Alex lackadaisically stretched out his paws as he let his fishing pole unattended in the grass. It really didn’t matter to him if he caught anything - in fact, as his eyes grew heavy there really wasn’t a whole lot that did matter. Thanks to the hypnotizing movements of the sweeping clouds above, it wasn’t long before Alex found himself drifting off in the precious sea of peace and qui-
“Oh Megan, this spot is perfect!”
Alex awoke as if stung by a thousand bees. Son of a bitch! Who was able to find my secret spot!? The irritated poodle silently crept up to the edge of his small ledge in order to take a peek at these destroyers of peace. Although Alex did not recognize the speaking offender, he certainly did recognize the rabbit she was speaking to - and his tail wagged with delight at the sight of his good friend Megan. Aha! Alex knew Megan quite well, and his secret spot was one of the places he had gotten to know her even better.
Perhaps it was the wagging of an overly excited poodle’s tail - or a rabbit who was all too keen to discover a lover in the grass - but Megan was able to spot Alex immediately. He instinctively put a paw to his lips to *shush* her as he reached for his fishing pole, and the mischievous gleam reflected in their eyes communicated more than words ever could.
While Megan busied herself in the task of distracting her friend, Alex cast his fishing line like a pro. Ever so gently, quietly, daintily, the line was lowered and the sly poodle hooked his biggest catch of the day: a lime green, satin bikini top - along with the perfect view of the voluptuous treasures once contained within.
“My goodness!” The surprised fox squeaked as the garment was yanked free. “Megan, how did you…?”
The playful rabbit feigned shock, although she too was more than a little pleased by the welcome view. “Grace, hon, it wasn’t me - I swear! D’ya think it could have been a seagull?”
“Megan, there’s absolutely no way it was a seagull - I would have noticed! Unless…” Grace shot up as she caught a glimpse of her bikini top vanish over the grassy ledge, her paws doing a poor job of containing her exposed bosom. “…Unless the seagulls around here have a big, brown furry ass!”
Once again betrayed by his wagging tail, the mischievous poodle popped up from the ledge with a childish grin as he poorly feigned shock at his catch. “Oh golly gee, miss - are these yours? I’m so, so sorry!” Alex pretended to fumble with the hook as he leaned forward, not-so-secretly trying to catch another peek. “They always flop like the devil when they’re on the line, y’know?”
“Alex, get down here, you goof!” Megan wrapped one of the towels around Grace, but secretly gave Alex the thumbs up as she waved him down. “Grace, I’d like you to meet Alex. He’s a good friend, and despite his poor fishing skills I think you’ll like him too!”
Alex cheerfully waved at Grace as he lowered the bikini top down on his fishing line. Unfamiliar as he was with the vixen, he was sure of just one thing - he wouldn’t mind seeing more of her!
