Dizzy's quite easy going nearly 99% of the time and rarely if ever gets mad over anything. \n\nLike the others the title is the name of his strongest attack, based off an actual song, Dizzy's move starts slow trapping his opponent in an illusion and then endlessly combos the shit out of them.
