  "description": "You've come a long way baby !!\n\nSo anyhoo - back on 8/31/2006 I posted a few collages (as we see here)  \n#1 - #4, showing a little of how I have progressed with my work over the years. \n(up until that point).\n\nYep, when I started out I sucked, big time *LOL.  \nBut through hard work, practice and effort - - - -    I still suck!  \nJust kidding :p  I have enjoyed working and improving myself\nover the years - and its been fun. \n\nSo, up til 2006 (when I made these first 4) there was (IMHO) a \ndemarkation where I feel my work turned a corner and I started doing \nmuch better, more competent work overall. \n\nThings would change again in early 2009 when I made the hard decision \nto abandon doing color for commission work with traditional media, \nscanners had been the bain of my existence, ruining every marker, paint\nand color pencil work I ever did as of that time and I had to change. \n\nA change for the better.This was my second turning point and you'll see it \nwhen I update this submission with stuff from 2007 - 2012 in (2) more \nthree year collages to come to 2012.\n\nMoving on from 2009 has been different, everything is still 100% hand drawn \nand I doubt I will ever change that - but now things like digital color, \ndigital sketches  - still doing Watercolors for Sketches have evolved \nmy work to the sort of thing you see me posting today. \n\nAnd there is still so much more to improve on !!\n\nThanks to all those who have watched (for years) \nand those who keep an eye on me here on IB,\nold friends and new, who have shared my journey.\n\n\nThanks for your support.\n\n- Fennec T.F.
