  "description": "Whilst at Weston Super Sonic yesterday, I sketched this girly in my notepad whilst waiting for the final announcements to be made x3\n\nAfter seeing the slideshow of people's characters (including Kira-chan) I noticed that one that stood out in particular was a water-type! She looked really cool so I thought I would base this character's design off of hers :3\n\nIn my AU, I made it so that Covemere is a Freedom Fighter from Silver's dimension and has Hydrokinesis (the power to control water). Aside from that and her name, I'm not really sure about a story for her just yet! ^^;\n\nThis was a pretty fun challenge to set myself and it's the first time in a while that I had created my own character from scratch! Kira-chan was made by my lovely friend BubblyFoxy a few years ago ^^ I also took a few bits from Razor the Shark (the only water-based mobian I could find on Sonic Wiki!) to make her more shark-like :3\n\nCovemere (c) Me!\n",
