We will need to ration it out to make it last as long as we can while we work out a way to escape.''? The last thing we needed was to be at each other?s throats.\n\n\t``Guys GUYS! Calm down! This is exactly what Monokuma wants us to do!'' I said as he stepped in between Chim and Whitestripe. Thankfully the two seemed to snap back to their senses pretty quickly.\n\n\t``... He?s right. We need to keep focus and come up with a plan.'' Whitestripe said calmly before Nita suddenly stood up.\n\n\t``Actually what I think what we all need is something to eat.'' she said before a chorus of growling stomachs seemed to ring out through out the dinning room at once. As I walked back I noticed Flo sitting out in the glade by themselves. It looked like they were mediating. I didn?t really know much about him, but for some reason I just couldn?t help but be intrigued. I decided to try and get a closer look. I would carefully step into the glade behind where he was sitting, wondering what the cobra was doing.\n\n\t``I know you are there.'' he said bluntly, causing me to freeze in my tracks. I wasn?t sure what to do at that moment. Was he made I intrrupted him? The last thing I wanted to was to make enemies. \n\n\t``Relaxsss. It looked soo close I could reach up and grab it... well if there wasn?t a magical barrier keeping us trapped against our will. At least I was living up to my title as Ultimate Bad Luck. I would stand up and look back at the tile that had come loose. It was then I noticed the ground underneath was actually hollow. As I walked over, I saw a small wooden box inside with a symbol resembling a needle and thread. \n\n\t``What is this?'' I asked myself as I reached in and pulled it out. After examine it in my paws, I found a latch on the side and opened it. Inside, sitting in purple Velvet cushioning, was what looked like a large silver sewing needle. ``?Well... thats odd...'' I said as I picked it up. Big mistake. \n\n\t``Ouch!'' I yelped as I manged to prick my finger with the end. I dropped it and started to suck my puncture wound. But oddly enough, I didn?t taste blood... but instead it felt like I had... cotton in my mouth? I quickly pulled my finger out... only to see a small wad of cotton sticking out of the end of it. ``What on earth?'' was what I said before I noticed my entire finger was suddenly merging into my paw, forming a large mitten. I yelped as my fur seemed to become more shiny and uniform, while it looked like there was a seam going up the entire side of my arm. \n\n\t``HELP! HELP!'' I shouted as loudly as I could as the transformation continued. My entire arm felt numb as I fell on my butt and felt the strange feeling start spreading into my chest. I heard foot steps coming in my direction as I felt my consciousness fading. The last thing I heard before I passed out was someone shouting my name. Before I knew it, I fell back and everything went dark. \n\n=================\n\n\t``Ink? Ink? Can you hear me?'' A female voice said as I slowly started to open my eyes. Light blinded me as I tried to see who was standing over me. Soon enough I was greeted with the familiar face of Lovrianne as she placed her paw on my forehead. \n\n\t``Thank goodness. I asked as I noticed everyone else was standing around me looking with a mix of concern and confusion. Let alone somehow use it on your self for that matter!'' he said as I wondered what he was talking about. ``But then again, what do you expect when your natural born talent is being a glutton for punishment?'' he added. \n\n\t``You mean you left that there!?'' Whitestripe said defiantly. \n\n\t``Of course I did! As I said yesterday, I am looking for some creativity from you lot when you plan you homicides. Tobio said, holding the box I had found last night in his paw. I suddenly had a bad feeling as the events from last night came flooding back into my mind. \n\n\t``Guys... what happened to me!?'' Loviranne held me and tried to calm me down as Monokuma turned to look at me. \n\n\t``Well to put it simply... your stuffing!'' he said suddenly pulling out a mirror and holding it up to my face. I froze for a moment as I saw my reflection. My face had rounded and taken a much softer appearance, while a line of stitching ran down my face. My eyes had a unnatural shine to them, as they were now made of plastic, and my teeth had become soft felt. As I looked over the rest of my body, It had swelled up with what I assumed stuffing, and had seams up and down my arms, legs, and sides. Patches were present in several spots and a large button was were my belly button had been. The final change was a clear tag that was on my tail, with an image of Monokuma on it. I only had one thing to say about that...\n\n\t``...What... the.... HELL!?'' I shouted out as Monokuma just laughed. \n\n\t``It?s really disappointing really. When the tiger took over, he had personally located as many of these as he could on in school ground and put them into storage in the school vault to keep students from getting their hands on them and misusing them. Loviranne said as she reached into her pocket and pulled out what looked like a smart phone. It would make an electronic beep before showing the school crest and Lovrianne?s picture, name and student information. It looked very high tech. \n\n\t``Wow! So we each get one of these?'' I asked as he tried to hold it.... only for it to slip from my fingerless paws. It landed on the ground hard but amazingly it didn?t get a scratch. Lovrianne picked it back up and held it for me. \n\n\t``Yep. Monokuma said we would need it to get into the restrooms and our own dorms.'' she said ``We can also use them to call each other on campus.'' she said \n\n\t``Well wait, doesn?t that mean we can use them to call for help?'' I asked as Rundall shook his head.\n\n\t``I already tried that. They can only connect to each other. Plus it?s hack proof. Monokuma said that it has an alarm to alert him to any tampering.'' the tech savvy magpie explained. \n\n\t``It does have all the school regulations on it.'' Lovrianne said as she swiped the screen with her finger. Soon a list of regulations would appeared on the screen.\n\nRule 1\n\nStudents may only Reside inside the school. Leaving campus is considered a waste of student?s vaulable time. \n\nRule 2\n\nNighttime is 10pm to 7AM. During this time the dining hall is off-limits to all students. No exceptions.\n\nRule 3\n\nPurposeful destruction of school property such as Security Cameras and monitors will be severely punished. \n\nRule 4\n\nStudents have free roam of the school grounds except for several restricted areas. \n\nRule 5\n\nStudents may only sleep in the dormitory rooms. Sleeping anywhere else will be seen sleeping in class and punished accordingly.\n\nRule 6\n\nViolence against dean Monokuma is forbidden. Violation of this rule will result in capital punishment. \n\nRule 7\n\nDean Monokuma is not allowed to directly interfere with students. The only exception is when a rule has been violated. \n\nRule 8\n\nAnyone who kills a fellow student will be come blackened. The blackened will then graduate if they are not discovered. \n\nRule 9\n\nAdditional regulations will be added as the need arises. \n\n\tAs I read over the rules, I realized what Lily had meant. ``Oh I get it. It might upset everyone, but it would also make me seem suspicious if I hid something like that. I kept mulling it over as I walked down the hall. I looked out the window and saw it was already dark outside. As I got closer to the dinning hall I could smell the food and wondered if I even needed to eat now... before suddenly the lights went out.\n\n\tI would hear a yelp from the dinning hall as I could hear the others panic. I quickly ran in the direction of the panic to see if everyone was ok. I would almost immediately bump into someone, resulting in a ommpfh and a crinkle sound.\n\n\t``Flo! Is that you?'' I asked as I grabbed her shoulder and turned her over... before I stumbled back and yelped. \n\n\t``Ink! Whats going on?'' Flo asked as he and Charmante came in behind me. We would all remain silent. On the bed, was Lovrianne, or rather her body. Sticking out of her chest was the silver sewing needle I had found earlier. It was right were her heart would be, with white stuffing spilling out around it. Her entire body had become plush like mine, but her eyes lacked the shine of life mine had. She... was gone. Chapter 1  - Toys of Despair

Daily Life

\tIt took awhile for us all to regain our composure after Monokuma?s announcement earlier. His words still were burned into my brain.

\t``It?s quite simple. If you truly wish to leave our program here at Lunar Academy, then all you have to do is kill a fellow classmate!'' That was what he told us. It still seemed bad dream. I am sure many of us wished that this really was another of Whitestripe?s lessons, but it was clear now this was all too real.

\tWhitestripe was quick to take command again, despite his position being usurped, and had us split off into teams to investigate and try a way out of the school. We were now seated in the dinning hall to talk about the results of our search. Whitestripe stood up on the table, his short stature not helping with his image as leader.

\t``Ok, now that everyone is here, lets go around and share what we?ve found, just so we can get a better handle on the situation.''? he said as everyone didn?t look very optimistic. ``... um maybe I should go first...'' he said, clearing his throat.

\t``Me and Fenrir investigated the front door. It?s been heavily fortified and sealed with a magnetic code lock. It?s too strong even for me or Fenrir to open, and I doubt Monokuma would leave the code laying around for us to find, so the main entrance is a dead end.''? he said as Fenrir nodded in agreement. ``Lovrianne, how did you and Flo make out with the barrier?'' He asked looking at the sandy colored she cat who stood up.

\t``Me and Flo attempted to combine our magicks to try and find a weakness in the barrier, but it was no use. In addition to keeping us trapped inside the school grounds, it also seems to hamper our own abilities quite significantly.''? She said before Flo interrupted.

\t``In short, magic will be useless'' he said bluntly, earning a small number of groans from the group. Welshie Hara, and a slight frazzled looking Chim stood next to share their findings.

\t``We tried to see if we could find something in one of the other buildings we could use to escape but their all sealed up tight.''? The kitusne said.

\t``I tried to use my shape-shifting to sneak in but thanks the barrier I can?t keep my shape long enough to do anything. And when Chim tried to force the door down...''? the tanuki started as Chim suddenly butted in.

\t``THE DOOR KNOBS ARE ELECTRIFIED!'' he said, his fur still standing on end from the static charge left in from his sudden jolt. A few of us chuckled at this as he had a napkin stuck to his butt and he didn?t notice. Nikki and Lily stood next to speak.

\t``The main dormitory seems to be fully functioning for the most part. Aside form a few rooms that have been sealed off, we have free roam of the building. We also...''? Lily said before she suddenly nodded off. There was an awkward moment of silence as we waited for her to wake back up. Lily was well known for her tendency to nod off like that. One time during one of Whitestripe?s training exercises, she fell asleep and was the only one who didn?t wound up in any of the dean?s booby traps in the end. Nikki would break the silence.

\t``Um... we also also found that those security camera?s are everywhere, even the restrooms. The stupid bear can see everything were doing. It creeps me the hell out thinking about it''? she said with a slight shudder. Lily would pop back away and look around

\t``What was I saying?'' she said as everyone just looked at the last group of Nita, Rundall, Star, Charmante and Tobio.

\t``Well we raided the kitchen and from the looks of it, we have plenty of food for the time being. They even have my favorite kind of gummy bears in there! Whoever this psycho is keeping us here at least he has good taste.''? Nita said as Star interrupted.

\t``The only problem is that with all 15 of us here, I doubt it will last forever. We will need to ration it out to make it last as long as we can while we work out a way to escape.''? The lynx said before Charmante chimed in.

\t``Actually, zee bear said that the kitchen is restock daily depending on what vee eat.'' the sheep said in a charming french acenet.

\t``Wait what!? You talked to him?'' Tobio asked in shock.

\t``I didn?t see him while we there.'' Rundall said, the plump magpie looking puzzled.

\t``He popped out while I was checking zee pantry, explained to me about the food stores, and then dissapaered.'' She explained.

\t``Well I wouldn?t be surprised if that was one of his ``back-ups'' he told us about at the assembly. Who knows how many he has hidden around this place.''? said as everyone sighed.

\tAfter everyone finished sharing their findings, Whitestripe let out a heavy sigh and sat back down. ``Well it doesn?t  like we will be stuck here for a little while yet.''? he said ``But at least we know what our boundaries are at the moment.'' the black tiger cub said.

\t``Not exactly a great prep talk there teach...'' Chim said, sounding a bit annoyed.

\t``Well how would you feel if someone came in and stole your school from right under your nose and then locked you up like a lab rat!?''? he snapped back before I decided to stand up. The last thing we needed was to be at each other?s throats.

\t``Guys GUYS! Calm down! This is exactly what Monokuma wants us to do!'' I said as he stepped in between Chim and Whitestripe. Thankfully the two seemed to snap back to their senses pretty quickly.

\t``... He?s right. We need to keep focus and come up with a plan.'' Whitestripe said calmly before Nita suddenly stood up.

\t``Actually what I think what we all need is something to eat.'' she said before a chorus of growling stomachs seemed to ring out through out the dinning room at once. I couldn?t help but blush a bit in embarrassment at this.

\t``I second this! First food, then escape plans!'' Nikki shouted as she slammed her paws down on the table. The wolverine gave a toothy smile as Nita gave her a thumbs up.

\t``Thats the spirit! After all it would be a shame to let all that food to go to waste.'' The polar bear said as she turned and headed to the kitchen. Some of the others followed her as Whitestripe seemed a little unwilling. Clearly he was trying to be the responsible one in this dire situation... but sure enough he would follow the others into the kitchen as well.

\tAfter a nice little dinner, we decided to head back to our rooms for the night and try fresh in the morning. As I walked back I noticed Flo sitting out in the glade by themselves. It looked like they were mediating. I didn?t really know much about him, but for some reason I just couldn?t help but be intrigued. I decided to try and get a closer look. I would carefully step into the glade behind where he was sitting, wondering what the cobra was doing.

\t``I know you are there.'' he said bluntly, causing me to freeze in my tracks. I wasn?t sure what to do at that moment. Was he made I intrrupted him? The last thing I wanted to was to make enemies.

\t``Relaxsss. Come and sit next to me'' he said as I slowly calmed down and padded over. I would slowly sit down next to him. I wasn?t sure what to do for a moment until I realized he was looking at me.

\t``Isss something wrong?'' he asked me and I tried to come up with an answer

\t``Oh um... I just was curious what you were up to is all...'' I said feeling a bit nervous still.

\t``I am trying to sssee if I can contact the divines.'' he said, his serpentine tongue flicking out as he spoke. ``?But it would ssseem this barrier is preventing me from reaching them.'' He said

\t``Well... I am sure someone out there is trying to help us'' I said back, trying to raise his spirit.

\t``I am not ssso ssssure.'' He said as I blinked in curosity.

\t``Why do you say that?'' I asked.

\t``This Monokuma was able to take the school and overpower our teachers, all of whom are skilled in both might and magicksss. What about the city outside?''? Flo said

\t``Well maybe they don?t know what happened to us yet?'' I replied.

\t``Perhapsss... but I worry sssomething else has happened that we are not aware of yet. After all It seemes our memoriesss of how we came to be trapped are missing...''? he said. I would blink and realize he was right. As several of the others said earlier, like me, they had woken up in their rooms and were unable to remember how they got there. Could we be suffering form some type of amnesia?

\t``Well... for now I think for now, all we can do is hold out and hope someone is trying to get us out of here. I mean we don?t have many other options at the moment...''? I said, doing my best to stay optimistic.

\t``I suppossse...'' he said, before taking a deep breath and standing up. ``Thank you for ssspending time with me tonight.''? he said cracking a smile for the first time that day. I would give a small smile back.

\t``Your welcome.'' I said standing up myself.  ``Anyway I?m gonna go get some sleep. See you tomorrow?'' I asked as Flo nodded and turned to leave, swaying their padded booty a they walked off. I blushed a bit at this. I always wondered if he cared what people thought about him wearing diaps, but the thought was quickly pushed out of my mind by the static from the tv monitors on the walls flickering on. Soon enough an image of Monokuma sitting in a padded leather chair appeared on the screen.

\t``Ahem! This is a school announcement. It is now 10 p.m. It is officially nighttime! Soon the doors to the dinning hall will be locked, and entry at that point is strictly prohibited. Oh and before I forget, be sure to check you night stands for a special gift for all new students! I am sure you will find them very handy in the coming semester! Now then, sleep tight! Don?t let the bed bugs bite.'' He said before the screen went back to the school crest.

\t``Holy cow, I had no idea it was that late!'' I said to myself  before I looked up at the sky. The moon was out in full view. It looked soo close I could reach up and grab it... well if there wasn?t a magical barrier keeping us trapped against our will. I would quick turn and head back to my room.

\tAs I headed back, I suddenly felt a tile in the floor shift under me, causing me to lose my footing and land on my face. At least I was living up to my title as Ultimate Bad Luck. I would stand up and look back at the tile that had come loose. It was then I noticed the ground underneath was actually hollow.  As I walked over, I saw a small wooden box inside with a symbol resembling a needle and thread.

\t``What is this?'' I asked myself as I reached in and pulled it out. After examine it in my paws, I found a latch on the side and opened it. Inside, sitting in purple Velvet cushioning, was what looked like a large silver sewing needle. ``?Well... thats odd...'' I said as I picked it up. Big mistake.

\t``Ouch!'' I yelped as I manged to prick my finger with the end. I dropped it and started to suck my  puncture wound. But oddly enough, I didn?t taste blood... but instead it felt like I had... cotton in my mouth? I quickly pulled my finger out... only to see a small wad of cotton sticking out of the end of it. ``What on earth?'' was what I said before I noticed my entire finger was suddenly merging into my paw, forming a large mitten. I yelped as my fur seemed to become more shiny and uniform, while it looked like there was a seam going up the entire side of my arm.

\t``HELP! HELP!'' I shouted as loudly as I could as the transformation continued. My entire arm felt numb as I fell on my butt and felt the strange feeling start spreading into my chest. I heard foot steps coming in my direction as I felt my consciousness fading. The last thing I heard before I passed out was someone shouting my name. Before I knew it, I fell back and everything went dark.

\t``Ink? Ink? Can you hear me?'' A female voice said as I slowly started to open my eyes. Light blinded me as I tried to see who was standing over me. Soon enough I was greeted with the familiar face of Lovrianne as she placed her paw on my forehead.

\t``Thank goodness. For a moment I feared it was too late.'' She said as I slowly sat up.

\t``Ugh... what happened? Did I hit my head or something?'' I asked as I noticed everyone else was standing around me looking with a mix of concern and confusion. Lovrie and kept me for standing with her paw

\t``Take it easy, you?ve been through alot'' She said. I wasn?t quite sure what she meant by that, and why did my mouth taste like I had kept a sock in my mouth all night?

\t``What are you talking about... and why is everyone looking at me like that?'' I said as people seemed hesitant to answer. Even Whitestripe seemed a bit relucatant to say anything.

\t``Um... well...'' Lovrianne started before suddenly the familiar cartoony voice of a certain bear suddenly butted in.

\t``You struck it big time of course!'' Monokuma said as he suddenly appeared in the middle of the crowd. Everyone yelped and jumped back at this. He would chuckle and casually stroll over to me.

\t``I honestly didn?t think you would find one of my little surprises so soon! Let alone somehow use it on your self for that matter!'' he said as I wondered what he was talking about. ``But then again, what do you expect when your natural born talent is being a glutton for punishment?'' he added.

\t``You mean you left that there!?'' Whitestripe said defiantly.

\t``Of course I did! As I said yesterday, I am looking for some creativity from you lot when you plan you homicides. I am merely providing the tools for you to perform at your full potentials!''? He said with a menacing look.

\t``Wait you expect us to use stuff like this on each other!?'' Tobio said, holding the box I had found last night in his paw. I suddenly had a bad feeling as the events from last night came flooding back into my mind.

\t``Guys... what happened to me!?'' I said feeling panic set in. Loviranne held me and tried to calm me down as Monokuma turned to look at me.

\t``Well to put it simply... your stuffing!'' he said suddenly pulling out a mirror and holding it up to my face. I froze for a moment as I saw my reflection. My face had rounded and taken a much softer appearance, while a line of stitching ran down my face. My eyes had a unnatural shine to them, as they were now made of plastic, and my teeth had become soft felt. As I looked over the rest of my body, It had swelled up with what I assumed stuffing, and had seams up and down my arms, legs, and sides. Patches were present in several spots and a large button was were my belly button had been. The final change was a clear tag that was on my tail, with an image of Monokuma on it. I only had one thing to say about that...

\t``...What... the.... HELL!?'' I shouted out as Monokuma just laughed.

\t``It?s really disappointing really. It?s bad enough you ended up using it on yourself, but you didn?t use it right!''? he said sounding a little annoyed.

\t``What are you talking about? I?m a fricking beanie baby!'' I shouted back, still in disbelief that this was happening to mean.

\t``That needle is enchanted to transformation it?s victim into a pure toy! Both mind and body... well lack of mind really''? he said . ``The fact your still talking right now is a clear sign you didn?t even prick your self In the right spot!'' he said as I blinked in surprise.

\t``The right spot?'' Lovrianne asked.

\t``Well duh! I even left the directions in the box! All you have to do give a nice little stab in the heart and poof! One lifeless plush playmate a blackend can enjoy!''? he said as I gulped. I quietly thanked the gods I didn?t end up falling on the needle, which easily could have happened with my luck.

\t``Thats terrible! How did you even find such a thing!?'' Star asked.

\t``Oh? Why don?t you ask your former dean?'' he asked as everyone suddenly looked at !!Whitestripe... who suddenly went wide eyed in realization.

\t``The school vault! You raided it didn?t you!?'' He said clenching his fists. It was clear he was holding himself back from tearing the bear a new one.

\t``Well it would have been a shame to keep such fun little toys like that locked up, never getting the chance to be played with! Aren?t I such a good bear?''? he said with that cheeky little smile of his. Whitestripe looked furious. I remember him telling us that the school housed many magical items that had been gathered over many years by it?s staff. When the tiger took over, he had personally located as many of these as he could on in school ground and put them into storage in the school vault to keep students from getting their hands on them and misusing them. The thought they were now being used as part of this sadistic game must have been tearing him up inside.

\t``What about Ink? How do we change him back?'' Welshie asked as Monokuma looked confused.

\t``Change back?'' he asked. ``If anything I would think one of you would wanna finish the job! It?s sloppy to leave things half finished after all!''? he said as suddenly Nikki stomped forward.

\t``You bastard! I should punt you like a football!'' The wolverine snarled loudly before Nita grabbed her arm and held her back.

\t``Now now! You haven?t forgotten the rules already have you young lady? Violence against the dean is strictly prohibited! Unless you wanna a reminder of what the punishment is...''? he taunted as Nikki held her tongue. ``Well then I will leave you kiddies to your little situation here... have fun!'' he said before suddenly jumping out of sight. We all looked around for him for a moment but he was out of sight.

\tThere was once again an awkward moment of silence until Chim spoke up. ``Soo... good news... Ink is still alive.''?  he said. ``Silver lining right guys?'' the black and red tiger said a glare from the rest of the group. I kinda felt bad for him and said something.

\t``Yeah... being inanimate would have been a lot worse then this!'' I said, managing to let out a laugh as I tried to break this awkward moment.

\t``Well.. that being said...'' Lovrianne stated, helping me to my feet due to my newly distrubted center of gravity. ``?What do we do with that?'' she said pointing to the box Tobio was holding.

\t``Well I don?t think it?s a good idea to just leave it laying around, especially now that we know what it can do.''? Welshie said as Tobio looked at the box.

\t``Well I think we should just destroy it. Better safe then sorry...'' he said as he squeezed it tightly. Lily would epp and stop him before he could crush it.

\t``NO! Did you read the regulations? You don?t wanna end up as swiss cheese like that other Monokuma did do you?''? The cow said. I blinked in surprise at this.

\t``Regulations?'' I asked

\t``Oh right you never made it back to your room last night so you didn?t get a chance to see your e-handbook.'' Loviranne said as she reached into her pocket and pulled out what looked like a smart phone. It would make an electronic beep before showing the school crest and Lovrianne?s picture, name and student information. It looked very high tech.

\t``Wow! So we each get one of these?'' I asked as he tried to hold it.... only for it to slip from my fingerless paws. It landed on the ground hard but amazingly it didn?t get a scratch. Lovrianne picked it back up and held it for me.

\t``Yep. Monokuma said we would need it to get into the restrooms and our own dorms.'' she said ``We can also use them to call each other on campus.'' she said

\t``Well wait, doesn?t that mean we can use them to call for help?'' I asked as Rundall shook his head.

\t``I already tried that. They can only connect to each other. Plus it?s hack proof. Monokuma said that it has an alarm to alert him to any tampering.'' the tech savvy magpie explained.

\t``It does have all the school regulations on it.'' Lovrianne said as she swiped the screen with her finger. Soon a list of regulations would appeared on the screen.

Rule 1

Students may only Reside inside the school. Leaving campus is considered a waste of student?s vaulable time.

Rule 2

Nighttime is 10pm to 7AM. During this time the dining hall is off-limits to all students. No exceptions.

Rule 3

Purposeful destruction of school property such as Security Cameras and monitors will be severely punished.

Rule 4

Students have free roam of the school grounds except for several restricted areas.

Rule 5

Students may only sleep in the dormitory rooms. Sleeping anywhere else will be seen sleeping in class and punished accordingly.

Rule 6

Violence against dean Monokuma is forbidden. Violation of this rule will result in capital punishment.

Rule 7

Dean Monokuma is not allowed to directly interfere with students. The only exception is when a rule has been violated.

Rule 8

Anyone who kills a fellow student will be come blackened. The blackened will then graduate if they are not discovered.

Rule 9

Additional regulations will be added as the need arises.

\tAs I read over the rules, I realized what Lily had meant. ``Oh I get it. Those items Monokuma hid around the school are considered school property.''? I said as everyone nodded in agreement.

\t``Well then why do I just keep it in my room so no one can mess with it...'' Whitestripe said as everyone looked at him like he was crazy.

\t``Um... not that we don?t trust you... it?s just the thought of you sitting on something like that scares the living crap out of us.''? Chim said as everyone nodded in agreement. To be fair, given Whitestripe?s teaching style, our unwillingness to trust him with such a dangerous object was understandable.

\t``...Ok then why don?t we agree to store it in a neutral location.'' he said

\t``Like where?'' Lovrianne asked as suddenly Charmante spoke.

\t``Actually I might know a good place.'' she said as she pulled up the school map on her e-handbook. She pointed to what looked like a storage closet in the main building basement. ``?The door has a lock on it, and we take turns with who shall zee key, so we know who has access.'' She suggested.

\t``Hmmm... that seems to be our best option...'' The black tiger said. ``But as an extra precaution, lets destroy the instructions for any magic items we find'' he said

\t``But didn?t Monokuma say destroying school property is forbidden?'' Fenrir say.

\t``Yes, but as long as we don?t damage the actual items we should be good. This way if someone did try and take something from the closet, they won?t be able to use it with out the risk of them being affected themselves.''? Whitestripe said.

\t``That sounds fair I guess...'' Nita said as the others nodded in agreement.

\t``Then I suggest we take some time today and see if we can find any more of these little toys Monokuma hid, just so we can breath a little easier''? Whitestripe said

\t``Yeah... I really don?t want anyone else to end up like me.'' I said as I looked at myself again. ``...hopefully when we do get out of here I can find a way to get this fixed...''? I said as Lovrianne patted my shoulder.

\t``Thats the spirit.'' she said as I took a step forward... only for me to hear a loud thump. The next thing I see is my own arm laying on the ground next to me. Apparently I had caught a loose thread on something on the ground and now my arm had come off. I stood frozen for a moment as everyone else looked at me.

\t``...Why don?t you all go searching, I shall tend to mister Inktail'' Charmate said as she pulled out a sewing kit.

\t``Thanks again...'' I said as Charmante finished up the last stitch. My arm now had a much stronger connection now thanks to the Ultimate Seamstress? handy work. She would give a warm smile to me as she finished up.

\t``You are more then welcome dear. I am juzt glade zee bear was decent enough to leave us thezee sewing kits in our rooms.'' The sheep said as she snapped her?s shut.

\t``This is defiantly gonna take a lot of getting use to...'' I said as I flopped back in my bed. Charmante would look over me.

\t``I am zorry this happened to you. I can?t imagine how you feel...'' she said as she sat on my desk.

\t``Well... to be fair it?s not the first time I have had something like this happen to me...'' I said remembering all the times I had been a victim of the dean?s training exercies.

\t``I wanted to ask. How can you ztay so positve dispite your luck?'' she said bluntly. I was honestly surprised that she would ask me something like that, but then again considering our situation...

\t``I guess... no matter how rotten my luck is... I?ve always keep myself going by hoping something good would come along eventually. I know it sounds stupid but it?s just how I?ve always been...''? I said as she smiled at that.

\t``Well I wish I had your optimistizem.'' she said with a sigh. ``It would make zhis terrible set of circumstances more bareable''? She said as she stood up. ``Anyway I should get going, let me know if you need another patch job!'' she said as she stepped out and closed the door behind her.

\tI would lay on my bed for a couple hours wondering how I even got into this mess in the first place. I knew the risk coming here but never imagined something like this happening. At my old school I... wait a minute...

\tIt was then I came to a sudden realization... for some reason, I could not recall anything up until  I had first come to Lunar Academy. I knew I had a life before coming here but I could recall any details. It was as if there was a veil in my mind clouding my memories.

\tI couldn?t believe that I hadn?t figured this out earlier. Had the other realize this as well? Could Monokuma have had something to do with this memory loss? I wouldn?t have much more time to ponder it before I was snapped back to reality by a beeping sound. I turned over and saw the handbook on my text. I would reach over, and very carefully look at the screen. There was a message from Whitestripe.

\t``Everyone has finished there searches and we were able to round up 7 items in all. Were going to meet in the dinning hall to discuss our next move. See you soon. -Whitestripe''?

\tI would stuff the ehandbook into my shirt pocket and get up. I debated if I should mention my amnesia to the others or not. It might upset everyone, but it would also make me seem suspicious if I hid something like that. I kept mulling it over as I walked down the hall. I looked out the window and saw it was already dark outside. As I got closer to the dinning hall I could smell the food and wondered if I even needed to eat now... before suddenly the lights went out.

\tI would hear a yelp from the dinning hall as I could hear the others panic. I quickly ran in the direction of the panic to see if everyone was ok. I would almost immediately bump into someone, resulting in a ommpfh and a crinkle sound.

\t``Flo! Is that you?'' I asked, since I couldn?t really see them in the dark

\t``Yesss, are you ok?'' He asked me as he grabbed my arm trying to make sure I didn?t bump into him again.

\t``Yeah I?m fine! What about everyone else?'' I asked before we heard a yelp.

\t``Who?s stepping on my tail!?'' I heard Nikki shout before another  yelp rang out.

\t``Someone just fell on me!'' Hara called out.

\t``Well you tripped me!'' Chim said as we could hear the chaos brewing.

\t``Everyone! Please stay calm!'' Lovrianne called out. ``I think I have a flashlight in my room! I?ll go get it!''? She said as we heard her stepping out of the room. It figured she could see better then us she had good night vision compared to us. Slowly everyone would start to calm down and manage to find there way to a chair. Needless to say we were all a little nervous, hoping Monokuma wasn?t behind this.

\t``I feel so helpless just sitting here...'' Star said as we tried to remain calm.

\t``Well we don?t have much of a choice... unless you happen to have a pair of night vision goggles stashed somewhere...''? Nita commented as we suddenly the lights came back on. Everyone seemed to breath a sigh of relief.

\t``Thank god...'' Whitestripe said as he looked and saw Lily had fallen asleep next to him. The cow was close to flopping over on top of him. Suddenly the monitors would come back on, Monokuma perched in his chair once more.

\t``Attention students! We apologize for the sudden power problems. It would seem someone has taken upon themselves to tamper with this building?s breaker box. Who would do such a thing I wonder... and why would they do such a thing? I would take a quick head count I were you...''? he said before the screen went back to the school crest. It was then Hara stood up.

\t``Hey guys... wheres Lovrianne and Charmante?'' He said as we all suddenly looked around. He was right, the two of them were missing.

\t``Dammit! Where are they!?'' Whitestripe asked.

\t``Lovrianne went to get the light remember, maybe she got lost?'' Tobio said.

\t``But what about Charmante? I have a bad feeling about this...'' The tiger said as Flo stood up.

\t``We should go look for them, now!'' The cobra said as I nodded in agreement

\t``Everyone split up and spread out.'' Whitestripe said, and sure enough everyone got up from their chairs and rushed out to search.

\t``We should go too.'' Flo  said as he took my paw and we ran out.

\tWe rushed down the halls looking up and down for any sign of our friends. The long we searched the more worried I became of what might have happened. Suddenly I heard Flo shout.

\t``Ink, over here!'' he said as I ran over. I would stop dead in my tracks as I saw Charmante laying on the ground, a trickle of blood comeing from her forehead, and a small hammer on the ground next to her. I stumbled back in shock.

\t``Oh god.., is she...?'' I asked as Flo shook his head.

\t``No she is still alive.'' he said as the sheep suddenly groaned and opend her eyes.

\t``Oh...my head...wh..what happned?'' she asked as Flo slowly helped her sit up.

\t``It would seem you were attacked.'' Flo said bluntly as always. ``Do you know who did it?'' he asked.

\t``No...I... I think... I saw Lovrianne though...'' she said as she slowly got to her feet with Flo?s help.

\t``Really!? Where did she go?'' I asked in a paniced tone. Charmante shook off her dizzyness and tried to regain her composure.

\t``I zhink.... she was headed to her room...'' she said

\t``We should go!'' Flo said before I needed in agreement. I would help Charmante walk down the hall as we made our way to her dorm. The closer we got, the worried I got that maybe she had really tried to kill someone. She had been the only one other the Charmante to leave the room during the blackout. I didn?t want to assume the worst of her... but... No. I was sure there was some expliantion. We would reach her room when Flo suddenly banged on the door.

\t``Lovrianne! Open up!'' he called, but there was no answer.

\t``Should we break down the door?'' I asked before suddenly the monitors turned back on, and monokuma chuckled.

\t``That won?t be necessary. In order to make sure you can properly conduct your investigation, all the dorm  and bathroom doors will be unlocked. Aren?t I such a thoughtful bear?''? he said before the screen cut out again. The words he used would make my heart sink. Investigation... that would mean...

Suddenly I would grab the handle and open the door. It couldn?t be, could it? It just couldn?t. None of us would ever...

\tI would freeze dead in my tracks. There on the bed... was Lovrianne. She was laying there, not moving. I would walk over slowly, my hand shaking aas I reached out to see if she was ok.

\t``Lovrianne?'' I asked as I grabbed her shoulder and turned her over... before I stumbled back and yelped.

\t``Ink! Whats going on?'' Flo asked as he and Charmante came in behind me. We would all remain silent. On the bed, was Lovrianne, or rather her body. Sticking out of her chest was the silver sewing needle I had found earlier. It was right were her heart would be, with white stuffing spilling out around it. Her entire body had become plush like mine, but her eyes lacked the shine of life mine had. She... was gone. Suddenly the monitors came on once again.

\t``Dun dun dun! A body has been discovered! It would seem one of your classmates is on their way to graduation!''? the bear said as he started to laugh. Meanwhile my mind was blank, unable to process what was going on.

\tLovrianne was dead... she was really dead, and according to Monokuma... it was one of us. Up till now I had remained postive that it was all some bad dream... but this was all too real. One of us was a killer... At this moment, the hope I had been holding on to, was being ripped away by the jaws of despair.
