Lame short story follows:\n\nColonel Silver Spark charged towards the changeling, his horn pointed directly at her, though he did not prepare any spell. Suddenly, he found himself on the ground. He tried to get back up, but a cold, sticky sensation seemed to prevent his hooves from moving. In desperation, he DID try to cast a spell now, but the magic only arced around his own horn. No matter how hard he tried, he couldn't send it outward. Less than a second later, the changeling was standing over him.\n\n\"Ha! Surrender pony!\" she said, placing a chitin hoof on the side of his muzzle and pressing down. He resisted as best he could, not allowing her to press his face into the dirt.\n\n\"Hey! you cheated!\" he shouted, pinning his ears and glaring at her.\n\n\"Quiet, pony! I did not. Only used my natural abilities.\"\n\n\"We agreed! No Magic!\"\n\n\"I didn't use magic.\"\n\n\"You ... slimed me! That's magic!\"\n\nThe changeling shook her head once. \"When a spider makes a web to trap prey, is that magic?\"\n\n\"That's a technicality!\" he said with a snort.\n\n\"Twilight might disagree. There is no magic involved when an insectoid--\"\n\n\"Yeah, yeah. Unbind me so we can try again!\"\n\n\"Oh, I don't know ... I kind of like the position I have you in right now.\"\n\nHis heart began to beat faster, and the increased blood flow was not lost on a certain part of his body.\n\n\"Well, I uh ... I mean--\"\n\nThe same cold sticky substance that held his hooves was suddenly on his muzzle now.\n\n\"Thought I told you to be quiet, pony.\"",
