Well, I drew this comic with a Mitsu-Bishi, but delineated the line art and wrote the captions with the Palomino 344.

...The 344 is *sigh* an excellent pencil. :p

It's suited more for writing than for art (unless you're a master cartooner who can draw very, VERY fast and accurate; like the EF 602, this is a serious pencil)!
The drag is akin to sliding butter across the surface of a hot skillet; this is a pencil designed for speed writing.

That said, one will burn through a pencil like this fairly quick.

So ...has my mind changed about the Palomino? No; my feelings remain; feelings are irrational, after all.
