I've dealt with a lot of these people over the years, and now I'm 47 years old and I still can't answer that one question, \"Who am I?\"  How can I \"first know myself\" if I can't answer the question of who I am?\n\nIf I hear one more hyper-spiritual guru type tell me that I need to follow his or her religion, give him or her my money, or do a particular set of rituals and follow a particular set of rules in the hopes that maybe possibly potentially I MIGHT SOMEDAY know myself, I'm liable to blow a gasket or three.  \n\nI've been three different types of Christian, a Noahide, a Wiccan, and I've even believed at one time that I was the incarnation of the Goddess Inanna!
