"Eeeeee~" the small raccoon cub squirmed excitedly on the surgical table.

"Alright little guy, I know you can't wait to see your new family but I need you to hold still." Jasper told him, grabbing the scalpel and bringing it to the young testicle crimped in his forceps.

A quick flick severed the nut, which he caught and dropped into the disposable Dixie cup near the kid's thigh.

"That's one!" He told the boy, who's tail wagged even more in excitement.

Jasper set down the knife and grabbed the end of the forceps with two fingers. Pushing downwards towards the cub's body caused the severed cords to knot over themselves. He pulled it taunt to ensure the knot wouldn't come loose and then let go. He checked for any bleeding and when there wasn't any he lightly pulled on the kid's scrotum a few times so it disappeared inside.

"Next." Jasper said with a grin. He pinched the next testicle in its sac, pushing it to the walls of the scrotum and making the asking go taunt. "One more nasty little testicle and you're immune to cooties forever little buddy." He told the kid.

He wasnt listening though, he was to lost in though about what his new family was gonna look like..... What they were gonna act like. He stared at the ceiling, all he could really see was his feet, his undies which were still around his ankles and the assistant who was holding his legs up in the diaper position.

Jasper wasted no time cutting the testicle out of its home, his expert paws had that baby out faster then you could say 'candy land'. He cleaned the small amount of fat away from the cord with a gause pad before taking the forceps and twisting the cord around it once. This method was quick and easy and allowed for a faster neuter.

It the same method they use on feral cats at a vets clinic. It was just a simple twist and then maneuver the testicle back down, open the forceps so the cord and testicle go in, crimp -which gives that nice audible *crrritch* noise- and then that's testies as good as dead. Then you take the knife, cut the testicle off, and then push the cord off the forceps. Done right it makes a simple knot around itself, no sutures needed.

Jasper dropped the boys testicle into the Dixie cup with the other one which completed the boy's neuter. "All done little guy." He told the cub.

"Yay!" He squirmed excitedly. 

Jasper reached for the spray can on the tray and shook it. He sprayed both wound sights which quickly closed over in scar tissue. His assistant then lowered the boy's legs and allowed him to sit up straight.

The boy inspected himself, moving his little uncircumsised penis out of the way to see his deflated sac with 2 little pink scars on each side. "Weird.... Its all flat like a popped balloon..." The boy said.

"This is for you." He handed the boy a full sized chocolate bar. "For being such a good boy." 

The boys eyes lit up even more. "Thank you!" 

"You're very welcome big guy." Jasper rubbed his head scruff. "We're really gonna miss you..." He hugged him. 

"I'm gonna miss you to..." He hugged him back.

"You come visit us some time, OK?" Jasper kissed the boys head. 

"I will!" The raccoon cub wagged again.

"Alright. Let's get you up so you can pull up your underwear and get dressed again. Don't think you wanna meet your new family in your 'birthday suit' do you?"

The boy happily slipped off the table and set his candy bar down. He bent over and pulled his white briefs up from around his ankles and took his pants which had been neatly folded on the table next to him. Jasper helped him zip up and click the button.

"All set?" He asked.

The boy grabbed his candy bar again and and jumped up and down. "Let's goooooo." 

"OK, OK come on." Jasper smiled and started walking the kid out. "Oh, hold on, we got one more thing." He said walking back to the surgical table and getting the cup with the two testicles inside. He walked back towards the door and stopped at the trash can which had a quote written on the side. "What's it say, buddy?" He asked.

"'Bye bye coodies'." He read. Jasper then handed him the cup and stepped on the release peddle which made the lid spring open. "Care to do the honors?" He asked motioning.

The raccoon smiled again, throwing his testicles inside. "Bye bye coodies." He said.

"Thata' boy." Jasper said tusling his head fur again and walking through the door.
