Marcus and Purity's marriage is one of convenience: Physically, they have no interest in each other, since Marcus finds only males attractive, and Purity is loyal only to her brother. But they have to keep appearances up, as the Moose works for his father's company, and both of their families are ultra religious.
So every once in a while, they make a public show of married love by going on a romantic date together, to a fancy restaurant where the small town's wealthy residents wine and dine. They play games with each other, showing off by doing more and more ridiculous fake gestures of love: last year, Marcus knelt next to his wife and recited a poem for all to hear. A few months later there was a musical quartet playing the waltz for the guests, so Purity invited the lumbering moose to dance with her in front of a bemused audience.
Just for shits and giggles, they keep upping the ante, like teenagers playing pranks on one another. Tonight is no different: Secretly, the facetious Moose planned a whole thing, learning the words to an operatic love song (Nessum Dorma by Puccini), preparing to sing it right in front of his wife knowing full well he is quite tone-deaf. Unfortunately for Marcus, Purity has already been tipped off by Felix, who couldn't help himself but divulge the loud surprise his adoptive father had prepared for his mother.
As much as she wants to see the large Moose massacre the aria, she enlists her son to make sure Marcus will be otherwise occupied the whole dinner. It's easy to justify Felix coming with them tonight, after all the appearance of a solid marriage can only be reinforced by their son sitting at the table.
So before dinner is served, the little Arctic fox cub seemingly disappears. Marcus finally notices the boy isn't seated when he feels a small paw unzipping his pants. Half-jumping up in surprise, he looks towards his wife, who smiles from ear to ear as she brings her own hand under the table to play with herself. Finally aware of the conspiracy between mother and son, the Moose sits back down, bested, his cock already at half mast from the cub's ministration.
Furtively, the Moose takes a quick look under the tablecloth: Felix is half naked under there, and his mother has tied him with collar and leash to the table pole like the little horny dog that he is. Winking at his adoptive father, Felix turns around and presents his tailhole, quietly whining from expectation.
Sighing in defeat, Marcus guides his hard rod under the table to pierce inside the fox's little hole, deeply penetrating the cub like a familiar glove. Felix whines in pain and pleasure, but in the noisy restaurant the cub stays unnoticed and his mom decides to cover for him by pretending to talk and laugh with her husband as she pleasures herself. Before he loses his thoughts in the bliss of Felix's warm depths, Marcus wonders if his wife is doing this as a gift for him or for herself. She seems to be getting off on this more than her own son.
