I really enjoy what we came up with and will most likely post some naughty stories about them (all male/male relations)
The way their world works is that the North Pole is still a secret, but due to the modern world and the need to be more productive; Saint Nick personally began selecting individuals to bring to the Pole and work for him. There are no specific species, genders, religions, or sexualities not allowed, everyone is welcome to work for the North Pole
Some of these include:
•\tRenowned inventors, and owners of toy companies on the outside, to keep him up to date on new technology
•\tEngineers, Electricians, Technicians, etc
•\tOffice workers who manage materials and shipping of any non hand-made items.
Of course some of these jobs require the people stay at the Pole and also have a place for their families; housing. Which in turn requires local community needs such as shopping and what not. So imagine the life similar to that of a military base - If you're unfamiliar with military bases, you basically live in an extremely large gated community, complete with grocery stores, restaurants, schools, various buildings and offices (for the working members, or entertainment areas like theaters, libraries, etc. Anyone can leave whenever they wish, but are required to be bound by magic to be unable to speak about anything they do at/with the North Pole, this is to ensure the secret remains.
Now we get to the Reindeer themselves; in this world think of the reindeer as a sports team, but instead of training and keeping themselves ready for that big game on Sunday, they are keeping ready all for that magical flight every year.
The reindeer are anthro, but on that night a magic is placed on them that allows them to take feral form and pull the sleigh, all while keeping training, and their anthro intelligence.
