Give it a read if you get the chance.\n\nI originally had no real intention to dive into Delilah. Not because I find anything wrong with her as a character, but just because I felt there wasn’t much there to work with. I’ve talked before about why 101 Dalmatian Street failed and its overarching flaws. So, I won’t go into that here. But Delilah is one of the characters who truly suffers from the development issues that plague the show. She had all the tools to become a great character, yet because she got sidelined so much and was treated as just ‘the mom’, she never did anything and I ended up finding her very…dull. The few moments she shined was when she was allowed to spread her wings and show off her identity instead of just being the mom. But, once again, that was 101DS’s biggest drawbacks. Great characters, poor storytelling.\n\nSo, in the W&A world, she’s just that. Dolly’s mom. I don’t really have any intentions to dive into her story in my own universe. But that’s alright. As long as people like Ringtail give me a reason to draw her, then I’m sure she’ll pop up again. ",
