Sweet Addiction




The world is full of harmful addictions, each doing immense damage on one’s self, one’s reputation and those around them. Marijuana, meth, alcohol, crack, cocaine, the list goes on.


However, the world now has a different kind of addiction,
One full of humor, creativity, horror, codes, 0’s and 1’s.


Those with access indulge themselves willingly,
Hours upon hours of plunging deep into it.


They are taken on a rollercoaster ride each time,
they meet new people on the way, same interests.


The more they dip into this pool of nectar, however,
the more they see the darkness.


Eventually, they see how it’s the brothel of the cyber world,
hidden aliases everywhere, from random individuals, to well known sluts.


They all come to watch the show, throwing money like sick savages,
they think they know them inside this world, but shouldn’t be too naive.


No one knows true identity,
Not in this whorehouse.


Once you go into the cyber universe,
There is no hope for escape.


There is no rehab,
but, that’s okay.
