Quite a while ago - as a matter of fact, almost two years ago, I started on the next installment of the Fangle Farmstead story series, which I had written most of by paw during Confuzzled that year. There was a specific scene in that story which is quite appetizing, and while I was still working on the typing out of the story, I snagged a commission slot from the wonderful WolfPsalm over on FA and asked her to illustrate that scene that takes place between the story's main protagonist Laura Forman and the recently introduced super-tall soda jerk Pamela Rose.\n\nIt has taken way too much time for me to finish that story; the main reason being it was saved on an external hard drive that went on the fritz, along with the picture. Fortunately I have finally managed to salvage the folder full of pictures and some of the stories that were on there, even though the version of the story that I managed to save was incomplete.\n\nSo! Over the past few days, after I had recovered from being a puddle of kittycat goop due to the insane heatwave we've had here the past few weeks, I have been working on re-typing the missing part of the story and finishing it up altogether. And that means that not only can I now post the long overdue next installment of the Fangle Farmstead story series, I can also finally upload the picture I commissioned as an illustration for the most appetizing scene of that story!\n\nAnd here it is!
