This time she's already armed with her pistol in hand to save some time!\n-----\nWith the surge of new fighting games such as Marvel vs Capcom Infinite and Injustice 2, the urge of fighting games and pixel overwhelmed me and I found myself doing a new round of pixel art characters for a theoretical fighting game that uses the framework of Injustice 2’s combat system. I decided to even try my hand at a few of the Endless Skies characters as well, starting with Basta.\n\nIn order to make her play differently than Deadshot, Basta acts as an anti-rundown character counter, using her sniper and flechette to either slow or stop the forward momentum that rundown characters rely on in order to put them off their game. Her flechette is able to restand targets while her sniper rifle is able to launch her targets to start combos .\n\nBasta’s Character Trait is Bottom’s Up. Quickly mixing a drink, Basta can temporarily receive one of a four buffs:\n\n[b]-Jumpstart:[/b] Basta’s footspeed and attack speed increases, allowing her to go toe-to-toe and turning the tables on the rushdown characters\n[b]-Bloody Tears:[/b] Basta’s melee attacks now have a small damage over time effect as Basta scratches up her enemies, making them bleed\n[b]-Kaneda:[/b] Basta gains 25% more meter upon each hit, letting her combat Traits that drain super meter, but also letting her meter burn a bit faster than normal\n[b]-Frozen Skeaver:[/b] Despite being a mixture of what’s left in the bar mat, it’ll slowly restore a bit of Basta’s health\n\nWhile the selection is random, the cooldown for the trait is short enough for a player to try again to get what they want.",
