"description": "progress\nhttps://inkbunny.net/s/3319952\nhttps://inkbunny.net/s/3320962\nhttps://inkbunny.net/s/3321949\n\nI'm really glad I did those doodles before finalizing anything because I found some glaring issues I had with the previous iteration that I would have most certainly agonized over and then procrastinated drawing this character afterwards until several months later deciding to rework the design (like I've done so many times already).\n\nI went with a more clearly \"hi-tech\" look with the fancy circuitry on the underside of the hair(?) and the more digital cranial eye, and making the ears detached and floaty. The ears I'm less sure on, and I'm considering losing the \"eye\" aspect of them and making them more like insect antenna (maybe feather-like moth antenna?), since my original idea for Nyru's species (pre-cyberization) was for them to actually be arthropods that just happened to be canine/feline-shaped.\n\nAnother idea that I'm skeptical of (because of how much work it might add) is to make Nyru's belly a digital screen, sort of like his eye is.\n\"what's the point of that?\" you might be thinking, and my answer is this;\n\nYou know that transparent silhouette (usually a white one) used to show the dick's shape/size when it's inside someone in some artworks?\nwhat if, that silhouette was lights on said belly screen? as in, when dick goes in butt, silhouette of dick shows up on his belly. almost like their dick is the thing that's glowing.\nbasically transparent belly for lazy people (which is me, I am that, that is what I am)\n\nI do have some issues with it though.\nnotably, it conflicts the belly-nipples. since the glow-silhouette and the nipples will be the same color, I believe they will conflict unless I make them separate sections.\nwith the anthro version it's not really an issue, because they're off to the side (which I'm only able to do because of the wideness of humanoid torsos). with the feral version they overlap unavoidably.\n\nA rule I've stuck to with Nyru is that he cannot add or remove bodily features between his forms; only move them around or change their shape.
