At the time Anthro wasn't a big thing to me until I realized artwork was a major part of my life and so I chose to pursue expanding my artistic ability to...robots, backgrounds, monsters, concepts, scenery, and eventually anthro art. My main inspirations were Tetsuya Nomura, Masashi Kishimoto, and Hyung Tae Kim but I found an interesting character one day.\n\nI really had no drive to draw anthro at first until I was on google and looking up animal anatomy and I found a very interesting picture. It was of a green monkey in a 69 position with a zebra. I clicked on it and that image brought me to the gallery of an artist on a website called VCL. From that point on I became completely fascinated with his artwork and skill which to this day never ceases to inspire me more than anyone I know. He is talented at anthro art but he can do so much and his skills are almost breath-taking to me. I got started trying to mimic his style, usually sketching out whatever he posted next and slowly that's how I grew better in my own style, I liked mixing my anime style with the animal style and ironically I became very good at drawing Kemono-style artwork (some people think i'm japanese even) and from following him and his artistic background I still strive to create a genius ability to create dark yet colorful images.\n\nAll the art I have done from the moment I came here to this point now is completely and utterly dedicated and inspired by fa!greenmonkey my master, my mentor, and my only idol. I'd like everyone to keep an eye on him and show him much respect because he's worked hard to craft his style and it deserves the highest regards.\n\nI found an old picture I did for him in my sketchbook and I realized how far I have come since then so I wanted to use all the knowledge I have gained so far and put this together as best as I could. He really liked it so it made me very happy...i'm always happy talking to him...it's like a kid meeting his childhood hero of sorts. But this isn't the end and one day i'll be able to make something even better! \n\nThank you Greenmonkey,\n-OJB","description_bbcode_parsed":"<span style='word-wrap: break-word;'>A long time ago before I came to this community I drew a lot of anime fanart and I roleplayed on AOL chats a lot.
