  "description": "Jax served in his local tribes army, one of the more civilized groups prior to the Unix take over with organized strategy and the group who initially built Prophetic City from the ruins of Chicago. While this group was a reigning power in the region he grew older and suffered injuries that led to his discharge from the military, since then he has lived quietly on the luxuries he's been provided by those who respected and admired him for his service. \n\nWhile loved by his peers those he faced on the field of battle don't take to kindly to him. He was a terror on the field rumor has it he took down an entire platoon by himself, something he neither confirms or denies. It is because of this the unix gave him 'retired' status disallowing him to work but giving him compensation in the form of free housing and meal cards. This hasn't stopped him from helping the members of his Bloc and receiving compensation for it, while he works illegally he avoids the actual crimes unlike most of the 'unemployed' individuals in the bloc.
