Renee felt her ears twitch as the sound of tiny footsteps rang out. Someone was running, someone even smaller than the rabbit woman as she turned her head towards the direction of it. She was taking a risk being at work so late, but whoever this other person was would be doing the same. Rows of shelves stacked with various products surrounded her and the dim lighting of the overhead lamps made seeing very far in the warehouse difficult. She stood from her desk and walked to the end of the nearest aisle. 'Hello?' She called out. The sound of footsteps stopped and another voice called out in reply. 'Renee? Is that you?' The footsteps started again, this time heading in her direction. 'Karson, that you?' Renee called again, now recognizing the voice and heading towards where the sound came from. As she reached the head of the next few aisles down, she saw the jerboa take a few steps towards her. His shirt was the dark blue of a sales rep at this retail chain, while hers was the high visibility orange of the dock workers. 'Renee, what are you doing here?' He asked. His clothes were a dishevelled mess and his pale brown fur looked just as bad. His frazzled black hair was matched by the tuft at the tip of his long tail. When he was a bit closer, she could see the concern on his green eyes. 'You know it's dangerous to be working this late!' 'That didn't stop you.' Renee retorted. 'I had paperwork to catch up on, why are you still here?' 'Oh... same.' Karson replied. 'I just lost track of time. How are you getting home?' 'I'm not.' Renee shrugged. 'Not now. I always bring an overnight bag with me in case this happens. I'm just gonna sleep in the upstairs office.' An idea formed in her mind as she spoke, and she could see almost the same thought behind the jerboa's eyes as she spoke. 'That's pretty clever.' Karson nodded. 'You've done this before?' 'Yes.' Renee nodded and smiled. 'Wanna join me?' 'I wouldn't be intruding on your plans to spend the night here?' Karson raised an eyebrow. 'Of course not.' Renee held out a hand. 'Come on, I'll give you a lift up.' 'Thanks.' Karson finally relaxed, his eyes finally blinking slowly as he let out a deep sigh and allowed his shoulders to slump. After another moment, he stepped up onto Renee's palm and crouched as she lifted him to her shoulder. 'Hold on.' Renee instructed as she reached the staircase that led to the upper mezzanine. With a few strong bounds she had cleared the stairs and was on the upper level that was built around the warehouse's perimeter. The built-up office in the nearest corner made the walkway narrow, but it posed no problem to someone of her size. The place had been designed for smaller felids originally and only minor renovations had to be implemented for people like her to add to the workforce. 'Whose office is this?' The mouse asked. 'Technically mine I guess.' Renee shrugged. 'Rohan has an office closer to the front desk but he spends a lot of time out here too. Logs into the network from this computer and keeps orders flowing in. I spend more time on the floor.' The office was small, even for a small cat, but that still left plenty of room for Renee. The desk was an L shaped setup pushed into the opposite corner as they stepped through the doorway with a basic computer setup and piles of paperwork strewn about. The rest of the office was bare except for a filing cabinet and a pedestal fan. The carpet didn't feel clean, but once she rolled out her sleeping bag it wouldn't matter. Renee's backpack was stashed in the corner beside the door. As she clicked the door shut behind her, she lifted a hand up to her shoulder and scooped Karson back onto her palm again. 'I'm gonna sit you on the desk until I'm set up. You might need to sleep close to me though, it can get cold up here overnight.' 'Sure.' Karson nodded, stepping off her palm and sitting down on the edge of the desk. He watched as the rabbit unfurled a sleeping bag, opened it up completely and laid down another blanket on the inside. When this was done, she carefully folded it back over so it held its shape. When this was ready, she loosened her belt and let her pants drop before also removing her shirt, leaving herself standing in only her bra and underwear. Seeing the jerboa's surprised look, she grinned and shook her head slightly. 'Fewer clothes will make the sleeping bag warm up faster. You're not shy, are you?' 'Of course not.' Karson replied, despite the visible blushing on his cheeks as Renee's figure was made apparent before him. 'I mean, we're both adults. Nothing at all to be ashamed of. Buuuut at the same time I think I might keep my clothes on. I don't think I'll manage the same amount of body heat as you.' 'Suit yourself.' Renee shrugged. 'I'll have warmth to spare if you need it.' She punctuated her point but laying herself down slowly on the bed she'd made and wrapping the cover over herself. She stared at him with a coy smile, watching as the small man slowly began to realize how cold it was going to get. '...Alright.' He said. 'I'll... take off my shirt.' Renee's mind raced with the ramifications of what she found herself considering. The last time she had felt like this, she hadn't been able to rest until she'd satisfied the curiosity. She'd never been able to understand why she felt like this growing up, but her encounter with the cheetah named Firros had helped her to understand what she was going through. Or at least what she thought she was going through. She still wasn't entirely sure. She only knew that it was something she had wanted to try again. Karson had fallen asleep just below the top line of her sleeping bag, taking full advantage of the warmth her body heat provided. He had made a point to lie down facing away from her, not wanting to leave himself facing her relatively gigantic breasts even though she had left her bra on for now. She could... eat him. If anything, he was slightly smaller than the mouse woman that she had swallowed last time. It would be easier, maybe even more satisfying than the last rodent. She had struggled to get the smaller woman down her throat, the rodent's thrashing body had almost made it painful as she slid down Renee's gullet. But Karson? He was smaller than that, and she knew very well that he wasn't strong, even for his own kind. He worked in sales, the most effort he ever expended was pushing buttons on a touch screen. Her breathing had begun to waver as her mind raced with thoughts of consuming someone once again. She wondered if Firros or any other carnivores went through this kind of anticipation when they marked their prey. The idea was enthralling. She'd been born a rabbit, a harmless smaller creature that most simply considered a harmless herbivore. Nature had decided that her role was to pitter through life until some carnivore decided to make a meal of her, but she wasn't having that. She could choose to take live prey, just like any felid. Her hands shook as she carefully took out her phone. She sent a text message to Firros through shaky fingers, hoping the light of her device wouldn't wake the smaller man up. Hey big cat, how are you doing? She asked. It took a few moments for him to reply. About to go out and hunt. Hope you're not on the streets, little bunny. She sighed to herself. Even Firros still just thought of her as some little bunny. Being as careful as she was before, she snapped a pic of Karson's sleeping form and then sent that with a reply to the cheetah, hoping to dissuade him of the stereotype. I'm about to eat this guy. Not just some little bunny anymore, kitty. She focused her attention back on the still sleeping jerboa with even more determination. Before in her mind there may have been some vestige of regret, some pang of guilt for the potential friends and family she knew nothing about, those he called loved ones that would never see this man again. But the cheetah's implied condescension had destroyed any lingering empathy under the weight of her determination to prove herself more than mere prey. She turned the light on the back of her phone onto one of its brighter settings and propped it onto the wall beside her. Noticing Karson begin to stir under the bright light, she sighed and sat up, resting a hand heavily on top of him. 'Ow, Renee? What are you doing?' He protested, trying to push up against her hand to no avail. 'Karson...' Renee said quietly. 'Have you... have you ever wished you could be something other than what you are?' 'You mean like... an accountant?' Karson grunted. 'No.' Renee shook her head, shifting herself to her hands and knees and leaning down close to where the small rodent was pinned beneath her palm. 'I mean more like... a cat.' 'That's crazy!' Karson retorted. 'W-why in the world would you ever want to be a cat?!' 'Well?' Renee began, sitting back up and lifting the jerboa to keep him close to her face. 'For one thing, it would probably be easier to get around at night. And for another, I'm sure tiny rodents like you would taste much sweeter.' 'What the hell are you-?!' Karson's bewildered protests were cut short as the rabbit lifted him to her mouth. His confusion turned to terror as her lips parted and her tongue ran over his form slowly. Now half coated in a layer of saliva, he had no further doubts as to Renee's intentions. 'I feel like a carnivore born in the wrong body.' Renee told him. 'But I realized I can do something about that. Unlike someone in your position, I have the ability to choose. And in this instance, I've decided I'm going to eat you.' 'No, no!' Karson squirmed. 'You can't do this, w-we're practically the same kind! How would you feel if you were caught by some cat that wanted to eat you?!' 'Been there.' Renee grinned. 'Now we're... friends.' She pressed her lips to his chest and smiled, parting them once more for another slow lick despite Karson's feeble attempts to push her away. When this one was completed, she lifted him higher. With one more glance into the jerboa's terrified eyes, she opened her mouth and lowered him headfirst inside. Karson was beyond mortified at this point, being reduced to a piece of food by a rabbit was almost as low a point as anyone could reach. He had lived his whole life knowing it may one day end in a carnivore's stomach, but Renee? The sight of her open mouth surrounding him made the reality of the situation clear as day. He'd glimpsed views of felids' open maws now and then, and those had been scary enough. Customers, other co-workers, sometimes they'd laugh or speak excitedly and not realize how much they were opening their mouths for others to see. He'd read somewhere it was simply a trait of most of their kinds, with the structure of their jaws being naturally suited to the open position when preparing to pounce and clamp down on their unsuspecting prey. Renee's mouth by contrast seemed like it wasn't designed for this. Her jaw was narrower, bringing each row of molars closer together and giving him little room on either side to try and prop his limbs. The curvature and shape of her throat was every bit as terrifying as he remembered from every cat however, and he felt the ridges along the roof of her mouth against his bare back as he tried to push away. Only his feet and the latter half of his long tail were still outside her mouth at this point and he twitched suddenly as he felt her buck teeth pinch his left leg. She hadn't meant to bite but it still served to emphasize how hopeless his situation had become. As well as this, every few seconds brought a new wave of wet, stale and unbelievably hot breath that stung his eyes and made him want to pinch his nose shut. Despite this he didn't dare try to lessen his efforts to keep both of his hands pressed into the inside of her gums, hoping she'd eventually give up trying to get him down and let him go. He wasn't sure how long he kept up the struggle, but each buck of her powerful tongue managed to pull him a little closer to the flexing doom of her throat. Every movement she made was to pull him backwards, and each time she tried the bones in his arms were pushed to the brink of snapping under the strain. He wouldn't be able to do this for much longer. Finally, she seemed to relent. He could feel her tilt her head slightly to one side as her lips curved around his ankles. The light from outside moved around and a small click effect sounded, making him realize through her next pungent breath that she was taking a photo of herself with his tail and feet still protruding from her mouth. 'W-wha-?' Before he could protest this added humiliation, she had resumed the task of attempting to wear him down to the point that she could swallow him with little or no resistance. Her tongue pulled him towards her throat, only for him to put all his effort into pushing himself backwards. It was all a game to her at this point, and there was nothing he could do to win... Renee smiled to herself as the jerboa's struggles gradually got weaker. She sent her snapshot to Firros, a closeup of her own lips with Karson's drool-soaked feet and tail wiggling between them. She wondered if he had caught anything in his own hunt yet. A few moments later her question was answered as he sent his reply. It was a snapshot of the cheetah's own mouth, opened just wide enough to show her the unfortunate victim he was in the process of consuming. His prey was a rabbit girl, only her pale grey furred face was visible between the slick folds of his throat. She was literally one gulp away from being gone, most of her was already on its way down the large cat's gullet. Renee's heart raced a little at the sight. Was it adrenaline? Was the sight of one of her own kind suffering such a fate causing her to feel unease about what she was doing? Or was it just another kind of exciting? She had seen Firros eat one of her friends the same night she had met him, and if she was honest with herself she was still struggling to come to terms with how she felt about it. Firros made it clear that he liked Renee, but also that she'd be a fool to push her luck. A fresh bout of squirming brought her attention back to Karson. She responded in kind, putting even more effort into trying to swallow the jerboa before he'd gotten too far. She heard his pitiful cry of despair at the same time she felt his arms finally give out. This was her moment. She pressed him to the roof of her mouth firmly with her tongue and tilted her head back. With her lips pursed to help draw his legs inside, she gulped once, sending his body halfway into her gullet. His cries became more frantic as she swallowed again. His tail flicked about wildly, the last part of him still outside her lips for a few moments before it too was pulled inside and slid across her tongue to follow the doomed rodent down the rabbit's throat. 'Oh...' She sighed ecstatically, feeling every last inch of his journey to her stomach. His feeble struggles from her belly were like a faint tickling sensation from within her. But more than that, the knowledge that she had another individual inside her doomed to be digested and processed by her body, was source of unrivalled arousal. She didn't want to make a mess of the office floor, so she resolved to use her old shirt and simply try to dispose of it before morning. Splaying herself out on the floor, she slipped her right hand into her panties while her left rested on her belly. She could still feel his attempts to defy this situation, to fight back against his perceived wrongful fate and maybe even try to make her regret this decision. He was frantic, expending energy rapidly in his vain efforts to hurt her. As her fingers slipped into the burning flesh of her womanhood, she only hoped she could last as long as Karson would... Karson felt tears well in his eyes and get lost against the warm slick walls of Renee's gullet. All his attempts to delay her bizarre obsession had failed, what limited efforts he could make. The musculature of the rabbit woman's throat was unforgiving and he was sure that at least one of his ribs had cracked under the pressure of her repeated swallows. Scant seconds later, he was squeezed into the rank and humid digestive sac that was her stomach. He landed in a pool of something not wholly liquid but certainly no longer solid and scrambled to get on his hands and knees. There was no room to get any higher than that, the stomach enclosing him on almost every side. The pitch black and his disorienting landing had even made it impossible to tell which direction he had come from. He tried to reach out, to push back the merciless churning surroundings and find the way out. Each breath was burning, stinking agony, and each movement was stifled by the utter lack of anywhere to grip or balance against. Every pulse of her heart boomed around him and caused the stomach walls to flex and occasionally clench tighter against his already fatigued body. This organ had been built by evolution to process vegetables, not meat, but it was unable to discriminate against what its owner deemed food. Karson was as good as any leek or cabbage leaf now, and would be dissolved and absorbed just as thoroughly. The slimy walls shifted suddenly, and he felt gravity shift. She was changing her position, and the disgusting soup around his hands and legs was rolling up beside him. Too late he realized what was happening and he was unable to stop himself from slipping onto his side and into the caustic fluid. More motions followed, steady and rhythmic. Not unlike her pulse, but separate at the same time. He heard her breathing also become more rapid, with an occasional pant or moan escaping her lips from somewhere above. With a moment of sickening clarity, he realized exactly what she was doing... 'Ahh...!' Renee panted as she reached her climax. The frenzied movements from inside her stomach had reached their peak in the moments before following a small burp, and she had let her enjoyment peak with the realization that she had just robbed the jerboa of his already finite air supply. Her phone received another message as she allowed her limbs to relax. After a few moments, she reached across with her still clean left hand and checked the message on her phone. It was a message from Firros. How did you go? She grinned to herself as she formulated her response. Holding the phone as high above her prone form as she could, she unclipped and tossed her bra to one side, then pushed her panties down to her ankles. Setting her forward camera, she made sure all of her assets were in frame, then grinned and opened her mouth wide before snapping the pic. She sent it to him with the reply. All gone, and all done. Before giggling to herself and setting the phone drop to the sleeping bag beside her head. One more reply came through. She simply glanced at the screen this time, seeing the entirety of the message in the small preview window. Gorgeous. Renee smiled and turned off her phone's screen and light. With one last yawn before she rolled onto her side, she smiled and let her eyes drift closed. It was time for this bunny to let her gorgeous belly get on with its work...
