The reason it's late is because I looked at the last PMEM pic, which was also late, therefore said May, and I thought I had done this month's but it turned out not! Super apologies! This one is for the Intersex crowd! Specifically those with Clitoromegaly, or enlarged clitoris. And looking up information on this particular case lead me down a bit of a rabbit hole.\n\n(I am not an expert. Please let me know if I get something wrong.)\n\nCurrently, the suspected cause of Clitoromegaly is [url=https://isna.org/faq/conditions/cah/]Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia[/url], or CAH. CAH can occur in both males and females, but does not cause intersex in those with XX chromosomes. It requires medical attention if it manifests during infancy. Those with XY chromosomes may develop masculine features with a larger, or even penis-like clitoris and enlarged scrotum-like labia. There are different ranges between how much it resembles male genitalia on a chart known as the [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prader_scale]Prader Scale[/url]. Due to my art's exaggerated proportions, I would not recommend viewing this picture as an example of any stage on the scale.\n\nAnd yeah, so, uh, birds also go CAH.
