Primal: Alright! Who are you, and what's the big idea telling everyone you're me! Stop that right now!
*Surge walks in*
Surge: Oh? Good, it's you. I finally get to see you again!
Primal: W-wha- Who are you! What's going on!
Surge: What? Can't tell who I am? We've met before! I'm you! A better you! An unrestrained Tiamat.
Primal: We have? Who are you, some kind of fan? Or are you a cyndaquil that’s jealous or something? I honestly have no idea who you are.
Surge: You don’t remember do you? You went to a certain mirror...and out from the void came a dark, black blob of energy...which you fought off...
Primal: Wait, the cave? Mirror? Hold on, that was you? But I destroyed that thing!
Surge: That you did! Utterly and completely. Rather embarrassed to admit, but you gave me something else that day as well. A perfect demonstration of everything you can do, as well as an appearance to use! Seems that, unlike in that hellscape, we can turn into even stronger copies in this world. More...accurate ones. Don’t know quite why, but when I realized that...I thought, who better to copy than that runt that beat me so thoroughly. So I became you. Although...everyone kept calling me this thing called a “hero,” whatever that is. So, with a few thefts, some assaults, murders here and there, I got a good feel for what you can do. Also...that outfit was so restrictive, so...I made a few, “much better” alterations to it. I’m sure you’ll agree.
Primal: S-Shut up! I can’t believe other pokemon mistook me for you! Now get out of those clothes right now, you look like some kind of stripper!
Surge: That I do! With a body like yours, they fit quite well! They work well to really show off the body! But I can take them off if you like, haha!
Primal: Ah, keep them on then! Gah! Forget it! So you copied me and changed to that...outfit. Why go and commit crimes?
Surge: Because! As I said! I am a wild, uncontrolled you! I don’t need to go around helping weaklings! I am you, but with all the power that you won't use! You could say I'm like a "Primal Surge."
Primal: You really...can do everything I can?
Surge: All that and so, so much more. It’s good that we’re finally meeting in person.
Primal: Don’t tell me…
*Surge begins to crack his knuckles as flames spark from his back. Primal in turn prepares himself for a fight by guarding himself with one arm as he moves one leg back, making flames cackle across his back in turn.*
Surge: Yeah, I think it’s about time I remove the weaker me. Afterall, no reason for me to exist twice, especially as some stupid hero. Being able to do what you want is a privilege strong pokemon like me deserve.
Primal: Guess I’ll have to be a lot more thorough than I was last time! If you really are me, then I don’t need to hold back either!
Surge: Oh, of course! Use everything you have! Beating you won’t matter unless I get to humiliate you just as much as you did to me back when we first met! I hope you’re ass is ready for a good pounding!
Primal: Huh?! W-WHAT?! Why would you say-
*Surge quickly slams into Primal with a wild charge while he was flustered, knocking him back before grabbing his suit and swinging him back, slamming his back into the ground. With a gasp of pain, Surge prepares a flamethrower aimed directly at Primals face, only for Primal to respond with a flamethrower in return. The two blasts of fire explode when they connect, causing a cloud of smoke. Using the cloud, Primal quickly pulls Surges arm off and connects with a punch across his face, knocking him back as the smoke clears.
The two slowly get up, as Surge wipes a trickle of blood from his mouth, with Primal coughing as he tries to get his bearings after being winded.
Surge: Ah! That tenacity! That skill! THIS is why I copied you!
Primal: J-just shut up...and fight, without all the weird comments, dammit!
Surge laughs out loud for a bit, before pulling himself back into a battle stance. Primal does the same, mirroring the one that Surge is in...
Surge: Time for me to slay the little dragon Tiamat...
