She had offered her son’s life to him as payment for breaking the law of trespassing in the Pridelands, and despite the fact the young cub was chosen as Scar’s heir and may one day challenge him, Simba couldn’t take his life.\n\nIt was clear that Zira was using her own children against him, something the sickened Simba to his very core. Now Nala was attempting to convince him that this cub, who was sent by her mother to gain his trust, all the while leading him astray, was going to change.
