Dear Lord, don't get me started on that! D:\n\nNot only was the female squirrel (likely) scarred for life, but it taught Wart a very poor lesson (that it's ok to hurt others so long as you have some fun doing it ...that was my cynical take, anyway). D:\n\nAnd what with the name 'Wart'? For years, I thought I was mishearing it---I thought,\n\n'His title is 'Ward', not 'Wart'' ...but it is, in fact, 'Wart'. ^^\n\nGranted, the Disney film is the only version of this story I know---the original book (by T.H. White) may have portrayed Wart as a bratty character worthy of such a name ...but the Disney Wart is possibly the most normal and relatable character in the movie. :P\n\n...for those who don't know,\n\nwart (noun; informal) an obnoxious or objectionable person -Webster's\n\nward (noun)  a person, usually a minor, under the care and control of a guardian appointed by their parents or a court -Webster's\n\nThe latter better describes the Disney character.\n\nAnyway...\n\nMy original sketches were delineated via a #9 El Dorado pencil (very light lines).
