Lilly took in the baby hedgehoglet and raised him as her son, making sure to teach him the values of society on Earth and raising him to be respectful of others. When Sonic was 4 years old, he surprised his mother by rescuing his best friend, Kirana, who was hanging from a tree branch, after she had climbed up there with him but accidentally slipped. After Kirana was returned to her parents and twin sister, Sonic was deemed a hero and performed countless numbers of heroic deeds in his youth, despite his mother's worry for his own safety. By the time Sonic was 10 years old, he had harnessed his power of speed and acquired a new pair of red, white and yellow shoes, which Uncle Chuck had designed for him, knowing that he would share the same speed abilities as his father, Jules. Since he was a toddler, Sonic had been best friends with Kirana and as he approached his teenage years, he became smitten with her. Because of this, the two began dating in high school and they soon became closer, leading to their marriage and the birth of their first child, Samuel. As the years went by, Sonic and Kira went on to have another two children named Kazumi and Miles and even in their 30s, continued to fight against Dr Eggman. \nPersonality: Sonic is a cocky, brave and adventurous hedgehog (though in this AU, he eases up on the cockyness due to his age!)
