I was testing irregular loops (some rotating in 4 frames, others 6, others 8) in the same image to give some organic feeling to it. Short loops with unified cycles can feel really artificial as the beginning and end become predictable. When the loops aren't closely aligned, we get some of that natural jostling that feels more real and interesting as it loops. It may not be immediately noticeable, but I think the effect was promising. \n\nI got distracted by another project and... simply forgot this existed. I do want to get back to more animation, but most of it is testing and practice that doesn't really serve much value to being posted. This one has enough that I think someone will enjoy it even though it'll never be finished. I'm only posting scraps and abandoned works here and one other gallery. \n\nDid you find the irregular loops effective here?
