Sydney recommends talking to Nimda, they set up the whole channel. Erol is stuck in this alternate world and is traumatised. NOTE 1: “I-I… I.. I I’m sorry, I just put these things on and let them run and I had no idea it’d… d-do what it did, and I-I just left it, and then it did that to you… it… I d-…” Erol’s bottom lip quivered, and his eyes tightened. His helpless face struck Sydney through the heart and forced her to drop to her knees in defeat, desperately attempting to explain herself, console Erol, and console herself all at once. “No-one’s ever chosen… I just ... I d… I don’t – it was so horrible… Erol’s stare stretched long into the now safe, empty void, where Sydney’s words faded into nothing. The pure whiteness held him in place, but the shadows of that dark alley made him feel more constricted still. [Allude to Sydney having a scar] Erol talks to Nimda who treats Erol like ‘a child’ and tells him to hurry on scene for the episode. Erol is reluctant to pleasure himself while Nimda does the episode but he starts to wants to do it more and asks questions. Erol wants to learn more but the channel is going off air soon and is forcibly ‘kicked out’. He wants the mascots to tell him who they are and how this is possible. The mascots are reluctant and try to play it off. He asks Sydney what’s going on. And she gives a brief answer. Erol pesters her about the 1H 84 in her name and she fights back tears trying to figure out how to lie about it. They eventually tell Erol about their past, but skips out on the AI part. During Nimda’s episode, Nimda confronts Erol about making Sydney cry. It ends in Nimda telling Erol why the channel was made with Sydney and Kabbu explaining their history to Erol. They tell him about the sacrifice they made and how engagement hasn’t been as high as they want and how kids are still making mistakes and not getting their message. They regret leaving their family behind for this. Erol tells them what the program is like from a kid’s point of view and they take on the information. They agree to meet next time and the channel goes off air. The mascots are scared at the rough reception one of their earlier episodes received. They go through their episodes with the new changes added, and the reception is great. Erol asks about the rough reception and Erol says it was a simple misunderstanding about how to interpret enjoyment. They are pleased to see how the kids are taking the episodes, and Erol is enthused to learn more about sexuality and watches the channel regularly.
