Rough reference of my newest star character, Lucius Labelle. He has been in development for about a month now.
He is a TV personality/performer for cubs, primarily marketed towards young girls and young boys who like other boys/men. He plays piano, acoustic guitar, and the harp- essentially any instrument that is associated with gentle or beautiful melodies where he can also show off his ethereal singing voice.
Due to his species, in Raia he is an innately magical person with unique and special powers. In Lucius's case, this is a specialized form of mind control that is particularly potent in putting cubs to sleep or pacifying them; but he can also use it to enhance desire. The closer to him you are physically, the stronger his influence can become. Essentially, he has a strong hypnosis power that is spread through his voice and direct eye contact.
By watching him on TV, cubs will become sleepy when his show airs around bedtime, so he is very popular with parents as well. His power is only so strong through TV, though- it becomes much stronger for live audiences or those he is making direct, in-person eye contact with.
He likes to film in front of a live audience of cute cubs and will often directly flirt with members of his audience. He starts with more upbeat interactive performances and is known for his expressiveness- and as the show progresses, he slowly lulls his viewers into a serene state of sleepy bliss.
Other fun facts about Lucius:
Lucius also runs what he calls his "Dream Camp" out of one of his mansions; where every summer for two weeks cubs can sign up to participate in camp activities and enjoy private shows. These daytime activities include crafting, swimming, music class, playing in his personal playground, and more. At night, he performs a small concert and *tucks* them all into bed in a single, large shared dorm room.
Lucius is also part owner of Mitsy's Creamery (fnaf-like restaurant known for its icecream and burgers and animatronic performers and a mascot in Mitsy's likeness). Sometimes he does guest performances there. He knows Mitsy through her adoptive brother, Damien, who is also a musician.
Overtime, Lucius takes several little cub girls as his wives; through the support and consent of their parents/guardians, they move in to his mansion and spend out the rest of their lives in pampered splendor-while also carrying his children form time to time.
