You may not even get anyone to help you learn and grow leaving you to learn for yourself. If you are truly motivated by a desire to get better then fear not defeat and see it as a learning opportunity learn how any way it is that you have failed and study it rigorously in the hope to understand why it is you have failed. Knowing your strengths and accepting your flaws is one staring point. Learn to improve your flaws. It will take time indeed. After all it took me about eighteen or so years to get to where I'm at and I know it's still gonna be a long road ahead. I do know know what situations you may or may not find yourself in so that will up to you to find out and solve.
