Weapons:
Rocket Launcher - Direct hit with rocket does 8 damage. Splash damage is 4. Clip size = 1. Firing time per rocket = 0.5 seconds. Reload time per rocket = 1 second. So, 1 rocket is fired every 1.5 seconds. Therefore, DPS = 8 / 1.5 = 5.3 repeating.

OR

Direct hit with rocket does 8 damage. Splash damage is 4. Clip size = 1. Firing time per rocket = 0.3333... seconds. Reload time per rocket = 1 second. So, 1 rocket is fired every 1.3333... seconds. Therefore, DPS = 8 / 1.3333... = 6 repeating.

4-Barrel Bazooka - Direct hit with rocket does 8 damage. Splash damage is 4. Clip size = 4. Firing time per rocket = 1 second. reload time per rocket = 1 second. So, 4 rockets are fired every 4 seconds, then 4 rockets are reloaded the next 4 seconds. So, on average, 1 rocket is fired every 2 seconds. Therefore, DPS = 8 / 2 = 4, but the DPS is 8 for a 4 second time span before reloading must occur.
