After a busy day of playing and spending time with newfound friends, the kits withdrew into the privacy of their home. A home away from home it is, but still as cozy as the real deal could ever be, they thought. Some of the furniture was still little strange to them, including the black box many households had. It was Ai who suggested Chi that they needed one in their home too, like everybody else.
The movies this time offered intrigued the little ones. There's a lot to learn from this new form of art, they thought. Some of the windows it opens to the world are outright misleading - Chi would point out they were all false - while others were simply fascinating to properly attuned young minds ...as well as ancient ones untethered from everything familiar and anything to call stable.
A channel package was bought and a second hand TV set the kits managed to get cheap from a flea market was brought in the house. The kits had prepared for the movie night with some snacks and they had brought a warm blanket from the bedroom closet, just in case if they happened to snooze unawares.
As expected, there was lots to explore. Chi liked the documentaries and current affairs programs while Ai was more into action and horror films. The two surfed the channels and stopped surfing for awhile when something caught the interest of either of them, only to continue again with renewed vigor. They even managed to catch the most of an old black and white werewolf movie that Ai seemed to enjoy a lot. Hours passed and an easy evening turned into late night very quickly. The kits were getting tired.
One more flick of a button on the remote made Chi freeze motionless. He started to blush beet red up to his ears as he watched the scene unfolding before him on the screen. A moment passed in relative silence, as his brain processed the visual information flooding into his optic nerves, and finally in an act of desperation it decided to send a signal to his finger to change the channel.
Chi felt a soft, warm paw touching his, the one that was holding the remote. Ai was looking at him from under her brows, her mouth fixed in an uncertain expression. She was hesitating and biting her lip, making her look like she was puckering her mouth in disappointment. She didn't let go of Chi's paw. He turned to look at Ai and raised his brows in a questioning manner. When the paw still didn't let go of him, he turned his face away from her, swallowed hard and switched the channel back, feeling her eyes on him all the time.
Ai put her left arm around Chi's back and leaned against his side. She lowered her right paw that was holding her brother's paw, and the remote along with it. She had made her mind clear. Together they watched the carnal display, neither one of them really having the courage to look each other in the eye. Chi could feel Ai's arm squeezing him tighter and closer to her every now and then. Slowly at first, but steadily, Chi started to relax which gradually cast aside his inhibitions and embarrassment. A button on the remote was flicked again, this time turning the TV set off. Chi tossed the remote aside and turned to Ai, putting his arm around her.
The kits smiled a fragile smile to each other. Chi pulled Ai close and gently rubbed his nose against hers while he stroked her tummy. "Boop!" he said, playing the fool for her and following up by showing his tongue to her like a puppy. A wolf puppy, no doubt. That accompanied by an eager "Woof!" made Ai giggle out of fatigue.
"Silly! Silly-y-y..." she gasped half because she was in the middle of a giggling fit, half because Chi's paw had wandered further down from her tummy and the nimble fingers were now undoing the fly of her shorts. Confronted by tiny pecks of kisses on her neck Ai bent her leg beside her for support and to allow her a little freedom of movement; to rock herself against the soft, fluffy paw that had quickly made its way into her panties uninvited. Mostly uninvited, but she wasn't going to drive it away now that she had his attention. No, she closed her eyes. Maybe she could get to try out something she had seen just now. Maybe sleep could wait for a little time longer. Ai enjoyed the caresses of her brother, pushed against his paw with her hips and let out a tiny delighted "awoo!"
