'There's gotta be something in here...'\n\nIt wasn't until the memory of the first room's guardian that his mind began to have ideas of who or what may have been waiting for him in here. Kaa, the huge python with hypnotic, nearly had him for her week's meal, had he not been able to evade her at the last second when the hypnosis wore off.\n\nHer room was completely dark too, so being faced with a similar room didn't bode well for him.\n\n'I should really have brought a torch...' He was going to have to try and navigate this place, as quickly and as quietly as possible.\n\nOne wrong move and he might have been trapped for all eternity.\n\nHis mind flashed back to the memory of the first room's inhabitant and the danger she posed.\n\n'That damn snake nearly got me...'\n\nIt was a close call, too close for his liking.\n\n'As soon as you see some colors like that, close your eyes immediately!' He told himself, recalling the experience of the first room's battle.\n\nJust then, as he was making a slow approach to the other side of the massive room, his hands brushed into something hiding in the darkness.\n\nSomething scaly, and something alive. This was made clear he heard the grunt and saw an eyelid shed itself to reveal what was in his line of sight.\n\nJamie froze in place, unsure what to do now.\n\n'Oh, shit...' Was all the fox could think to himself, paralyzed with fear at the size of the beautiful, emerald, slit-pupil eye staring him down.\n\nIf this was the creature's eye, then the rest of her body must've been colossal, too; she was easily the biggest guardian that he had yet come across.\n\nShe blinked once, and the fox realized the danger he was in. He tried to turn and run, but the reptile's tail was already curling around his ankles.\n\nJamie didn't want to look, but his body had a different plan in mind; his eyes were turning, and before he could stop himself, he had caught a glimpse of her huge iris, which seemed to be staring into his very soul.\n\nIt was all the fox could do to keep from screaming in terror as the serpentine guardian drew him closer to her, towards the ceiling qs both she and he rose up higher in the room.\n\nFinally, when they reached an altitude that she was satisfied with, the beast lowered her head to a level that was more comfortable for him.\n\nJamie could see her clearly now, her huge, emerald eyes were shining, and he could see the light reflecting off her ruby red scales.\n\nShe was a dragon. A massive, crimson dragon with a cherry pink underbelly.\n\nNot like how Cassie was; this one was more of what he had in mind when he thought of one.\n\nLike something from a fairy tale.\n\nThe fox could feel his heart pounding as she stared down at him.\n\n'This is it, she's gonna kill me.'\n\nHe closed his eyes, bracing himself for death, amplified further by the sound of the enormous creature opening her mouth, undoubtedly ready to show him firsthand what her fire breath was capable of.\n\nHowever, what Jamie was met with instead was a strange sensation of an entirely different gas expelling from her mouth at him.\n\nIt may still been hot, but nowhere near as much as fire would've been. Instead of the usual red, orange and yellow colors, this one was a variety of pink, mostly matching her underbelly scales, and didn't hurt in the slightest.\n\nIf anything, the warm, pink mist that she was blowing over him felt quite nice.\n\n'What...what's happening?'\n\nJamie wondered if this was another trick. Maybe the dragon was trying to lull him into a false sense of security before finishing him off. Predators were known to play with their food, after all.\n\nOpening his eye, slowly and carefully, the fox dared to peek at his captor, to see any effect she may have caused on him.\n\nHowever, once he opened his first eye slightly, both of them shot open when he finally saw her face.\n\nIt was mostly what he expected, too. From the long snout, to the sharp fangs, to the spikes sticking out from the sides, this dragon was definitely a lot like what he imagined a real dragon would be.\n\nHowever, what he wasn't expecting was how beautiful the creature actually was.\n\nIt may have been a trick of hers, but Jamie couldn't help but notice the softness in her expression, and how overall gorgeous she was.\n\nWithout a doubt in his mind, he was in love with her.\n\n\"Whoa...\" He breathed, his jaw dropping slightly.\n\nHe had seen many a dragon in works of fiction and legend, but none of them compared to this one. Her ruby red scales shimmered in the light, and her large, green eyes seemed to sparkle.\n\nHe couldn't tear his gaze away from her. "I hope not. Though..." A third one, a wolf knight, spoke up. "I can't deny it's likely."

They were their hero's best friends, having known him since they were cubs. The idea that he may not be coming back was not a welcome thought, but they had no reason to believe otherwise, and it was only a matter of time until they learned the truth.

But before the conversation could resume, the sound of trumpets rang through the air.

The three of them, as well as every other prisoner in the cells scattered around the village, moved to the cages, hope full in their hearts.

Could it be him?

Was Jamie finally making his return?

They knew the most likely answer before they even looked, but a part of them was still clinging onto a sliver of hope that the one blowing the trumpets was there to announce his victory and their liberation.

Alas, when the canines did see who was making the fanfare, their hopes were quickly shattered.

Standing further away on the other side of the iron bars were two guards, both armed and armored, and one of them carrying a silver instrument, announcing his arrival.

The prisoners/villagers recognised them as the palace's royal guards, but they weren't wearing their regular uniforms.

Instead, their attire was much less appropriate for their profession: black leather harnesses and speedos, showing off their toned bodies and impressive bulges.

It was also worth noting that they had collars around their necks, as well.

"Attention, one and all!" One of the guards announced, putting down the trumpet and glaring at the captives. "Take a knee in honor of our new mistress, and future queen of this land! You will address her as Mistress, Your Majesty, or Your Highness!"

The faces of the prisoners were filled with dread, and their hearts sank at the news.

'New mistress? Queen?' They thought, looking around.

They all had a sinking feeling of who this could be, but no one wanted to say anything, in fear of being punished.

Sure enough, not a minute later, their worst nightmares became reality, as the person they hoped never to see again, not for the rest of their lives, made her grand entrance.

And how grand it was; the sight of a giant Ruby dragon flying towards the village, her mere presence as a display of her power.

The villagers cowered and whimpered, fearing for their lives.

And standing atop this great beast was none other than the one responsible for their current situation; the villainess that was so hellbent on enslaving them all and taking back what was supposedly her's.

The pristine and glamorous poodle lady stood up with pride, riding the back of her faithful companion, smiling with glee down at the captured residents.

Those same residents witnessed her arrival with amazement at such an unexpected entrance, but more-so with despair with the knowledge that she had succeeded in her evil plan.

With every inch the pair flew closer to them, the greater the feeling of hopelessness overtook them more and more.

And that wasn't even including the fact that their new "queen" had a huge dragon serving her.

The pair were only seconds from landing, so the remaining prisoners who were left standing decided to take the smart approach and drop to their knees, as much as their pride didn't want them to.

The titanic reptile dropped to the ground with a loud *Thud*, before she lowered her head to allow her mistress to step off her head and to the ground below.

With comedic timing, one of the sex-dungeon dressed guards rolled out a red carpet for the queen to step on. No reason for such a perfect figure like herself to make contact with the filthy ground; why should she get her shoes dirty?

"My dear people..." Georgette spoke, her voice silky smooth, but also with a hint of malice. "It brings me great pleasure to announce that my victory has been secured, and we shall begin the next phase of our plan in no time."

The villagers could feel her smugness and condescending attitude from where they were standing, and it wasn't a good sign for things to come.

But for the majority of them, their attention was on the monster escorting her, and the way that she was eyeing them back.

She looked hungry, evident by licking her lips and smirking at some of them.

She wasn't just a pet, she was a weapon, and an extremely dangerous one at that.

"As you can see, my big friend here was kind enough to assist me in my quest." She continued, looking back towards the creature. "That little hero you sent to stop me, um... What was his name?"

"J-Jamie." One of his friends whispered, sounding like he was distraught by the realisation of what she was implying.

"Ah, what does it matter?" The poodle continued, smiling at her little speech. "As I was saying, he didn't really make much of a dent in my plans, but he did make quite a lovely meal for dear Elizabeth."

The dragon nodded once, patting her tummy with satisfaction before flashing her sharp teeth at the villagers, who cowered in fear.

"And now, for her assistance in disposing of that poor, misguided puppy, I shall reward her with a real feast."

Just then, the poodle's gaze turned from random cages to the one containing dear departed Jamie's closest friends.

The trio felt their hearts freeze when her eyes locked on them, and even more when she pointed at their cage, to which the dragon's eyes followed.

"You three look rather eager to join him." She teased, as her friend seemed to agree. "You don't mind if I volunteer you on your behalf, do you?"

The friends could only exchange a scared glance between each other, not knowing how to respond.

If they said yes, they would be eaten alive by a giant lizard. And if they said no... They didn't even want to imagine.

But it looked like their answer wasn't going to matter one way or the other, since Elizabeth had already settled on them being the next things to provide her body with the nutrients it needed.

She stepped closer to them slowly, as if to build tension, or maybe it was because the dragon didn't want to make any sudden moves.

"Oh, and I want you all to watch this." Georgette suddenly piped up, turning back to the rest of the villagers. "Just a small reminder for anyone thinking of defying more orders."

The canine prisoners were left with no choice, as they had to turn their attention back to the giant reptile and the trio about to die.

The three captives watched in horror as the dragon opened her maw and started breathing hot air, preparing to devour them.
