They pissed off somebody, but hey, when you have rockets attached to the side of your ride, you just gotta keep your eyes on the road. Better throw a grenade behind you, just in case. >_>\n\nEmmi is experiencing the ultimate in suspension as she rides both dogman and machine, her panties hanging around her ankle for dear life. Her three floating paradoxal goldfish from the bizarro realm are having a good ol' time as well as they orbit around her ass and body.\n\nAlec, the lab retriever, blasts off his sawed-off shotgun and does the same with his cock, pants around his ankles, tongue lolling happy-derpy helter-skelter.\n\nTheir souped up bike features a makeshift sawblade axe attached to the front suspension, a gasmask headlight, a rickety ghetto blaster wired to the rear, \"Tank Girl\" rockets at both tires, and a bigass exhaust to piss off pursuers.\n\nThis was a fun, fun, FUN commission to do! This was done on Canson cold press 140 lb watercolor paper, and I used a dark grey watercolor pencil (AquaMonolith Cretacolor) to sketch the characters and motocycle first, then applied water so I would have the light and dark values, then the next day I used Fantasia watercolor pencils both directly and also I used a brush to soak up pigment and then apply color to the page. I tell ya, you could do watercolor techniques differently each time you make art, and not go about things the same way twice. I used Holbein Artists' wet pigment watercolor from a tube for the backgrounds, and it was like herding cats (no offense to the felines here). All in all I'm really happy with how it turned out. It's a fun little piece that is also sorta inspired by this Normal Rockwell painting....\n\nhttps://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/11/Norman_Rockwell_-_No_Swimming_-_Google_Art_Project.jpg\n\nI was commissioned at Furlandia 2016 to do a watercolor commission, completely open to whatever. I started working with Emmi through emails, found out what she liked (Fallout, Post-Apocalyptic, Zombies, Pretty, Tank Girl, Love, etc etc), and started forming ideas. I made reference folders for Alec and Emmi, the wasteland in the background, weapons, explosions, ghetto blasters, motorcycles and hoverbikes, as well as Tank Girl.
