Finding happy homes for all the poor puppies that Holly keeps in her sanctuary was never easy, especially when they were being hounded by their constant nemesis's, Catrina & Brattina Stoneheart, and their pudgy feline pet, Catgut.\n\nStill, they had their work, and knowing that they helped a pup in need and that they would bring happiness to a child who loved dogs too was enough of a reward for them; there was nothing they'd rather be doing.\n\n\"Not much happenin' right now, Cooler, honey.\" The sweet southern voice of his (sort of) girlfriend answered him, keeping her eyes on the screen that observed the outside world. \"Holly went out ta pick up some more pet food from the store, but that's about it.\"\n\nCooler nodded his head, taking in the information. \"What about our friends at the Stoneheart mansion?\"\n\nThe boxer turned to look at their second in command of the operation, a sly grin on her face.\n\n\"I doubt those lil' ol' demons know the meanin' of the word \"friends\".\" She joked, as he walked up to stand beside her. \"Catrina's still on the lookout fer us from her bedroom, and Brattina an' Catgut are keepin' a watch on the outside.\"\n\n\"Gosh oh golly gee, I hope they don't find us.\" Bright Eyes, the walking definition of innocent and sweet, spoke up, gazing her beautiful baby blue peepers at the surveillance screens. \"I sure hope they don't find us down here.\"\n\n\"Don't cha worry about that, Bright Eyes, darlin'.\" Nose Marie assured, turning to see the much younger bitch beside her. \"Ah doubt Catrina could find her lil' ol' reflection in a mirror, much less find us down here.\"\n\n\"Of course she can't, Nose Marie; every mirror she looks in cracks! Gheee heh heh heh.\"\n\nThe boxer's gaze went from the young labrador retriever, to the beagle on the other side of her.\n\n\"Oh, haha, real funny, Cooler.\" She remarked sarcastically, though there was no real anger behind it. \"How did yer lil' ol' trip go? You and Howler get them pups ta their new home alright?\"\n\n\"Terry and Mac couldn't be happier with those boys, all thanks to us.\" He announced with a wink to the other adult dog. \"Pulled the whole thing off without a problem.\"\n\n\"Guys, we pot a groblem!\" The voice of another, more eccentric-sounding male dog announced, running into the control room from the tunnel, the sound of a small alarm blaring with him.\n\nThe three of them turned back to see Howler run inside, cranking the handle to his hat to literally sound the alarm.\n\n\"I- I mean, we got a grob- we- we hot a goblin- I mean, uh- Awhoo!\" He howled, ceasing his approach only when he reached his friends. \"There's a situation!\"\n\n\"What's the scoop?\" Cooler asked, changing his tone to something more serious.\n\n\"Jumping jelly beans! Is Whopper okay!?\" Bright Eyes inquired, sounding more than a little panicked for her fellow puppy's well-being.\n\n\"He's fine, but it's somebody we don't know!\" Howler answered, moving to the control board to change the main feed on the screen.\n\nAfter a second of static from the channel changing, the four of them were greeted with the sight of a couple of strangers heading their way.\n\n\"Two somebodies, by the looks of it.\" Their leader commented, watching the sight of a golden orange cockapoo and a purple husky walking towards the pound. \"Any idea who they are?\"\n\n\"No clue.\" Howler replied, shaking his head. \"We're not getting any matches in the database, and they don't seem to be anyone in the neighborhood.\"\n\n\"They seem sweet.\" Bright Eyes mentioned, smiling at seeing another pup around her age coming their way.\n\n\"But how are they gonna get inside?\" Nose Marie then asked, moving the camera to look at their enemies on the hunt. \"Those lil' ol' monsters aren't gonn' let 'em get inside.\"\n\n\"Then that' where WE come in!\" Cooler declared, pointing towards the sky. \"I'll get them down here before Catrina can even sniff them.\"\n\nThe other three wished him luck on his quick trip.\n\n\"6! 7! 8! 9! Cooler will get them here just fine!\" Bright Eyes cheered, waving her pom poms in the air, that she somehow pulled out of nowhere.\n\n***\n\nThe two newest pups had a bit of trouble finding their way in town, but the directions that they had been given them were enough to get them here, to the gate of the place they were looking for.\n\nBut before they could knock, the sound of an elavtor bell dinged, coming from... The garbage can?\n\nSure enough, the grey metal cylinder's side opened up, and a white beagle in a blue jacket stuck his head out to greet them.\n\n\"Excuse me, ladies~\" He announced when he opened the bin's door. \"Going down?\"\n\nAstonished but impressed, the girls didn't argue, instead joining him in the silver can's secret teleporter.\n\nOr at least, one of them did.\n\nDue to her shorter stature, Skye had no trouble entering the little lift, but Everest had a bit of trouble, because of her most noticible trait;\n\nThe size of her arse.\n\nFor the longest time, Everest had quite an absurdly large pair of butt cheeks, and a number of boys who couldn't help taking a glance every chance they got.\n\nParticularly, one dalmatian lad.\n\nAs such, her thighs gave her a bit of trouble fitting in the small opening, which made it impossible for her to fit into the elevator.\n\n\"Everest, what's the hold up?\" Her companion asked jokingly, turning to see her.\n\nBoth girls giggled a little, with the older one still trying to squirm her way inside.\n\n\"Won't be a minute.\" She declared, grunting some more as she forced her way in more and more. \"Nghh... Nearly... There!\"\n\n\"You got it!\" Skye cheered, smiling.\n\nWith one more push, the husky finally managed to shove herself in, crashing down on something soft as she fell frontwards.\n\n\"There we go.\" Everest announced happily, as their new host pushed her off him a little on the ground.\n\n\"Nice landing.\" Cooler chuckled, rubbing his head after the impact.\n\nThe big-ass husky blushed a little, and stood up properly.\n\n\"Oh, sorry!\" The older of the two apologized, giggling.\n\nCooler stood himself back up too, dusting himself off as he hit the button to begin descending down to the pound's secret level.\n\n***\n\n\"Here we are!\" Cooler informed, once the elevator reached the lower level beneath them, wisely standing behind the newcomer with the huge posterior. \"Hideout sweet hideout~\"\n\nAs soon as the doors opened, Everest and Skye took a quick look around them, taking in the sights of the base of their operation.\n\n\"Wow, it's huge in here!\" Everest declared, taking a step out of the lift, though getting stuck from the narrow passage, the same way as before. \"Oh, not again...\"\n\n\"It's okay, we got you!\" The smaller dog assured, looking ready to help force her way through, standing beside Cooler.\n\nThe older dog did her best to squeeze her way out of the metal frame, but the task was proving more difficult than she had first thought, with her hips and butt getting caught, her legs having difficulty helping her reach the other side.\n\nLooking at each other unsurely, Skye and Cooler leapt forward to push Everest's ass through the door with their elbows, getting all three of them through, crashing on the ground on the other side.\n\nLuckily, the two in the back had a soft landing this time; Everest's bulky backside was like a pair of soft pillows, cushioning the fall.\n\n\"Thanks.\" Everest thanked, once her rear had finally exited the doorway.\n\n\"No sweat, kid.\" Cooler assured, helping himself and Skye up and began leading the three of them to his friends.\n\nHaving heard the commotion a few feet away, Nose Marie, Bright Eyes and Howler turned to look at their friend and their new guests.\n\n\"This here's my crew. The cute and adorable bundle of fun, Bright Eyes, and finally, our glamourous southern belle, Nose Marie.\" He introduced, gesturing to each canine as he listed them. \"Guys, meet Everest and Skye, they're the newest additions to the pound. I got acquainted with, and crushed by, them in the elevator.\"\n\n\"Golly gee wilikers! Welcome to the pound!\" Bright Eyes excitedly exclaimed, skipping her way over to greet her fellow youngster.\n\nAs she came face-to-face with her, Skye could tell that the two of them were going to be great friends.\n\n\"Hi!\" The little cockapoo greeted, her tail wagging happily.\n\n\"Hey.\" Everest followed up, walking behind her friend.\n\n\"Nice ta have ya here, ladies.\" The boxer announced, getting out from the seat and moving towards her new friends. \"Y'all must've come far from- Oh mah southern fried goodness!\"\n\nThe rest of the dogs were startled by her sudden exclamation, wondering what could've been the cause of such an outburst.\n\n\"I didn't know we was gettin' a cowgirl down here!\" Nose Marie then continued, her eyes fixed on Everest. More specifically, on the size of her rump. \"Where'd ya come from, lil' missy?\"\n\nThe husky smiled playfully at the first remark, before she brought herself to answer the second.\n\n\"Thanks, I get that a lot!\" She announced, turning around to give the boxer a better view of her behind through her trackies. \"We're from somehere pretty far away, alright. Ah was- I was just lookin' at- er...\"\n\nBut the little dog looked like she wasn't really going to believe her, giving her a skeptical look.\n\n\"Well, when you're ready to come out of La La Land, we're gonna show our friends to their new puphouses. Guueeehh, heh heh heh.\" Cooler told her teasingly, finishing with his trademark laugh.\n\nIt was only when Everest started walking away, her incredible hips swaying side to side, visible bounces of flesh even behind the layer of clothing that hid them, that Nose Marie snapped out of her hypnotic-like trance...
