Ada Wong had arrived at what appeared to be a lab for Neo Umbrella. Its premises seemed to have been deserted for quite some time, and lab equipment had been left behind by the individuals working at the facility, but other than that there was no sign of any personnel or B.O.Ws. Intriqued, she warily ventured deeper into the lab, making notes of her observations in a small cube-like device. She hoped to find some evidence as to what had been occuring here.

Ada gasped, feeling an inexplicable stinging sensation in her shoulder. Her arms quickly went numb, urging her to drop the mobile device. She paid no heed to the sound of it skittering along the cold flooring, instead focusing on the dart that was embedded in her shoulder. What little light that had crept into this area permeated the tube that the dart was attached to. To Ada's horror, it revealed a purplish substance within its confines; the C-Virus. She felt the tube's contents inject itself into her bloodstream, panicking over what she knew would undoubtedly happen next.

The changes were immediate and violent, forcing her boots to explode; formerly slender legs and supple skin, replaced with powerful reptilian legs and a dense covering of scales. She tried in vain to hold the changes in by leaning forward and grabbing her midsection tightly. Ada could feel the changes focusing on her torso as the virus ran rampant through her veins. Soon, she would not only lose her form, but her mind.

She struggled on her knees against the virus while it re-wrote her anatomy. Within mere seconds, the spy's short-cut hair had fallen away and seen itself replaced with a scaly crest. Likewise, her face had far removed itself from a human visage. Instead, showcasing the rapid development of an equally scaly snout and sharpened fangs to go with it. Ada continued to grasp at the top of her reptilian head, deeply horrified over the sensations of her delicate fingers being warped and fused into vicious claws. And that's when she finally felt it, her consciousness, her inhibitions, who she had been, all fading away. The virus had begun to re-work her thoughts and mindset into those of an attack beast, a B.O.W. Bright, yellow eyes mingled with a growl to announce that Ada was now gone, replaced with a creature annoyed by the fact that clothing still covered her. The beast began to tear them away, knowing that they would hinder the completion of this new form.

The creature stood. Feeling her developing tail attempt to remove the only article of clothing that remained.

She leaned forward and let out a long hiss, using the leverage to help the tail remove the straining panties; casting away the last remnant of Ada's humanity. The spy's old life was now over, and a new one was about to begin. The cunning that Ada Wong had developed and honed as a human would help to further her status as one of Neo Umbrella's most efficient B.O.W.s. The perfect killing machine.

Entry 01
Today, a new specimen was brought to the facility under instruction of REDACTED. A most interesting subject, appearing to be derived from the Strelats mutational path. We were ordered to conduct observation and study on the creature. Through visual information, we were able to conclude that the subject was female. We've moved the specimen to the Observation Chamber.

Entry 02
We have labeled the specimen with the designation of STRLTS-V, and intend to observe its behavior under controlled and test conditions. In regards to physical similarity to the main strain, subject has many noteworthy differences. Sporting a smaller crown and more developed limbs, unlike the main strain. Also of note is that the specimen appears to be incapable of forcibly ejecting spikes from its mouth and crest. Indeed, she seems to lack the splitting of the mandible that is an identifying trait of regular strelatses. Tomorrow, we provide her with live prey. I am eager to see what occurs.

Entry 03
Today, we provided STRLTS-V with live prey so that we could observe her combat abilites in action. Needless to say, we were very impressed with the results. STRLTS-V has displayed the ability to mimic the color and texture of its surroundings, creating a simple-yet-effective means of camouflage, though the trait seems to be exclusive only to her upper body. The subject's lower body is incapable of doing the same. Interesting to note is that the subject seems to be self-aware. As when faced with this limitation, she moved underneath a desk and pressed herself against the floor. Effectively nullifying the limited coverage of the camouflage.
The ability is circumstantial, but STRLTS-V seems to have an instinct on when to use it, as demonstrated when she hid under a desk and watched the live prey from her concealed area. When the target dropped its guard, the subject anchored itself to the floor using its claws, and enlisted the aid of its tail to balance itself. After a few cracking noises, the specimen extended its tongue and lanced the target in a way that I can only compare to that of a frog catching a fly. The subject quickly dragged the prey towards itself by contracting its tongue until it was within reach, at which point STRLTS-V proceeded to brutally maim its "catch". All of this took place in a matter of seconds. STRLTS-V is an efficient killer.

Entry 04
A note to all personnel that the subject STRLTS-V has been given a new code name. The code name, Strelats Kusu, is to be written on all official documents regarding STRLTS-V henceforth.

Entry 05
After sedating Strelats Kusu, we subjected it to x-rays and resonances with the hopes of determining how its biology functioned. The tests reveal that Strelats Kusu uses its upper and tail muscles to propel its tongue with force towards its target comparable to a harpoon or crossbow. When reeling in its target, Strelats Kusu uses the same muscles to retract its tongue and bring prey within reach of its claws.

A researcher working late noticed the subject exuding one more--alarming-- ability; using its tongue as an organic grappling hook to reach areas otherwise inaccessible to it. This, of course, prompted us to immediately sedate and move the subject to a more secure chamber.

Today, we've concluded the last tests and observations on Strelats Kusu. We had originally intended to re-locate the B.O.W to a training facility, but REDACTED cancelled the transfer. Instead, ordering us to directly hand over the B.O.W and all related data to her.

Entry 08
The subject behaved calmly until it apparently caught sight of REDACTED, at which point Strelats Kusu became violent and clawed at the inside of its capsule window. I am grateful that the container held against its sudden aggression until we could administer an airborne sedative into the capsule. Suggest that capsule be switched out for a windowless variant to prevent further incidents. Report concluded.
