"Sonic? Sonic!"

An adult female human, named Lilly, shouts up the stairs, waiting for an answer from her son.

The little blue blur's ear twitches as he hears his mother calling for him. He blushes before answering back. 

"Me on the potty, mama!"

The adult smiles and leans against the wall in the kitchen as she waits for her son to finish his business. 

A little while later she hears a pitter patter of feet running down the stairs and looks over to see a little blue hedgehoglet wearing a pair of blue-coloured pullups and a red t-shirt as well as his little red and white shoes, socks and gloves. 

"Dwid wou call for me, mama?"

"Yes honey, I need to talk to you about something. But first... how did potty-time go?"

"Um... pretty gwood. Bwut..."

"But...?"

The little blue blur blushes a little and puts his hands behind his back. He looks down at his feet.

"Me kwinda... had an accidwent before me got to the pwotty."

Lilly kneels down and has a look at Sonic's clothes to see if he had any wet patches. She looks up at him with a confused expression.

"You don't look wet, sweetie..."

"I kwinda... had the accidwent in my... bwedroom, then... me gwot changed."

"Oh Sonic... but at least you told me about it. And you changed yourself too... good boy!"

Lilly smiles and gently rubs his ear. The little hedgehoglet purrs and rubs his head against his mother's hand.

"Ok... now let's go and clean up the puddle."

The little blue blur follows Lilly as she picks up some cleaning equipment.

"Owk mama..."

The little blue hedgehoglet soon lowers his ears and holds his arms up at his mother. She smiles and picks him up, carrying him up the stairs.

"Me sowwy mama... me dwidn't mean to wet myself."

"It's ok sweetie, it's not your fault. You still used your potty, right?"

"Uh hwuh..."

"Good boy. Did you empty it out?"

"Uwm... yes, bwut me hwaven't flushed it yet... me don't like the flush."

"Awww... I know you don't like it, sweetie... it always used to make you cry when you were a baby."

Sonic blushes a little as Lilly puts him down in his room. The blue blur walks over and shyly points to a small puddle around the outside of his potty.

"Ah I see. It's ok honey, it's only a small puddle."

Lilly takes out a small cloth and puts a bit of solution onto it before applying it to the wet patch. Sonic watches curiously.

"Mama? What were wou gwoing to twalk to me about earlier?"

"Ah yes. Mummy has received a new job offer and there's going to be a sort of party tonight in order to celebrate their advertising. But it's going to be quite a fancy place so we'll have to dress smartly... that is, if you want to come with me, of course."

"Swounds wike fun, mama. Am I allowed to cwome?"

"Of course, sweetie. In fact, I managed to find a little tuxedo for you the other day, I hope it fits!"

Sonic smiles widely and carries on watching as Lilly cleans up the puddle. As soon as the puddle has been treated she puts a little pot over the top of it.

"Now don't pick the pot up, ok honey? It's there to stop us from getting the solution on our feet."

Sonic nods his head and then puts a finger under his chin.

"Uwm... what's a twuxedo, mama?"

Lilly smiles and picks up Sonic before pointing at a photograph on the bedside table. The photo is of Lilly's parents at their wedding.

"See what my daddy is wearing? Well that's a tuxedo..."

"Cwool! Me wanna wear one twoo!"

"You will sweetie... and I'm sure you'll look very handsome!"

Lilly smiles and kisses his cheek before putting him down. Sonic giggles and blushes a little from the comment.

"Mama..."

"What? You are my handsome baby boy, aren't you?"

Sonic blushes and rubs his nose with his finger.

"Well... me nwot <b>that</b> hwandsome."

Lilly giggles and kisses his cheek before leading him to her bedroom. 

"Ok honey, I've put the outfit on your bed, see if you can put it on... mummy's just gonna go potty, ok?"

"Owk mama, me try."

Lilly smiles before walking into the bathroom and closing the door. 

The little blue blur walks into his room and looks at the tuxedo on his bed before climbing up onto it. He takes off his shirt and shoes before picking up the white shirt. 

"Hmm... me try and pwut this on."

"Phew, that's better..."

Lilly smiles as she exits the bathroom and heads towards Sonic's bedroom. She peeks inside and giggles at the sight.

Inside Sonic's room Sonic was wearing his shirt on backwards with his bowtie around his head and his trousers with only one leg inside them!

"Awww... does someone need some help?"

Sonic lowers his ears and buries his head in his hands. 

"Me cwan't dwo it, mama..."

"Aww it's ok, my little prince..."

Sonic sniffs and rubs his eyes with his hand.

"Me cwan't do anything gwown up..."

Lilly sits down next to him and takes the shirt off him before turning it around and buttoning it up for him.

"Don't be so quick to be a grown up, sweetie. It's harder than you think... just enjoy being a child for now and someday you'll learn everything you need to know."

"Weally?"

"Yeah, just give it time, sweetheart..."

The little boy smiles up at his mother and watches as she puts the bowtie around his neck and his trousers on his lower body. She stands him up in front of a big mirror and smiles.

"Oh darling, you look so handsome!"

Sonic giggles as he looks down at himself. He blushes from his mother's comment.

"Mama..." 

Lilly giggles and looks down at her watch, she gasps.

"Oh my, we only have a few hours until the party... you still need to have your bath!"

Sonic gulps and lowers his ears as soon as he hears the word 'bath'. He runs towards his bedroom door but stops just as Sammy closes the door.

"Ah ah ah... not so fast, speedy."

Sonic whines as he looks up at her. He attempts to hide under his bed but trips over as he tries to run in his black shoes. Lilly gasps as Sonic falls to the ground and gently helps him up.

"Sweetie, are you alright?!"

The blue blur thinks that if he acts hurt then maybe Lilly won't give him a bath. He whimpers and looks up at his mother whilst holding onto his nose. 

"Nuh uh... me hwurt my nwose."

Lilly gives him a sympathetic look and kneels down before picking him up.

"Aww honey... want mummy to kiss it better for you?"

Sonic sniffs and nods his head whilst holding onto her. Lilly smiles and gently kisses his nose before carrying him into another room.

<i>"Hmmm, thwis sweems to be working swo fwar..."</i> Sonic thought to himself whilst smiling.

"Alright sweetheart, maybe a nice bath will calm you down..."

Sonic gulps and thinks to himself. <i>"Oh nwo... me nweed to escwape!"</i>

Sonic soon squeaks and starts kicking his legs. 

"Nwo bwath! Nwo bwath!"

"Oh dear..."

Lilly sighs as she carries the kicking and screaming hedgehoglet to the bathroom. She places him down and starts to undress him out of his tuxedo before taking off his underwear. 

Sonic continues to cry as he looks down at his now naked body. Lilly gently picks him up and slowly places him into the tub before ruffling his hair.

"It's ok, sweetie... mummy's got you."

The little blue blur sniffs and holds onto Lilly as she starts to clean him up with a soapy sponge. She puts down the sponge after cleaning him up and gently rubs some shampoo into his quills. She then pours water onto his head.

Sonic whimpers and clenches his fists from feeling the water and soap dripping down his head.

"Shh..." 

Lilly smiles as she cleans up his body with the sponge.

"Just need to clean your body now, sweetie."

The blue blur wriggles around as Lilly starts washing him. He blushes and squeaks as she cleans his more 'private' areas. Lilly giggles and finishes cleaning him off. She takes out the plug and gently picks him up with a towel.

Sonic whines and snuggles into the towel before letting out a little sneeze.

Lilly giggles and kisses his cheek.

"There... you smell much better now, sweetie."

"Mwe hwate bwaths..."

Lilly carries Sonic to his bedroom and lays him down on his bed, starting to dry him off properly.

"Aww, I know you do sweetheart... but you can't stay smelly forever."

Sonic pouts and crosses his arms as Lilly starts to dry off his quills. She smiles and giggles when Sonic's quills go poofy.

"Aww, look who's puffy!"

The blue blur huffs before using his hands to try and fix up his quills. Lilly smiles and takes a hairbrush from the table before starting to gently brush his quills. 

Sonic smiles and purrs a little as he feels the hairbrush against his quills. He rubs his head into it and closes his eyes in comfort.

"You always love having your quills brushed, don't you, sweetie?" 

The little hedgehoglet nods and smiles up at Lilly after she finishes brushing his quills.

They both look in the mirror and Lilly smiles.

"There's the adorable hedgie with his adorable quills."

Sonic giggles as Lilly kisses his cheek. She starts to dress him up again and stops as she's about to put on his trousers.

"Ok sweetie... do you want to wear a diaper or your underwear?"

Sonic thinks for a second and lowers his ears, not knowing what to choose.

"Me dwon't know, mama..." 

"Hmm... well you are a big boy now, I think underwear would be best."

Sonic smiles and wags his tail.

"Owk mama, me wear bwig bwoy underwear."

Lilly smiles and stands Sonic up, letting him step into his underwear. The blue blur stands proudly in his 'big boy underwear'. 

"Ok sweetheart, now for the trousers..."

Sonic steps into his trousers and Lilly helps him to zip up his fly before doing up the button. Sonic smirks and puts his hands on his waist.

"Mama, dwo me wook hwandsome?"

Lilly giggles and ruffles his quills.

"Of course you do, sweetheart!"

Lilly finishes dressing up Sonic and gets changed into a purple sparkly dress with matching shoes and a handbag.

"Well, what do you think, sweetie?"

Sonic smiles as he looks up at Lilly.

"Wou wook pwetty, mama!"

"Aww, thank you honey. Now, is my widdle baby boy ready?"

The young female picks up her son and kisses his nose before gently bouncing him into the air with her arms and catching him again. Sonic squeals and giggles whilst clapping his hands. 

"Uh hwuh, me wanna gwo to the pwarty!"

Lilly puts him back down and kneels down next to him.
