Here's Loimu, [FA]Loimu[/FA] 's lovely deer character. Something about her style of drawing deer really appealed to me and I got inspired to try to do something similarly graceful and cute. It was fun to try an entirely new species and I am pretty happy how it turned out, considering I've never drawn or practiced cervine body type before. It does have some artistic liberties, such as deer mouth not going that far back, but for what ever reason I couldn't create the expression I wanted without it (possibly due to me used to drawing beaks) so it's like it is for that reason.\n\nI'm certainly working on more bird stuff, but there'll be more varied species in the future as well.
