And, at 355 pounds (161 kilograms), some drastic changes have to be made for the sake of a healthier body. I'm not saying you have to be skinny to be healthy. But this body is most certainly NOT healthy, and some issues are related to its weight.\n\nMy body has always been on the larger size, but never to this extreme.
