Kioshi should've seen it coming during their underwater sparring match. He tried to pin Kioshi down as they came in, only for Kioshi to thrust Cam at the nearest frogman before vanishing through the door.\n\n\tThe ship may be a bit of a labyrinth, but Kioshi has used it multiple times to escape criminals and rogue divers alike. \nHiding it out is a bad move, this group looks well-trained for underwater searching and may use their numbers to their advantage. One of the goons might be covering an exit or two, ready to fight Kioshi on a moment's notice. \nKioshi had more than enough training, strength, and stamina to take on any and all of the incoming frogmen.\n\nA peep of light comes from a torn side of the hull. Kioshi takes a minute to stick to a wall in the dark, pausing to check and see if the coast is clear, readying to fight if a pair is hiding behind it.\n\nOut of nowhere, she gets tackled to one of the walls, a frogman blindsides her from the darkness!\nKioshi instinctively goes for her knife, but the diver quickly deflects her arm and squeezes one of her hoses from under it. Kioshi grabs their hose with the other arm and tugs it tightly, and she thrusts a knee into their torso for good measure, making them let go.\nUnable to risk getting boxed in, Kioshi hastily swims away, only for that diver to grab her legs from behind. She tugs them and performs a series of hind kicks at their torso again, stunning the diver and letting her loose.\nAnother frogman tackles Kioshi from the side, but she responds by recklessly pushing them into the other diver, sandwiching them to the nearest wall.\nThe second diver pathetically holds on for dear life, still scuffling with their target until she slams them into the wall a second time. They let go as if Kioshi was too much for them.\n\nKioshi immediately swims for the exit. With no enemy divers in sight to flank her, she silently dives to the ocean floor, skimming along the rocks and away from the ship to avoid being seen...\n\nJust as Kioshi thought the coast was clear, her chest started to hurt. She immediately looks at her oxygen gauge. The reading was inconclusive. Either there is something wrong with the tank, or the gauge is off! There's no way her oxygen was this low already!\nNo time for troubleshooting. Kioshi hurriedly breaks for the surface at all costs.\n\nTwo more divers swim straight for Kioshi from below as she rises from the cliffs. She looks down to see them, and kicks into high gear in a desperate attempt to outswim them. \nThe lack of air saps her stamina away, slowing her down and forcing her to fight only a mere 20 meters from the surface.\n\nHer legs thrusts at one with success, but the other grabs her other leg and drags her down. Kioshi desperately reaches for their mask, but they grab her arm and restrain it tightly on their own. The other grabs her other arm before she could use it, both now holding her in a spread eagle formation.\nNormally, a strong fighting type Riolu like Kioshi would flex their arms to easily get out of a pinch, similar to a superhero, but she couldn't gather enough oxygen to refuel what strength she had left.\nKioshi isn't going anywhere. The chase is over.\n\nOne of the divers monotonly broadcasts their capture to the leader while they hold Kioshi tightly in their arms, \"Delta 3 to Mistress, we got her.\"\n\t...\n\t\"Yes, Mistress.\"\nThe frogmen take Kioshi back to the ship.\nPoor Kioshi gasped and stammered, unable to breathe properly on the way back...\n\n...\n\nUpon reentering the room, a feminine figure notices the trio entering the room. They tamper with Kioshi's oxygen tank, clearing the airways and letting her breathe easily again - Kioshi takes a deep breath to regain her senses, only to see the mysterious figure in a black, near-featureless wetsuit.\n\nThe woman gives her prisoner a warm welcome, delighted to finally meet her in person. \"My, my, Kioshi Koyokami. That was an impressive fight you put up. You are indeed as strong as they say~\" \nKioshi didn't initially recognize who this person was, but she suspected something was up... Several cases of missing people flash before her eyes, several of them pointing to a mysterious woman in a black wetsuit - her real name is unknown, but they all point to a common alias, \"Mistress\".\nShe silently glared at the woman in black, not delighted in the slightest.\n\nThe woman named \"Mistress\" playfully tilts her head, looking at her captive's serious, razor-sharp eyes. \"Hmm, that look in your eyes... I am sure you know who I am?\", the woman coyly asked, also well aware of the riolu's hard-earned background. \n\nKioshi coldly stated, \"I am aware of who you are, and I know you have Cam under your control.\"\n\"Hm~ Someone has been studying~\" the woman enthusiastically replied, \"I assume you are wondering about your friend here? Don't worry, he is fine with us~\" she waves her hand to one of the divers spectating the event, a blue mewtwo in a black wetsuit decorated in blue.\n\t\"Cam has been a good helper for my legion\", she complimented, \"He helped us find interesting locations, treasures, he helped build a base, and even negotiate with people that are less than willing to join~\"\n\nThe mewtwo mindlessly stares back with a glazed, docile look in his eyes; a rainbow-colored gas swirls inside his scuba mask, the same gas that all the other divers are currently breathing, including the two divers holding Kioshi captive. All of them under their Mistress' control.\nKioshi was disgusted by the mere sight of what's become of him. Poor Cam looks like a puppet dangling under a set of strings.\n\nThe woman then takes note of her captive's background, \"Hmm... Knowing you, Kioshi, your abilities, your fighting prowess, your cold and calculative demeanor, your... Body... You will be a perfect high-ranking commander under my legion.\"\nThe woman finishes with an offer, \"Wouldn't you like to be like him? It was a trap, Cam set her up. Kioshi should've seen it coming during their underwater sparring match. He tried to pin Kioshi down as they came in, only for Kioshi to thrust Cam at the nearest frogman before vanishing through the door.
\tThe ship may be a bit of a labyrinth, but Kioshi has used it multiple times to escape criminals and rogue divers alike.
Hiding it out is a bad move, this group looks well-trained for underwater searching and may use their numbers to their advantage. One of the goons might be covering an exit or two, ready to fight Kioshi on a moment's notice.
Kioshi had more than enough training, strength, and stamina to take on any and all of the incoming frogmen.
A peep of light comes from a torn side of the hull. Kioshi takes a minute to stick to a wall in the dark, pausing to check and see if the coast is clear, readying to fight if a pair is hiding behind it.
Out of nowhere, she gets tackled to one of the walls, a frogman blindsides her from the darkness!
Kioshi instinctively goes for her knife, but the diver quickly deflects her arm and squeezes one of her hoses from under it. Kioshi grabs their hose with the other arm and tugs it tightly, and she thrusts a knee into their torso for good measure, making them let go.
Unable to risk getting boxed in, Kioshi hastily swims away, only for that diver to grab her legs from behind. She tugs them and performs a series of hind kicks at their torso again, stunning the diver and letting her loose.
Another frogman tackles Kioshi from the side, but she responds by recklessly pushing them into the other diver, sandwiching them to the nearest wall.
The second diver pathetically holds on for dear life, still scuffling with their target until she slams them into the wall a second time. They let go as if Kioshi was too much for them.
Kioshi immediately swims for the exit. With no enemy divers in sight to flank her, she silently dives to the ocean floor, skimming along the rocks and away from the ship to avoid being seen...
Just as Kioshi thought the coast was clear, her chest started to hurt. She immediately looks at her oxygen gauge. The reading was inconclusive. Either there is something wrong with the tank, or the gauge is off! There's no way her oxygen was this low already!
No time for troubleshooting. Kioshi hurriedly breaks for the surface at all costs.
Two more divers swim straight for Kioshi from below as she rises from the cliffs. She looks down to see them, and kicks into high gear in a desperate attempt to outswim them.
The lack of air saps her stamina away, slowing her down and forcing her to fight only a mere 20 meters from the surface.
Her legs thrusts at one with success, but the other grabs her other leg and drags her down. Kioshi desperately reaches for their mask, but they grab her arm and restrain it tightly on their own. The other grabs her other arm before she could use it, both now holding her in a spread eagle formation.
Normally, a strong fighting type Riolu like Kioshi would flex their arms to easily get out of a pinch, similar to a superhero, but she couldn't gather enough oxygen to refuel what strength she had left.
Kioshi isn't going anywhere. The chase is over.
One of the divers monotonly broadcasts their capture to the leader while they hold Kioshi tightly in their arms, "Delta 3 to Mistress, we got her."

Upon reentering the room, a feminine figure notices the trio entering the room. They tamper with Kioshi's oxygen tank, clearing the airways and letting her breathe easily again - Kioshi takes a deep breath to regain her senses, only to see the mysterious figure in a black, near-featureless wetsuit.
The woman gives her prisoner a warm welcome, delighted to finally meet her in person. "My, my, Kioshi Koyokami. That was an impressive fight you put up. You are indeed as strong as they say~"
Kioshi didn't initially recognize who this person was, but she suspected something was up... Several cases of missing people flash before her eyes, several of them pointing to a mysterious woman in a black wetsuit - her real name is unknown, but they all point to a common alias, "Mistress".
She silently glared at the woman in black, not delighted in the slightest.
The woman named "Mistress" playfully tilts her head, looking at her captive's serious, razor-sharp eyes. "Hmm, that look in your eyes... I am sure you know who I am?", the woman coyly asked, also well aware of the riolu's hard-earned background.

The cycle continues, Kioshi inhales deeply before the air stops flowing.
After such hefty swimming, fighting, and what can be considered breathplay, Kioshi is now consuming oxygen at a much faster rate than normal. This strenuous gauntlet is taking a toll on her body.

Amidst the long silence, Mistress speaks to her hostage, enjoying the worrying look creeping back into the riolu's eyes...
"You must be very exhausted from all that swimming, all that fighting, all that... Struggling... At this rate, you might not be able to hold your breath for very long. You will have to breathe much sooner than before..."
Kioshi tries to keep herself calm as the mistress taunts her, trying to avoid the need for air as it continues to rise against her control...

"Cam, give her oxygen back."
\t"Yes, Mistress."
Once again, Kioshi deeply gasps for air as it quickly rushes in. Her breathing stammers a bit. One could hear the air wheezing in and out of her mask as it travels through her rebreather.
Mistress is simply enjoying the show, watching Kioshi's eyes as they slowly change from razor-sharp and fearless, to powerless, scared, and helpless from very little air left, only to change back to normal once air comes back in.
Kioshi still had the option to escape, and she wanted to take it very badly; but even if she took the chance, the odds are not in her favor.
She knew she could take on all of them regardless of their numbers, with underwater combat training, near-unending endurance, and full vampiric strength on tap; a group of regular henchmen can only do so much to her.
However, this group has a unique, dirty trick up their sleeves - all of them are trained to be underwater saboteurs, disabling their target's scuba gear to ensure the fights are always in their favor. By the time one frogman goes out, they've already managed to tamper with their target's equipment, forcing them to maintain it, only for another frogman to show up and keep them busy, taking advantage to cause some more problems.
The cycle of sabotage and pressure continues until their target is neck deep in problems they won't fix in time.
If Kioshi choose to escape again, she'll have to risk damaging her equipment, or worse, lose it altogether and risk drowning during a fight. Kioshi wasn't outnumbered, but was outmatched, and she simply couldn't afford another fight to escape.
It was better for her to surrender, lest she end up in a peril even worse than what is right now...
"Cam, cut off her oxygen."
\t"Yes, Mistress."
Kioshi reluctantly takes another deep breath. Her eyes start to grow with worry once again, hoping this one wouldn't be as long.
Mistress rubs it in a little more with some more sadistic, villainous monologue...
"It must be scary what you are experiencing right now. With a snap of my fingers, your ability to breathe is gone in an instant. Your precious air is now under my control. It's like you cannot breathe without my permission, and you are powerless against it! What a frightful thought~!"
The poor riolu is well aware of how much of a pinch she is in. Kioshi is desperately battling the need to breathe, and is unable to breathe over someone else's control. That same person is controlling two divers restraining her arms. If Kioshi wanted to escape, the divers, along with about a dozen or more, would be more than happy to stop her in her tracks.
Kioshi is hopelessly trapped in a bind she can't get herself out of.
In spite of this, however, she doesn't seem to care about that anymore. She would prefer to endure this strange method of torture anyways. Why? Maybe just for the thrill of it. Maybe to see how far she can push herself? Who knows, really?
Once again, Mistress gives her beloved minion the command, "Cam, give her oxygen back."
\tCam, Kioshi's friend and hypnotically devoted minion to his Mistress, replies in a mindless, subordinate tone. "Yes, Mistress."
He turns a knob on Kioshi's oxygen tank, reactivating it to ensure his friend survives.
Kioshi inhales deeply for air as it rushes back in, shaking and quivering from the unending strain, almost shouting from exhaustion.
Mistress takes a good look into Kioshi's scuba mask, seeing her eyes in a daze, worn out, and twitching underneath the lens.
Kioshi was uncertain how much more she could take...
"My, my, Kioshi, I will admit, You have an admirable tenacity~", Mistress compliments her, "It is easy to forget how important breathing is to us. All we need is our precious air to be taken away and we are left struggling to survive the next few minutes. Many of my frogmen have screamed and begged for me to stop, I am amazed you've resisted the urge to do the same."
Mistress waves her hand to que another diver, "But alas, all good struggles have to end..."
Behind Kioshi's back, a series of strange sounds can be heard. Velcro tearing up, some metal clanking, and a couple hisses of a hose at the end.
Someone tampered with her oxygen tanks. Kioshi knew what it meant...
"Awww, that poor look in your eyes; the fear, the distress, the anguish..." Mistress teased, almost feeling sorry for her, "You looked so stone cold and focused when we first met. Where did it all go~?"
Kioshi, still regaining her pace, glares back at Mistress in disgust. Mistress gives off a villainous chuckle from the delicious sight.
"Cam, cut off her oxygen, then activate her second tank."
\t"Yes, Mistress." Cam gladly relayed.
The mewtwo slowly turns off Kioshi's oxygen tank with eager. Even if Cam has the ability to read minds, he would rather not bother peeking inside Kioshi's, preferring to imagine the fear instilling inside her as he enjoys each and every single twist of the knob.
Kioshi takes a deep, deep breath, holding what could be her final breath of fresh air. The hissing sound flowing into Kioshi's scuba mask slowly fades away, leaving her virtually breathless - It is a fruitless move, but what else could she really do at this point?

Once that was done, Cam slowly twisted the adjacent valve open, letting in a sight that was familiar to him upon his friend: A puff of colorful, enticing haze slowly seeped into Kioshi's mask...
Kioshi knew what it was, and she kept her mouth tightly shut to avoid breathing it in, horrified at the sight. This breath would be her last, the next will not be her own...

Kioshi held her breath as long as she could. The horror in her eyes grew as the strange gas slowly spread around Kioshi's face. Its presence felt thick, and the potent scent tickled her muzzle. It's only a matter of time until Kioshi has to breathe it...

The riolu could feel her own heart beating, like a clock ticking down as the remaining fresh air in her lungs are spent. How long could she hold her last breath for? Could she delay the inevitable any further? Can she still fight her way out in that one last breath? She wasn't really sure anymore, especially after the amount of times she nearly suffocated beforehand...

The woman in the near-featureless black wetsuit slithered closer, observing the look of concern growing on Kioshi's face...
\t"Are you still holding on to that last breath of yours?" the woman smugly asked, "What's wrong? Are you afraid? Don't you ever wonder what that illustrious gas smells like?"

\tKioshi tried to ignore the woman's voice as best as she could... She couldn't reach the transmitter to shut her up as both of her arms were still held tightly by two divers.

Kioshi's chest started to hurt once again. It is becoming uncomfortable to hold it...

The woman gave another sadistic taunt...
"Do you feel your lungs screaming for oxygen? Are they burning? Do you want to breathe again? Will you do anything to breathe again?"

Kioshi's heart pounded heavily, her lungs burning as hot as hell, her body tilting back, trembling in pain. The longer she holds her breath, the more her body ruptures...

The woman switches gears, stating a warning for Kioshi's sake, "It is pointless to keep holding on to that last breath. Even if you pass out, you will still wake up breathing the gas. So spare yourself the trouble, and... Take a deep breath for me~"
The riolu's mouth creeps open, her teeth chattering, lips trembling. Her time is nearly up...
"You cannot overcome nature, Kioshi. You will have to breathe for me eventually."
"Aa-ah..." Kioshi's voice trembled, accidentally breathing in some of the gas.
"There is no way out of this. Breathe for your new Mistress~" she insisted, perhaps commanded...
Kioshi clenched her teeth. A small seep of the gas amplified Mistress' voice tenfold.
"Give in, and breathe." Mistress commanded.
Kioshi's legs kicked the water, desperately ignoring the order echoing into her mind. The recoil of her body accidentally forces some precious air out.
"Hmmm... I assume you have breathed in some of the gas already", Mistress continued to toy with Kioshi, "but you still have a lot of nasty carbon dioxide you still need to flush out. As your Mistress, I command you to..."
"No... Sto-op..." the poor riolu started to stammer, trembling in panic, desperately trying to tune out that soft, silky voice seeping into her ears...
It was difficult to tell if Mistress was tricking her, or giving helpful advice, or even both. Kioshi wanted to cover her ears as a latch ditch attempt to muffle the commands, but her arms were still restrained by two divers, leaving her open for that soft, silky voice...
\t"Breathe..."
"Gaah!" Kioshi made a sharp shout, accidentally inhaling some more of the gas. A whiff of exotic fruits tickle her nose.

The gas' exotic scent was Kioshi's coup de grace. After performing such a taxing endurance, her body finally gives in; it lets go of the carbon dioxide in her lungs, then inhales deeply for the strange gas...
(No... No! NO NO NO!) Kioshi mentally screams as she is losing control of herself, almost hyperventilating in panic, unwillingly breathing in more and more of the gas.
\tCam and the two other divers can hear the wheezing in her voice as the hypnogas travels in and out through her rebreather.
\tAs the gas seeps into Kioshi's system, her mind slowly became weaker and weaker, like her head was swirling around in a daze...
Mistress enjoys the look of panic in Kioshi's eyes as she loses control, contrasting the language of her body giving in to its nature. What a joyous sight to behold~!
But of course, such displays can be unhealthy for the receiving end, so Mistress gives a command to her new puppet to keep her safe...
"There is no need to panic, Kioshi. Just calm down, and take deep, deep breaths..."
Kioshi's body finally listens to its demands, slowing down its breathing, quivering a little as it takes deep, deep breaths...
Her mind, overwhelmed by the hypnotic gas, slows down and relaxes, falling into a fuzzy state. Her eyes change from alert, helpless, and panicking, to a calm, submissive look. A layer of glaze slowly forms over the eyes, still shivering from the aftermath.
"Delta 3 and Delta 4, let go of Kioshi." Mistress ordered her henchmen.
\t"Yes, Mistress." The two divers obeyed their Mistress, letting her go.
Kioshi is finally given the opportunity to escape. She takes a quick breath, prepped to fight back.
\t...
\tBut instead of slithering out the door or readying a fighting stance, Kioshi's body shivers in place, her arms and legs droop and dangle. It's as if her body is refusing to fight. Kioshi isn't swimming anywhere either, but idling in front of a mysterious woman in a beavertail wetsuit, breathing in the hypnotic gas, letting it corrupt her system.

It was already too late, the hypnotic gas has taken Kioshi. Her body wasn't listening to her anymore, stringing her like a marionette giving a futile struggle against their puppeteer's strings.
The woman in the beavertail wetsuit took a good look into the riolu's eyes underneath her scuba mask, no longer razor-sharp, focused, or even grumpy, but instead are calm, glazed, and submissive...
"Can you hear me, Kioshi?" Mistress playfully spoke into Kioshi's transceiver, "Are you breathing normally?"
\tKioshi sputtered, with Mistress' voice stirring inside her head, "St-stop... I... I can't... Think..."
\t"Hmhmhm~" Mistress chuckles, watching her new puppet squirming in place, paralyzed with indecision, indecisive on what to do next.
\t"You still seem a bit shaken, so I would like for you to take a few deep breaths with me." Mistress offered to help Kioshi calm down once and for all.
\tKioshi was ready to take a series of deep breaths - a final part of her was still desperately clinging on to her sense of control, hopelessly trying to stop Mistress' power... "Gaa... Aaah... N... No..." Kioshi stuttered...
Mistress enjoyed watching Kioshi last, futile struggles in defeat. Such a stone-cold and formidable fighter, now a pitiful, weakened puppet stringed underneath Mistress' flippers...
\t"Now then..." Mistress commanded, "Breathe in..."
The two took a deep breath in... Kioshi unwittingly breathing in more of the hypnogas...

\t"And breathe out..."
\tThey slowly exhaled... The back of Kiohsi's mind slows down and relaxes, the panic inside her subsiding...

\t"Breathe in..."
\tThey inhale again. "Aaah...", Kioshi trembled, giving off a feeble little noise as she inhaled.

\t"And breathe out..."
And they exhale... Mistress watches those crimson eyes gradually fade into a pure, glossy finish.

"Breathe in..."
The gas smelled and tasted like a strange mixture of fruit...

Kioshi continues taking deep, deep breaths with her Mistress. The back of her mind gradually shuts down from the pollution of hypnogas, her reasoning to resist orders are silenced, and her thoughts are replaced by that sweet, seductive voice taking control of her...
Just a few minutes ago, Kioshi Koyokami was a cold, hardened, and focused fighter. She could fistfight a gang without breaking a sweat and cross several counties in a single night.
Now, she is a calm, docile, and obedient hypnodiver, staring into the abyss. Her mind is a blank slate, unable to think of anything but what her Mistress tells her. She doesn't even care about what happened beforehand, nor what she will do next. All she wants moe than anything is to obey her Mistress.
To Mistress, Kioshi is yet another pawn in her legion, and is by far one of the strongest pieces in her set.
"I've waited quite a long while for this. With the help of your friend, and several months of planning, now, you're finally mine~! I can only imagine how many people we will catch with you on my side~"
Mistress relishes the defeated, submissive look on Kioshi's face, like a reflection on a trophy.
Kioshi looks back, speaking to her new Mistress in a subordinate, obedient voice, "I am looking forward to working with you, Mistress."
"Of course you are, my dear Kioshi, but remember this..." Mistress gives a message with sincerity...
\t"I have no intention of hurting you. My legion practices a strict code to ensure every hypnodiver remains healthy and in top shape. Even if you are under my control, you are my responsibility. You are safe with me."
"Yes, Mistress." Kioshi calmly replied, feeling safe with Mistress by her side.
