Some of them were pratically similar from other days, things like giving an item to someone or escorting along with the basic recruiting missions.\n\nHowever, one got Umbreon's attention. It was a rescuing mission from a pokemon named Sylveon, a name that was kinda unknown to him and charizard apart from the ''eon'' part that reminds me of the other eeveelutions that also ends with the three letters.\n\nHe immediately grabbed the notice, and read through it, he was also reading it for Charizard...\n\n“I'm a Sylveon and as I was exploring the region, I got stuck in the Northern Range, that alone would be bad enough, but a gang of different pokemon is trying to capture me into their base that seems to be in the same dungeon. \n\nI don't know how long I can keep fighting for my survival, and I'm scared of what those guys have in store once they get me so... Please come as soon as possible...”\n\nUmbreon seemed really upset after reading it, he quickly took off out of Pokemon Square... Charizard caught up to him with his flying speed.\n\nCharizard: Hey, save your energy and let me take us there! Say, we didn't even prepare our stuff, you're sure we're prepared to save that Sylveon...?\n\nUmbreon: That will be unnecessary, this will be a quick mission! You can count on that...\n\nUpon entering, they quickly made there way around the dungeon, digging around to make sure they look every nook and crany of the place and defeat any pokemon getting in there way...\n\nMeanwhile, Sylveon was transported to the last floor where the base was... She couldn't move and could barely talk, the apparent leader show up and smiled at her with a sinister look..\n\n???: What do we have here, you're sure a fine pokemon that entered our territory, we never saw one like you before actually... However, it doesn't matter...\n\nHe said while licking his teeth clean... She knew he was about to die but all she could do now was closing her eyes, hopping for dear life that someone comes now as tears began to roll down her face...\n\nJust then, Umbreon leaped himself out of a, now broken, wall to attack the leader who was about to have her ways with the Sylveon. Him and Charizard surronded her, protecting her while defeating the monster house with ease...\n\nThe leader was taking care of and seeing as the Sylveon was unconscious now, he teleported himself and Charizard along with Sylveon and the leader of the gang who dared attempting to kill her even though he was one of the ''sentient'' pokemon. While he was brought to Magnezone to let justice do the rest, Umbreon took Sylveon in his arm, checking on her state. She was in a bad condition, she needed to rest...\n\nThey agreed to let her rest in the team base where she'll be safe and comfortable. However, after putting her to bed, Umbreon told Charizard that he could go back to his own home, leaving him alone.\n\nCharizard: Are you sure? We can still do some missions!\n\nUmbreon: I'd rather... Stay here to watch over our client, I want to make sure she gets back on her paws again... Besides, I think Braixen would be happy to spend a full day with his boyfriend for once!\n\nThe fire pokemon smiled and accepted, leaving the two eeveelutions in the base... Umbreon sat next to her uncouncious body, he could see a little smile on her face, as tough she knew she was saved...\n\nThe Umbreon stayed by her side, he wanted to be here in case something happens, like her waking up or her state getting worst. He already used his ''Moonlight'' attack to heal her up, but now he can only wait...\n\nFortunately, she woke up about 4 houtrs later. A bit surprised but she stayed calm, looking at her rescuer, she smiled while thanking him. At that point, Umbreon knew she was a female fom her voice.\n\nSylveon: Thank you so much for rescuing me, I thought I'd be done out there... How long was I uncounscious...?\n\nHe went picking up some waters and some berries, she must be really hungry and thirsty after all she went through.\n\nUmbreon: About 4 hours, you were really in a bad shape so... Don't you have friends or family that would have wanted to go.\n\nThey arrived at her ''temporary'' house, the time that she finishes her buisness here. She stopped looking down at the floor.\n\nSylveon: No, I wasn't really social where I came from... And my family didn't really like the idea of risking there lives just for the thrills...\n\nUmbreon was a bit sad for her, she never trully had a friend before... He quickly grabbed one of her arms as she was starting to say goodbye. Looking serious, he asked.\n\nUmbreon: Hey, since nobody is willing to protect you while you're here, um... Allow me to escort you to the most wonderful places of the region... Don't worry about the price, I'm willing to do that for free!\n\nSylveon blushed as silence fell... He would present them with 7 different objects at a very young age that will influence their evolution and let them choose.\n\nThe first children who was born months after they first met, became a Flareon, then the second a Vaporeon, then a Jolteon. The fourth a Leafeon, the fifth a Glaceon. The sixth and seventh who were twins became Espeon and Umbreon and the eight is still an eevee... But... Upon entering, they quickly made there way around the dungeon, digging around to make sure they look every nook and crany of the place and defeat any pokemon getting in there way...
Meanwhile, Sylveon was transported to the last floor where the base was... She couldn't move and could barely talk, the apparent leader show up and smiled at her with a sinister look..
???: What do we have here, you're sure a fine pokemon that entered our territory, we never saw one like you before actually... However, it doesn't matter...
He said while licking his teeth clean... She knew he was about to die but all she could do now was closing her eyes, hopping for dear life that someone comes now as tears began to roll down her face...
Just then, Umbreon leaped himself out of a, now broken, wall to attack the leader who was about to have her ways with the Sylveon. Him and Charizard surronded her, protecting her while defeating the monster house with ease...
The leader was taking care of and seeing as the Sylveon was unconscious now, he teleported himself and Charizard along with Sylveon and the leader of the gang who dared attempting to kill her even though he was one of the ''sentient'' pokemon. While he was brought to Magnezone to let justice do the rest, Umbreon took Sylveon in his arm, checking on her state. She was in a bad condition, she needed to rest...
They agreed to let her rest in the team base where she'll be safe and comfortable. However, after putting her to bed, Umbreon told Charizard that he could go back to his own home, leaving him alone.
Charizard: Are you sure? We can still do some missions!
Umbreon: I'd rather... Stay here to watch over our client, I want to make sure she gets back on her paws again... Besides, I think Braixen would be happy to spend a full day with his boyfriend for once!
The fire pokemon smiled and accepted, leaving the two eeveelutions in the base... Umbreon sat next to her uncouncious body, he could see a little smile on her face, as tough she knew she was saved...
The Umbreon stayed by her side, he wanted to be here in case something happens, like her waking up or her state getting worst. He already used his ''Moonlight'' attack to heal her up, but now he can only wait...
Fortunately, she woke up about 4 houtrs later. A bit surprised but she stayed calm, looking at her rescuer, she smiled while thanking him. At that point, Umbreon knew she was a female fom her voice.
Sylveon: Thank you so much for rescuing me, I thought I'd be done out there... How long was I uncounscious...?
He went picking up some waters and some berries, she must be really hungry and thirsty after all she went through.
Umbreon: About 4 hours, you were really in a bad shape so... I took care of you! Here, you must be famished!
Sylveon was quite surprised with all the help she got, out of a stranger most of all! She gadly accepted the food and water and just dug in. After all that, she got up and bow her head down like she was sorry.
Sylveon: I apologize if I caused trouble, here have those in return...!
She went through her stuff to get some money and black gummies and handed them over to Umbreon who was quite surprised at the amount of the reward.
Sylveon: 3,000₱ and 5 black gummies... Will that be enough...?
Umbreon: Y-Yeah, I even think that you didn't need to give this much I mean... It was an easy task... I shouldn't be rewarded this much! While I won't complain...
She giggled and started to go through the door.
Sylveon: It's not about how difficult the task is, it's the meaning of the rescue for your client!
Umbreon: N-No wait, can I ask you something...? I've never seen a pokemon such as you... Are you an evolution or...?
Sylveon stopped and responded with a big smile.
Sylveon: Oh, I guess that means there's none of us around here! Well I'm an eeveelution so you know who is my pre evolution! I'm also a fairy type and we're... Kinda rare around the world due to the lack of eevees actually meeting the requirements: Good IQ, Sun Bow, and learning a fairy type move!
The two went outside together, taking a stroll on there way to Sylveon's house. Umbreon was really curious about her.
Umbreon: Wow, even that type of pokemon is unknown to us! Say... Why are you around these parts? You seem to be the only Sylveon of the region!
Sylveon: Well, I'm actually not from around here, I am from another continent! I am just here to visit the different wonders of the world and I'm told that this place is full of amazing places to visit and so far I wasn't lied to, just... Dangerous I guess...?
Umbreon: Yeah... It's not a good idea to go places like those all alone! Don't you have friends or family that would have wanted to go.
They arrived at her ''temporary'' house, the time that she finishes her buisness here. She stopped looking down at the floor.
Sylveon: No, I wasn't really social where I came from... And my family didn't really like the idea of risking there lives just for the thrills...
Umbreon was a bit sad for her, she never trully had a friend before... He quickly grabbed one of her arms as she was starting to say goodbye. Looking serious, he asked.
Umbreon: Hey, since nobody is willing to protect you while you're here, um... Allow me to escort you to the most wonderful places of the region... Don't worry about the price, I'm willing to do that for free!
Sylveon blushed as silence fell... She hesitated before saying quietly...
Sylveon: I... I wouldn't mind... company... Thank you Umbreon...
He smiled before letting go, blushing too even more.
Umbreon: Why not tomorrow? you still need some rest for today... And we'll meet in front of my house, I should be ready by the time you get there!
She nodded her head and waved goodbye to Umbreon as he did too and he got back to his base, a bit red on the cheeks. He thought about how cute she looked and spoke... He thought about how she looked gorgeous in every detail.
For the rest of the day, he layed on his bed thinking about her... He eventually fell in sleep, waiting for tomorrow...
The next morning, they met up, Umbreon let Charizard do missions with Absol while they're gone, he accepted but was kinda curious why he wanted to go alone to protect the Sylveon.
Charizard: Alright, but are you sure you want to escort someone, alone? Oh no, I see, hehe...
Umbreon was red all over, denying Charizard's thoughts
Umbreon: No, it's not like that! It's just that... I trust you to take care of things while I'm gone... Okay...? Don't worry, I feel that she's not weak like our other clients...
Charizard: Yeah, yeah, alright...! Have fun you two!
He left to town while Sylveon approached Umbreon who was kinda embarassed that he said that, close to her!
Sylveon: You okay, Umbreon?

And so, packed up, they left to see the many places of the region like the dungeons and friend areas. This trip was really long as some dungeons takes a whole day to go through. During that time, they got to know a lot about each other. However, Umbreon didn't want to reveal his past identity as a human for some reason...
They enjoyed the time they've spend together, without them knowing, they got closer, not being far from an actual couple as seen with how they interacted from paw shaking to tap on the shoulders to hugs. In a week, they finished their exploration and went back to Sylveon's home.
She was quite happy with the exploration, seeing all the beauty of the region together.
Sylveon: I can't thank you enough for all you did, it's truly a magical place despite all the dangers, I think my family won't believe what awaits everyone here! And I wouldn't be able to see those if not for you...
She approached slowly towards him, they could feel a bit hot and their heart racing when getting closer until suddenly, she gave him a gentle kiss on his cheeks that dropped his heartbeat, red all over his face and the yellow parts of his body brightens a bit more than usual...
Sylveon: Thank you... For everything...
Umbreon: I guess... This is goodbye? It's been a pleasure to help someone like you, and for once... Escorting wasn't that bad! You know how to handle yourself, most of the times! I just hope I get to see you sometimes soon...
Sylveon: Me too, this will be our promise! Stay safe alright...?
He nods his head and stayed until she got back to her house to pack her stuff, he then got back to his base... feeling, quite down.
He met up with Charizard in front of the base by coincidence and noticed the change in Umbreon's attitude.
Charizard: Hey, why the long face...? Is Sylveon, okay...?
Umbreon: She's fine... She's getting herself ready to leave back to her hometown...
Charizard understood why, he sat next to him, getting serious and forgetting his goofy side for the moment. He sighed while saying...
Charizard: Umbreon, be honest... What do you think of her? And don't let that one fact about you influence your feelings...
Umbreon was really wondering... How much does he like the Sylveon? he knew he couldn't think anything else than her these last few days... And to him, she looked gorgeous to him in every aspect of her...
Umbreon: I-I guess, I... Like her...? She's really nice... Mentally and well... Physically... I just can't stop thinking about her, and the fact that she'll leave to go somewhere far away from here... Makes me a bit... ill on the inside.
Charizard: Umbreon, you don't just like her. You LOVE her, trust me... I know! I advise you to go to her quickly and tell her everything before it's too late...
Umbreon: Everything? Even...?
Charizard: Yes, even that you were a human before! Just go quickly!
Umbreon stood up and raced to Sylveon's house, screaming her name and hoping she was still there... Unfortunately, the place was empty with her belongings gone too. He then shed tears as he let himself fall into the ground, sobbing as he shouted her name atop of his lung...
Umbreon: SYLVEON...!!!
He stood there, couldn't stop crying, he doesn't know how long he will have to wait before meeting her again... And the fact that he wasn't able to tell the whole story saddens him even more...
But just as all hope were lost, he heard a familiar voice approaching, Sylveon's! He got his smile back as he saw her again.
Sylveon: Umbreon... I... I heard you screaming my name... So I came back. Are you gonna miss me... that much...?
He got up to hug her really hard... Happy!
Umbreon: Oh Sylveon... I felt great pain when I thought I wouldn't be seeing you until a long time! I couldn't get to tell you something...
Sylveon sat down and listened while wiping Umbreon's tears...
Umbreon: You see, I wasn't born as a pokemon, I... became one! Before I was in the human world, as a human... And another thing...
He used his paws to grab one of her paws and caress it.
Umbreon: Sylveon... Despite having been a human... I... I developped feelings for you... You're perfect to me in everyway, your beauty and personnality, charmed me more than any pokemon who used ''attract'' on me... I love you Sylveon, I'm certain of that! But do you... Love me back, even if, I'm a human transformed into a pokemon...?
Sylveon used her other paw to put it on mine which was on top of her other one.
Sylveon: I had regrets when leaving too! I wasn't sure when I'd be able to come back... And surely I was gonna miss you so much... That's why I... I decided to not come back and stay here! And I already know what to tell to my parents...
Umbreon: Like, what...?
Sylveon smiled at him, getting a bit closer.
Sylveon: like... I found what to do of my life and rejoined... Your team! I know this will be tough job, but if it's to always be by your side then it's worth it! Because... I love you too... At first your were my hero for saving my life! But while we explored the region together, I... Got to know you! You're a pokemon with a good heart and you don't hesitate to do things if you want to...! As seen by, all the legendaries that work for you now, hehe... People think that Lucario is the greatest hero ... But to me, you're the greatest hero! You did things that no one dared or was able to do!
As she told this, the two approached there face so that they'll be close to, eventually, embrace each other...
Sylveon: Umbry... I love you with every inch of my heart and soul... I don't care if you used to be a human, you're a pokemon now! And as such, you have the same rights to love another as any other pokemon...
Umbreon: Sylvy... Come here...
Their kiss was as tender as it could possibly be... With their arms both behind the other's neck and head and their tongue completed each other. After that, he asks...
Umbreon: Hey so... Will this be your home...
Sylveon: No, this was rented for just my trip here... And beside, I would like to live at your home... that is... if it doesn't bother you!
Umbreon shook is head, all the while letting her rest on his chest. Her head just under his head.
Umbreon: Of course not! Actually, I was gonna give you the choice... But you read my mind I guess.
They laughed and stayed like that for a while and seeing as it was getting dark, they hurried back to Umbreon's team base and ate there.
There night at the team base was as romantic as it could possibly be! They ate their berries together with just one big bowl for the only purpose of playing together like children... After their meal finished, Umbreon invited her to his bed, their relationship were official now except for the rest of the town who aren't aware yet
They kissed and cuddled on the bed of hay without a care in the world if someone were looking at them from outside. They felt the need to show their love to each other. From caressing one's favorite part to be pet, to tickling each other. Those moments lasted for 30 minutes until they've had enough.
They now are waiting to fall asleep. During that, Sylveon asked...
Sylveon: Hey, um... I'm curious, if we ever decide to have children, how many would you like...?
Umbreon didn't know how to answer that personally, asking himself if they would be successful in raising even one! So he answered...
Umbreon: Well... As many as you'd like! Personally I'd be willing to have many offsprings! I'm just wondering if... We'd be able to even have one... I mean, what if the fact that I was once human forbids me from ever having one, as a pokemon...?
Sylveon cheered him up by caressing his worried face...?
Sylveon: I wouldn't worry about that, I mean, I can't tell the difference between you and another normal pokemon! There isn't anything about you that seems different from the rest...! It's like... Someone out there wiped everything ''human'' about you and offered this body to start a new life! Do you have any memory of your past life...?
He shook his head...
Umbreon: No... I mean, I used to remember my name when I first arrived! But a year later I... Kinda forgot about it because everyone started calling me by my pokemon name since I returned to this world 6 months ago after saving the world... So now, I call myself Umbreon!
He suddenly saw what Sylveon tried to tell him, shocked, he said...
Umbreon: H-Hey... You're right! I completely lost my memories of my past life as a human...! I'm like... 100% pokemon...!
She smiled as she climbed on his belly and rested on him, planning to sleep like this.
Sylveon: do you mind if... I sleep on you...? You're so comfortable...!
He blushes while smiling, grabbing her back like he was hugging her...
Umbreon: Not at all... You're very light to me and... It feels so warm around my body... Good night... Sylvy...

They fell asleep shortly after... That was a night they wouldn't forget anytime soon!
They woke up very late in the morning the next day, Umbreon and Sylveon had a hard time trying to get up because they were so comfortable together... But duty called! And Umbreon was the first to get up! Sylveon helped him get his red scarf back around his neck.
Umbreon: Come on, dear! We'll be able to be back on our bed tonight! For now, Charizard must be waiting for us!
Indeed he was, standing next to the billboard next to pelipper's office. He was kind of worried about him since yesterday.
Charizard: Hey, you're late partner! I was worried you...! Hey, it's Sylveon! You two managed to... See each other again...?
Umbreon: Well, I have two announcements to make, Char... First, Sylveon is our new team member, we're gonna be three now every day and in rare occasions, four! And second...
He grabs one of her paws and looked at her with a gentle smile which she does two...
Umbreon: We're officially... Together... She's my... Mate for life...
Charizard: Oh wow, congrats! I guess being human didn't impact your love life as a pokemon! I've got also one, announcement: Braixen and I... We'rewaiting for an egg... So... I'm gonna be a father!
Umbreon: Wow, congrats man! For a goofy charizard, I think you're gonna be a really cool father!
I will demand that you take a break from rescue missions after today though! Someone will need your support! Don't worry, we've got plenty of members who will be willing to take more missions and I won't be alone!
Charizard looked as if he was gonna cry from joy.
Charizard: R-Really...? Thank you so much... I'm the happiest charizard in the world!
Umbreon: Now, let's do some missions!
The rest of the day was mostly doing many rescue missions, the trio was really efficient, more since Sylveon arrived with her own abilities in mission... At dusk, Charizard went home to go to his mate Braixen who just layed the egg...
Meanwhile, Umbreon and Sylveon went back to the base and spends the night together the same way as last night... On their bed...
Life changed for Umbreon since the rescue mission for Sylveon... That new relationship caused him to rennovate the base to a bigger place, enough to live together along with their 8 future children. Umbreon had plans for their offsprings. He would present them with 7 different objects at a very young age that will influence their evolution and let them choose.
The first children who was born months after they first met, became a Flareon, then the second a Vaporeon, then a Jolteon. The fourth a Leafeon, the fifth a Glaceon. The sixth and seventh who were twins became Espeon and Umbreon and the eight is still an eevee... But... They think the eevee is in the right direction to become a Sylveon like the mother!
The two continued to love each other like when they spent their first night together... They didn't have any regrets... And Charizard along with Braixen had two children, one a male fennekin and a female charmander who had the personnalities of their parents: one a goofy pokemon full of spirit while the other was serious with their life but always does what's best...
