Mingle eventually decided to home school Danse because of these issues, but this is not to say he did not enjoy friendships with other children. Especially the children of his mothers lovers.\n\nAmong influences in his life, his mothers long time friends star-singer and his wife blacksmithblacksteel Had a major influence on him as a child. They would be affectionally called uncle and auntie to him. There children like cousins to him. Star singer, taught Danse the ways of singing which Danse was rather skilled in.\n\nAnother positive influence on him would be his mothers close friend pink-eyed-mare the living doll teaching Danse about the unique aspects of the world. Beings not wholly understood or accepted by the normal world. But with depths of humanity sometimes lost on those calling themselves civil. She would also be Danse’s first major crush in his youth.\n\nDespite the positive influence’s in his life, there were some trama’s in his youth as well. His ability to communicate and interact with spirits also made him a target for more malevolent beasts. One day as he was walking the street to go pick up groceries for his mother, he was assaulted by a revenant. Despite his cries, no one could see the aggressive spirit, luck shined on him as his father had decided to pay a visit and was able to slay the spirit.\n\nAfter the experience, Dirge and Mingle sat down with Danse fully explaining there connection to spirits both good and bad. Mingle worried for her son after such a traumatic event, but Danse did not let such an experience hold him back.\n\nAs Danse grew, he followed his mother on her investigative trips. Occasionally he even traveled with his father, staying with Gypsies, Caelian Clergy,Monks and more. Danse devoured all knowledge of the occult he could get get his claws on. Never again would he allow himself to be a victim, nor would he let the innocent suffer at the hooves of dark spirits.\n\nWhen the colt grew into a stallion, He began to make a living as an exorcist. His name quickly rose in the occult communities. His mixture of skills picked up from his studying under various masters helping to make him a force to be reckoned with by even the most horrific of beasts that hide in the night, preying on the weak.\n\nDanse though did pick up a few less then noble habits from his parents. From his fathers draconic heritage, Danse did have a taste for meat on the fresher side. His cool exterior can be cracked when under great pressure, letting the darkest and vilest of spirits know that they are far from the most vengeful things in the night. From both parents he also inherited a natural refined charm and flirtatious nature. This has Lead Danse to take many many, lovers some one night stands, a few long time friends with benefits. Many Grieving widows have received council in a bedchamber with him. His lovers don’t always just include,ponies,griffins etc. He has found relationships among more courteous spirits and beasts.\n\nDespite the unique life Danse has lived he considers it a grand life worth living.
