with a slightly longer handle but a hand sized spanking surface, "This really works well because it flexes, more surface more burn less bruising see?" QT says as he flips the back of the skirt on th bunny up and then smacks Emily's rear making her jump.  The prone bunny wiggles a little. "Goodness that felt interesting" she said before QT suddenly gave her three more showing the ease of the paddle.

Clyde shakes his hand, "No, need a shorter handle, she'll be on my lap, not running around" he says as he looks at some small headed paddles with regular handles.  He picks up one that had an interesting pattern of cicles on the surface and brings it over.  QT smiles, "Oh that is Brutus... I'm pround of him"  The kitten got very worried about paddles having genders.... much less a name that resembles the word Brutal.  Clyde takes and smacks the buttocks on Emily.  He only got one strike in before she jumped clear off the counter.  QT smiles, "The surface has tiny little points to bring your point home."  Clyde laughs, "No no points needed... I'm looking for something slightly different though." he says as Emily climbs back up and rubs her buttocks a bit, "That was bad bad paddle" she said.   Clyde then picks up another that was the right size and rubs the paddle's surface to make sure the paddle wasn't spiked before bringing it over.  QT giggles happily, "Ah I see you found Thor" she says, sending the kitten cowering, that name souned worse.  Clyde then smack the buttocks firmly and Emily jumped "Yeep!"  Clyde thenslaps his own thigh as h ard as he could swing it, sending a loud thundering crack sound and smiles,. "This one... this works very nicely" he says as he put it up on th ecounter.  Felina just stood there, shocked that her parent would use a paddle on his own leg, bare no less.  QT nods a litle, "You won't regret it.. need anything else?  I got some lovely stinger paddles to use"  Clyde shakes his head, "Got one and can't use it much on her until she turns eight, one of the rules" he says as he then hands the coins to QT, Emily climbing off and handing the paddle to Felina who accepts it quickly, figuring if she had it, Clyde didn't and couldn't use it on her.  

The ride home was quiet if wasn't for the chiming of Emily's piercings.  The kitten looks down at the paddle, rubbing and stroking the surface slowly, it felt smooth but yet had a slight texture to it.  Clyde didn't say a word all the three minute trip, not saying what was on his mind and Emily was too busy listening to hte music, headbanging to the beat as the music played.  Clyde parks the car and gets out.  Emily follows with a little skip like before and comes around to the side to let Felina out.  Clyde lifts the kitten out of her seat and carries her, letting her keep the paddle in her hands as he suddenly smacks the cheeks firmly but not painfully.  Felina yeeps a little and raised her voice. "You promised you wouldn't spank me until we were inside, you promised.  Emily giggles, "Masara you're evil but no promise is broken... I made him promise to not use the paddle on you until we were inside... the paddle in your hand." she says as she strips off quickly and put her gloves in the hamper near the door as Clyde undresses the girl and puts her gloves in the hamper then the tunic as Emily keeps hers on for a bit longer and then the male undresses himself and hangs the leather outfit up on the wall to be cleaned differently.  He then sets the girl on his lap, taking the paddle and rubbing it along the kitten's rear, "Okay now I'll make this quick and you can go play as long as you like and dinner will be brought up to yoru room later" he says as he then brings the paddle back and starts smacking quickly and firmly.  He smiles a bit as he gives her ten swats on each cheek, the impacts making the kitten jump and cry, whimpering and mewing in pain and embarassment.   The rabbit pulls the paddle away and starts cuddling her, "Okay it's over.... it's done" he says as Felina grips chest fur and cries into it, feeling the love along with the pain, she knew to not try rubbing it as he cuddles and strokes her back and tail, whispering softly into her ear soft gentle words of parental care.  As much as he can hurt, the rabbit also could love her like she couldn't find anywhere.  

CHAPTER SEVEN

After a little nap on the rabbit's lap, she's awoken by a slight jostling and blinks awake as he picks her up and takes her to where Anella was, playing with a toy robot, using small toys on it.  He sets Felina down and both of them watches her, marvelling at the skill she was showing as she sets the broken toy back down and it started walking around and spit sparks out of it's 'weapon' as it moves around.   Clyde coughs a little as Anella suddenly looks up.  The foxgirl smiles a little as she gets up, still nude with a small silver ring on her left nipple, "Hello Masara" she said, "You like?  Emily gave it to me, said it would make me beautiful" she says as she liglty played with the ring of metal.

Felina looks the toy over and starts playing with it as Clyde takes the toy in his hand and smiles "Like Mother like daughter" he says as he gives the toy back to Felina and leaves.  He returns with a toolbelt and drops it at the feet of the foxgirl, "Put it on, it was your mother's... I'm going to teach you how to work on things" he says as he takes the cute vixen with him, letting her waddle behind him dragging the belt since it wasn't going to fit her for a few years yet.  Felina continues to play with the toy, winding it up and letting it take over the repair bay's floor with sparks and mechanical grumms where the clockwork is turning and grinding along.  

As the kitten played around and Clyde teaches the Aspatrian how to change the coolant of the hover car, foot steps echoed along the floor and all three of them turns to Red hauling Ariela with her.  Ariela was nude as usual, in the new green collar girl's hand were two swtiches and pawns them off on the kitten with a "Hold this" in a firm tone.  Clyde then wipes his hand, "Okay guess we better get this over with" he says as the little masochist whimpers, knowing that the rabbit can and will go way past her limit on pain.  He sighs a little as he sits on the mechanic bench, patting hsi lap as Felina walks close and then sat down with the swtches in her hand.  Red pulls Ariela to Clyde's lap and lays her across it, his leg pinning both her legs down and then holds the tail back out of the way.  He takes the elparwood first, "You know the proceedure from the other birthdays."  Ariela nods and whimpers before Clyde sends the white swtich crashing down, smacking the buttocks firmly.  He smacks again again, sending Felina to slouch and fold her ears back.    He continued to spank the naughty fox until he hit eight swats.   He rubs th ebuttocks with the paddle and then takes the other switch, the guanin one, setting it along the tailbase and brings the rod back slightly and then *THWACK* was the sound, very crisp and very clear more than the Esparwood switch as it created a thin line of a welt along the buttocks and he contnues to swat hard and fast, rapidly smacking the rear with the switch with a thwack thwack whack whack whack sound like a machine gun.  He then drops the girl to the floor and lets her dance around, wiggling and prancing as he held her hands, keeping her from rubbing at her rear,. "Easy easy, it's over, you're getting it lighter than others would. my swats have more power so I do fewer smacks." he says pulling Ariela up closer to his body, smiling and consoling her, keeping her hands pinned to his chest as he rubs the back and tail slowly, softly and gently.

Clyde slowly puts the girl down again, "Okay go and play, don't remove the bandages and if you're a good girl, you'll get some willowbark balm on your rear before dinner, can you be a good girl for me?" he asks as he then looks at the kitten, the other penitata and both nods.  "Good" he says as he gets up and gets back to Anella, teaching her some more about fixing things that was simple, instructing her not to do anything without him present until she was at least twelve.  

Felina and Ariela runs off to the main room watching the rabbit clean up,. seem while they were busy with the fox's punishment, there was a food fight.  Before they could get closer, a pair of hands grabs them from behind, cupping thier head, "Don't get involved... you will not like it" Red said much like a big sister than second in command to Clyde.  The pair nods as Ariela suddenly yelps and wiggles,. Red was applying something to her rear not so gently.  Despite the evident discomfort, the sounds of the barks and soft howls turning to pleasant yips made the feline giggle and watches as Ariela start wiggling ehr hips against the hand, enjoying herself as Felina goes up to the track she heard about, and sure enough, two of the bunnies were running laps, each teasing and taunting the other.  They were wearing tight tops to hold thier breasts against themselves to keep them for bouncing too much.  She watched teh pair dash about.  Suddenly she heard *ringle-jingle-jingle-jingle* as Emily ran behind them ringing and chiming like a windchime in a tornado.  

Ariela joined the kitten and hugs from behind, "I love Daddy... he's nice"

Felina nods,. "I love daddy too, and he loves us all...." she says as she sits dwon, watching the three bunnies exercise and jog about, looking down at Red taking a spoon to the three bunnies that exploded a cake in the main room because they thought they were going to be funny.
