Since the PalComix Forum is no more, I'm putting it here.", "writing": "Chapter 58: A Girl’s Shot in the Arm.\n\nFernando walks out of the room and down the short hall of examination room offices, stopping at the entrance to the waiting area.\n\nHe points them out, “Rachel, Jorge. You two are next, together.” They both look at him. “Dr. Leary wants you two together to give you your shots and make it quick.”, he tells them.\n\nRachel gets up off her seat and walks past Fernando. Jorgina-Daisy needs more persuasion. Dr. Leary walks to the reception area, asking for the vials of vaccinations, to which the receptionist gives her another key and points to another room. Inside was a set of locked refrigerators. She pulls out a small handled wired basket and starts filling them with small vials of assorted vaccines and puts them inside a cooler, and takes a note pad from each vaccine drawer to fill out as each injection is given.\n\nShe stops in the waiting room area, counting out each girl that was there plus two more for Jorgina-Daisy and Rachel, then counts the vaccine vials and nods. She gives back the keys to the receptionist and turns to Jorgina-Daisy.\n\n“Lets go Jorge. The faster we do this, the faster we all go home.”, Dr. Leary tells her.\n\nNot wanting too, Jorge slowly gets off his/her chair and follows Dr. Leary into her office. Fernando goes to the first empty seat by the door, a couple of seats away from the other girls.\n\nMary gets up from her seat on the far end of the row of chairs and slowly walks to Fernando’s end of the row. They all look at her, finding her pointing to the empty seat Mary was in. Rachel R., Grace and Wandaline all let go of Mary’s tail, followed by Mary going back to her seat.\n\nIn Dr. Leary’s office Jorgina-Daisy and Rachel sit on the examination table as Dr. Leary leans against her desk looking at them. She shakes her head, mainly at Jorge.\n\n“You think that being a girl is punishment?”, Dr. Leary tells her, “It is that kind of thinking that keeps us women under the feet of tyranny of men. There is nothing wrong with being female, you better understand that. In learning that it is the only way you are going to be turned back into a boy. A boy that respects girls.”\n\n“There is nothing right in being a girl.”, Jorgina-Daisy complains.\n\nDr. Leary takes a quick look at their paperwork and prepares two syringes for them. Walking to Rachel, she takes her by the arm and injects with it. Rachel wanted to yell in pain but doesn’t.\n\n“See... She did not complain. She as a girl is stronger than you would ever be as a boy.”, Dr. Leary tells her, showing the empty syringe. “Now your turn.”\n\nJorgina-Daisy pulls up on her short left polo shirt sleeve with her right hand, then lifts up his/her upper arm, leaving the forearm pointing down. Dr. Leary takes the arm by the inside of the elbow. It was a long five seconds before she pulls out the syringe and pressing hard on an alcohol pad where the injection went to. Jorgina-Daisy bites her lower lip to divert the pain but tears still roll out of her eyes and down her cheeks. Perhaps Dr. Leary realizes that she was overdoing it, or that her feelings against Jorge was misplaced, but she slowly eases on the girl. “Look. I’m sorry. She turns it on as she walks to the examination table.\n\n“Jorge, could you sit down by the desk. I need Rachel to lay down while I examine her insides.”, Dr. Leary tells her. Jorgina-Daisy does as she was requested.\n\n“Yes?”, Dr. Leary asks as Jorgina-Daisy walks out the door.\n\n“About what you found...”, Rachel beings to say.\n\n“We may need to do more tests in the future.”, Dr. Leary tells her, “It may mean whether or not you can have children when you get older because things may have been made weak down there.”\n\n“Well, you could get my records from New York Hospital about that. They say that I can.”, Rachel begins, “But what I’m really here for another reason.”\n\n“Oh? Its not about Fernando and what happened to him?”, Dr. Leary asks.\n\n“No, well sorta.”, Rachel begins as she walks to Dr. Leary’s desk. She fans out the other patient envelopes and grabs two from the pile where she takes them and puts them examination table. “These two: Mary and Tonya.”\n\n“What about them?”, Dr. Leary asks.\n\n“They were gang bitches.”, Rachel answers.\n\n“What are you trying to get at?”, Dr, Leary asks.\n\n“They were in the gang in New York and were order to have sex with all the gang members on a daily basis. As they walk in, she points to the examination table and tells them, “Take off your outer clothes.”\n\nDr. Leary closes the door as they both climbed up and sat on the examination table and stripped down to their underwear. Dr. Leary then walks to her table, opening the two folders with their names on it, and skims over the paper work inside before turning to them. She looks at Mary.\n\n“You must be Mary.”, Dr. Leary says to her.\n\n“How would you know?”, Mary almost demands.\n\n“According to your medical folder, you are the older, larger, and more mature of the two of you.”, Dr. Leary tells her. Taking out a pen, she draws a table of blank data on a piece of paper on the clipboard.\n\nTaking a pair of plastic bags, she tears one open and pulls out a swab from it and aims it under Mary’s mouth. “Open your mouth and put that under your tongue.”, Dr. Leary tells her sternly. She complies without saying a complaint. Tonya was next, though it was stated in a friendlier tone.\n\nThen Dr. Leary gives them a warning, “While you two are sucking on those little sticks, I’m going to take some blood out and give you our shots. Its going to hurt so be brave and don’t complain.” She looks at the both of them for a response, getting a slight nod from the both of them. \n\nTaking a syringe and a couple of rubber capped test tubes, she puts on sticky labels on the test tubes, writing on them. Wrapping an elastic band around Mary’s upper arm, an empty hypodermic blood extraction unit goes into her arm at the elbow joint and a vacuum sealed test tube goes into the unit and gets filled with blood from the tapped vein. The test tube is removed and another replaces it, getting filled as well. The label on the test tube gets written on with Mary’s patient information. This gets repeated for one more time for a total of three test tubes. A gauze bandage is placed on the needle’s entry point at the arm, and the hypodermic gets slowly removed. The elastic band is also removed as a band aid it put into place on top of the gauze. This is followed by 2 vaccine injections by the shoulder on her upper arm. The same is done to Tonya in about the same amount of time.\n\nThe swabs are taken out of their mouths and looked at for a moment before being sealed in a test tube by itself. Notes are written down n the clipboard from the results found. The rest of the exam checks for temperature, heart and pulse rate, muscle tone and reflexes, everything noted down. They think it ends their examination.\n\n“Alright girls, get dressed.”, Dr. Leary tells them as she starts to put away the test tubes and test results. Putting the box on her desk, Mary and Tonya hop off the examination table.\n\nDr. Leary looks at them, “We’re not done yet.”\n\n“What do you mean, not done yet?”, Mary asks.\n\n“Sit up on the table.”, Dr. Leary tells her. They comply though unsure why.\n\n“What is left?”, Mary asks.\n\n“What I need to say you two need to take to heart as it effects your lives.”, Dr. Leary begins, “Because of your sexual activity with multiple partners of known status, I gave you both a SIV test. This test is to see if you are infected, and if infected, to treat you according with medications. But that means you two are to be sexually inactive for a period of 12 weeks. It is during this 12 weeks that you can register clean on the first test and infected on the second test. Any questions?”\n\n“Why?”, Mary asks.\n\n“We discussed of your sexual activity and partners. That is why the test of being done.”, Dr. Leary answers.\n\n“I knew I was being set up.”, Mary complains.\n\n“You are not being set up. The elastic band wrapped above the elbow as the last needle went to draw out blood, and then a swab was put into her mouth like her sister before.\n\nDr. Leary goes back to Cathy, taking out the swab from her mouth, looking at it for a second, writing notes and then puts it into and sealing it in a test tube by itself. She then takes the second swab from Katherine, looks at it, writes more notes and then puts the swab in a test tube by itself and seals it. It is followed with the standard check for temperature, heart and pulse rate, muscle tone and reflexes for the both of them, with everything noted down.\n\n“You two can put on your clothes, we’re done for now.”, Dr. Leary begins to tell them, “If you are not feeling well by Wednesday, if you got a fever by then, call me. Its probably from the vaccines.”, Dr. Leary answers, handing her a pair of business cards. Fernando walks out of the room and down the short hall of examination room offices, stopping at the entrance to the waiting area.

He points them out, “Rachel,  Jorge. You two are next, together.” They both look at him. “Dr. Leary wants you two together to give you your shots and make it quick.”, he tells them.

Rachel gets up off her seat and walks past Fernando. Jorgina-Daisy needs more persuasion. Dr. Leary walks to the reception area, asking for the vials of vaccinations, to which the receptionist  gives her another key and points to another room. Inside was a set of locked refrigerators. She pulls out a small handled wired basket and starts filling them with small vials of assorted vaccines and puts them inside a cooler, and takes a note pad from each vaccine  drawer to fill out as each injection is given.

She stops in the waiting room area, counting out each girl that was there plus two more for Jorgina-Daisy and Rachel, then counts the vaccine vials and nods. She gives back the keys to the receptionist and turns to Jorgina-Daisy.

“Lets go Jorge. The faster we do this, the faster we all go home.”, Dr. Leary tells her.

“Well, you could get my records from New York Hospital about that. They say that I can.”, Rachel begins, “But what I’m really here for another reason.”

“Oh? Its not about Fernando and what happened to him?”, Dr. Leary asks.

“No, well sorta.”, Rachel begins as she walks to Dr. Leary’s desk. She fans out the other patient envelopes and grabs two from the pile where she takes them and puts them examination table. “These two: Mary and Tonya.”

“What about them?”, Dr. Leary asks.

“They were gang bitches.”, Rachel answers.

“What are you trying to get at?”, Dr, Leary asks.

“They were in the gang in New York and were order to have sex with all the gang members on a daily basis. I don’t what them in that regard with Fernando, they might give SAIDS or something else, and give it to us.”, Rachel tells her, “So give them a SIV Test, one now and one 12 weeks from now, and ordering sexual abstinence until the results of the second test.”

“What if they test negative on the first test?”, Dr, Leary asks, “Who Fernando sticks his dick into I can not control. Maybe you can as his loving little sister. All I can do is tell them no sex with anyone until the second test. Even then, who they have sex with is their business.”

“Isn’t there a law here that they can be arrested for spreading SIVs?”, Rachel asks, “I know there is in New York.”

“Look, Pouncefield is not New York. But I can tell them not to have sex for the 12 weeks of the tests, and a while maybe beyond that. But who they have sex with, where and when is their business. I can not tell them when or when not too or for whom they drop their panties and spread their legs to.”, Dr. Leary explains, “Go sit down with Fernando. I’ll see what I can do here.”

Rachel nods slightly before leaving the room. After a couple of seconds of her leaving, Dr. Leary puts the folders on the desk and then changes the paper liner on the examination table. She steps out into the room and walks into the medical supply closet to get a couple of supplies in the form of various blood tests. Going back to her room, she puts the assorted medical test kits on her desk before getting a pair of rubber gloves and stepping out into the waiting room as she puts on the gloves.

Looking at the line of girls sitting on the wall, she calls out, “Mary and Tonya.” The two girls look at each other as the other girls turns to look at them.  “Come now, we don’t have all day.”, Dr. Leary tells them.

Mary and Tonya gets up and walks to where Dr. Leary was. Dr. Leary walks into her office and stand in the middle of the room. As they walk in, she points to the examination table and tells them, “Take off your outer clothes.”

Dr. Leary closes the door as they both climbed up and sat on the examination table and stripped down to their underwear. Dr. Leary then walks to her table, opening the two folders with their names on it, and skims over the paper work inside before turning to them. She looks at Mary.

“You must be Mary.”, Dr. Leary says to her.

“How would you know?”, Mary almost demands.

“According to your medical folder, you are the older, larger, and more mature of the two of you.”, Dr. Leary tells her. Now, if you don’t mind, tell me how you two are related.”

The both look at each other. Tonya nods at Mary, trying not to say a word.

“Come now. We can do this now or I can get a DNA test from the blood I will be taking from you both.”, Dr. Leary tells them, more at Mary.

“She’s my sister.”, Mary lets out.

“She does not look like you.”, Dr. Leary replies.

“She’s my sister, but from a different mother.”, Mary explains.

“So your father was cheating on your mother with another woman and had her. Well now. It happens. More importantly, why are you two together? Most cases like this the siblings remain separate and unaware of the others.”, Dr. Leary asks.

“My mother was killed in a car accident two years ago...”, Tonya partially answers.

“And your father took you into his other family. I can understand that. And how are you two handling it?”, Dr. Leary asks.

“What’s with the questions?”, Mary gets defensive on her.

“I deal with both your physical heath and your mental health. Something like this is a big change. How you handle this change depends on how your mental health status.”, Dr. Leary tells her sternly, “Now answer the question.”

“Well, it was difficult. Being the only child I did not had to share with anyone. But when she come into the family, things changed and eventually I dealt with it.”, Mary tells her.

“And you?”, Dr. Leary asks Tonya.

“It was a bad time for me. My mom killed in a car accident. I did not know where I was going to go and everyone told me it was either to be foster care or an orphanage.  I was scared but then dad took me to another home and things became less scary. I learned I had an older sister, though she was mean to me in the beginning we eventually learned how to be sisters.”, Tonya explains.

“Now, what is this about being gang members?”, Dr. Leary asks.

“We were never in a gang.”, Mary shoots off immediately.

“According to your permanent records, you were.  So what was your involvement  in the gang.”, Dr. Leary tells her.

“Somebody is lying! That is not on our records!”, Mary lets out.

“And how would you know that?”, Dr. Leary throws at her.

“We were never arrested.”, Mary answers.

“Never arrested, even though you were in the gang?”, Dr. Leary throws at her some more.

“Yes!”, Mary says, then realizes what she had admitted too. She decides it was better to remain quiet than to add to what she just said.

“Look. I’m not here to arrest you or to put you in trouble. I’m a doctor, and I’m here to help but I cant help if I don’t know if you need help.”, Dr. Leary clams down her tone. “Now tell me if there is anything I should know about your involvement with the gang.”

Mary turns to Tonya who was nodding her head to say yes, but she shakes her head no. This lasts for a couple of seconds, before Tonya breaks away to face Dr. Leary.

“They used to fuck us everyday.”, Tonya lets out.

“Tonya!”, Mary lets out.

“Let her say what she has to say.”, Dr. Leary tells Mary, then she turns to Tonya, “What do you mean ‘fuck’?”

“Fuck – you know, have sex.”, Tonya tells her.

“And they. I guess it’s the gang, but with one of them, right?”, Dr. Leary asks for details.

“Depends on who was there, some times it was two or three, other times it was eight or more.”, Tonya explains.

“You had sex with eight gang members?!!”, Dr. Leary asks out loud.

“There were other girls, but yes, they all took turns with us.”, Tonya answers.

“And you were forced to do all this.”, Dr. Leary says more to herself but is heard.

“After a while is was better to let it happen and enjoy it.”, Tonya tells her.

“So how long was this going on with you?”, Dr. Leary asks.

“Almost as soon as I moved in with Mary. She told me that she had to go somewhere and I was insistent on going with her so she took me with her to this place and next thing I know she pulled down her panties was fucking two gang members and then somebody started touching me in places mommy told me not to allow anyone to touch me. Dr. Leary turns to Mary, “I hope you know you can go to jail for leading a little girl like your sister to be raped.”

“I told her not to go with me, and warned her about what I was going to do, but she said that she would do anything to be with me.”, Mary tells her, somewhere between anger and sadness.

“Is that true?”, Dr. Lear asks Tonya.

“She did warn me that she would be with boys doing things with them.”, Tonya answers.

“But you did not know it was sex, right?”, Dr. Leary asks,

“I know because she told me, but she also said that I was too young for this. But I asked her how long she has been doing this and she said since nine. So since I was eight going on nine, I told her that I was more than old enough and that I was going with her or else I would tell daddy.”, Tonya answers.

“Why?”, Dr. Leary says to herself but looking at Mary.

“Because they said they would kill me if I didn’t when I started. But I did not want Tonya involved but it happened, and they told us that they would kill the both of us if we didn’t have sex with them everyday.”, Mary answers.

“So, chances are since you were forced into this kind of life, you will not like sex.”, Dr. Leary says almost to herself.

“I like sex a lot, I mean when they make me cum and they cum in me and all that. It took a while for me to get used to it and begin to like it, but when I started to like it, its like I cant get enough of it. I just don’t like it when they tell me what to do.”, Tonya explains with half a smile. Dr. Leary looks at her in disbelief.

“These were with boys and teenagers in the gang?”, Dr. Leary asks.

“Mostly, but there were  couple of men too.”, Tonya answers.

“OK. Did they make you drink anything, smoke funny cigarette, or put needles in your arm?”, Dr. Leary asks.

“There were drugs being used but we did not take them. We had to be clean when we got home.”, Mary answers first.

“Then you don’t mind if I give you two a drug test on top of everything.”, Dr, Leary tells her.

“You can test us for anything. Except for the sex, we are clean.”, Mary tells her.

“We’ll see about that.”, Dr. Leary tells her as she gathers a few things and a clipboard off her desk. Except for the clipboard, she puts the assorted things between  the girls. Taking out a pen, she draws a table of blank data on a piece of paper on the clipboard.

Taking a pair of plastic bags, she tears one open and pulls out a swab from it and aims it under Mary’s mouth. “Open  your mouth and put that under your tongue.”, Dr. Leary tells her sternly. She complies without saying a complaint. Tonya was next, though it was stated in a friendlier tone.

Then Dr. Leary gives them a warning, “While you two are sucking on those little sticks, I’m going to take some blood out and give you our shots. Its going to hurt so be brave and don’t complain.” She looks at the both of them for a response, getting a slight nod from the both of them.

Taking a syringe and a couple of rubber capped test tubes, she puts on sticky labels on the test tubes, writing on them. Wrapping an elastic band around Mary’s upper arm,  an empty hypodermic blood extraction unit goes into her arm at the elbow joint and a vacuum sealed test tube goes into the unit and gets filled with blood from the tapped vein. The test tube is removed and another replaces it, getting filled as well. The label on the test tube gets written on with Mary’s patient information. This gets repeated for one more time for a total of three test tubes. A gauze bandage is placed on the needle’s entry point at the arm, and the hypodermic gets slowly removed. The elastic band is also removed as a band aid it put into place on top of the gauze. This is followed by 2 vaccine injections by the shoulder on her upper arm. The same is done to Tonya in about the same amount of time.

The swabs are taken out of their mouths and looked at for a moment before being sealed in a test tube by itself. Notes are written down n the clipboard from the results found. The rest of the exam checks for temperature, heart and pulse rate, muscle tone and reflexes, everything noted down. They think it ends their examination.

“Alright girls, get dressed.”, Dr. Leary tells them as she starts to put away the test tubes and test results. Putting the box on her desk, Mary and Tonya hop off the examination table.

Dr. Leary looks at them, “We’re not done yet.”

“What do you mean, not done yet?”, Mary asks.

“Sit up on the table.”, Dr. Leary tells her. They comply though unsure why.

“What is left?”, Mary asks.

“What I need to say you two need to take to heart as it effects your lives.”, Dr. Leary begins, “Because of your sexual activity with multiple partners of known status, I gave you both a SIV test. This test is to see if you are infected, and if infected, to treat you according with medications. But that means you two are to be sexually inactive for a period of 12 weeks. It is during this 12 weeks that you can register clean on the first test and infected on the second test. Any questions?”

“Why?”, Mary asks.

“We discussed of your sexual activity and partners. That is why the test of being done.”, Dr. Leary answers.

“I knew I was being set up.”, Mary complains.

“You are not being set up. But I’m going to let you know this, of the boys who were arrested, several of them tested positive for SIV, which in and of itself is amazing since several of them are mice and rats who can carry the virus but never show signs of infection because it does not infect them. But they can infect you.”, Dr. Leary tells her.

Mary remain silent for a while.

“Its for your protection that you remain sexually inactive during this time. If you test clean the next time, then you can return to having sex if you like.”, Dr. Leary explains.

“And if we’re infected?”, Tonya asks.

“At her age, treatment could cure Tonya since for some reason the infection can be reversed on children but not teenagers and adults. We just have to see how it turns out.”, Dr. Leary answers.

“What about sex and intimacy and stuff like that?”, Mary asks.

“If you are infected, as you know in sex education class, you need to use protection to keep from spreading the virus. Since Fernando can not use protection, he’s off limits for sexual activity.”, Dr. Leary tells her.

“What do you mean he cant use protection?”, Mary interrupts her.

“Fernando is allergic to Latex, which is what condoms are made from. And if you think you can use a female condom with him, its made from latex too. Unprotected sex would be the only option for him, and if you’re infected, its not going to happen. I will make him aware of the fact.”, Dr. Leary tells her.

Mary just sighs, Tonya was more confused than ever. “Anything else?”, Mary asks.

“I think that is it. If you are not feeling well because of the vaccine by Wednesday, if you got a fever by then, call me.”, Dr. Leary answers, handing her a pair of business cards. She then slides her seat back to her desk , finishing off a few notes on her clip board, “You two can leave now. Call the two red squirrels for me, they are next.”

Mary and Tonya look at each other for a moment before they hop off the examination table. They walk out the room leaving the door open.  In a couple of minutes Rachel R. and Francis enter the room.

“Alright you two, take off your outer layers and sit down on the examination table in our underwear.”, Dr. Leary tell them as she prepares a series of vaccine injections for the both of them. She puts the assorted vaccines on the side of the examination table, making sure Francis was able to see eight sets of syringes in the box. Dr. Leary does the typical examination on them, checking breathing, heart beat and strength, blood pressure, body temperature and checking of the glands. She writes her findings on the clip board she had prepared earlier when Mary and Tonya was there.

“Any sex exam?”, Rachel R. asks.

“Why?”, Dr. Leary asks.

“Rachel said that you used some probe to check her insides.”, Rachel R. answers.

“Oh, that.”, Dr. Leary replies. She turns to her desk ad takes the small pad with the connected probe and shows it to her, “It’s a portable Ultrasound unit. Not as accurate as its larger units but it gets the job done in looking at somebody’s insides.” She sees that Rachel R was looking at the probe itself. “It does not go inside you.”

“Then where does it go?”, Rachel R. asks.

“Look.”, Dr. Leary replies, turning on the unit. A light at the end of the bulbous part of the probe begins to spin. She reaches over and presses it lightly against the girl’s side and turns the screen on the pad to her, “That is bean shaped thing there is your kidney.”

She pulls away the probe and screen pad, turning it off.

“Then why did you did a sex check on Rachel?”, Rachel R. asks.

“It was not a sex check.”, Dr. Leary tries to explain, “Every time a girl gets raped, she has to be check if any damage was done to her inside. She might feel fine, but problems can happen if not then than later in life.”

“What kind of problems?”, Francis jumps in.

“Many problems. Your vagina, cervix and uterus could be ripped causing internal bleeding which you could think its your period when its not. Or the muscles and ligaments that supports your insides could be stretched or ripped, and your insides could sag and give you problems. Both require surgery to fix.”, Dr. Leary explains.

“And what about Rachel, how is she?”, Rachel R. asks.

“I’m not supposed to talk about other patients and their problems, but I’ll say that Rachel will be fine.”, Dr. Leary answers. A moment of silence later and she tells them, “Now for your shots. Looks like you’re missing quite a few so I’ll give them all to you two now.”

“But our last doctor said that because we’re Red Squirrels, we don’t need all the shots.”, Rachel R. replies.

“We’ll see about that. I’m a squirrel like you two. You need your shots or end up getting sick.”, Dr. Leary tells them but just in case she takes the iPad from desk and tries to access the hospital network, finding it turned off instead. “OK...”, she says to herself as she gets up and head to the PC terminal on her desk, putting the iPad down. Typing a set of access codes, she accesses the Sciuridae Medical Website. A search for ‘Red Squirrel + vaccines’ gave out several medical links about them. “Lets see...”, Dr. Leary says out loud to herself, “European Red Squirrel - Sciurus Vulgaris, you two don’t look like that.  North American Fox Squirrel - Sciurus Niger, you two are too big to be one of them, they’re all short squirrels. Here it is, American Red Squirrel - Tamiasciurus Hudsonicus. Hmmm... Nope. You two need your shots. All of them. Now if you both were a European Red Squirrel, you would not need two of those shots, but you’re not. Who ever told you that had to have confused you with a European Red Squirrel. Consider yourselves lucky that you did not get sick from these diseases these vaccines protect you from.”

They both look at her in disbelief, she turns the computer terminal around for them to see it. They get up off the examination table to walk to the monitor, seeing the images on it.

“You girls look like regular squirrels, only in red.”, Dr. Leary tells them. They still look like they had lost the championship game.  “Just get back on the examination table and we’ll make this quick and painless. You both need to be brave.”

They do as they are told, though slowly. Starting with Rachel R., Dr. Leary gives the four vaccines as quickly as possible. Though painful, she tries to play it off like it did not hurt at all. A bandaid on the vaccine site end the painful torment for her. Next to be followed was Francis who was neither brave or strong. The first vaccine for her was not as painful as the second vaccine injection which make her yell. After that the next two were just as painful as the second, making her tear as she bites hard on her lower lip to no avail. But it was over for her as the bandaid was put on her arm. The rest of the exam checks for temperature, heart and pulse rate, muscle tone and reflexes, everything noted down.

“You both can get dressed.”, Dr. Leary tells them.

They do so without  comment, but take their time getting dressed. Francis hops of the exam table first, looking back at her older sister.

“Wait for me outside. I need to ask her a few questions about my... cycle.”, Rachel R. tells her.

“Well, I... can... wait here.”, Francis replies nervously.

“No you cant. Now go outside and wait!”, Rachel R. almost yells at her.

Francis leaves the room with her head bowed down, closing the door behind her.

“I can see why she and Jorge hooked up the way they did.”, Dr. Leary says to herself.

“What do you mean by that...”, Rachel R. tells her.

“If you’re that mean to her, she is going to find somebody else who is going to give her some love, no matter what form that love is.”, Dr. Leary.

“Francis is going to do what she wants to do, not what she needs to be done. With her its not only my virginity I had to look out for, but hers too. She really thinks that she is grown up when she is not. She needs to act like the girl she is and not some stupid bitch.”, Rachel R. tells her.

“Well, if you were nicer to her, she would not be seeking what you are denying her.”, Dr. Leary replies, adding, “So what about your cycle?”

“Birth control. I was told to ask you about it.”, Rachel R. answers.

“Didn’t you say you were a virgin?”, Dr, Leary asks.

“Who I’m doing it with or not is not your concern. I was told to ask you about birth control options.”, Rachel R. answers.

“Well, I already told one of the girls to see me next week about birth control options. You can join her and any others after you in that appointment. Right now I’m not set up for giving out birth control, just giving you girls a physical exam and your shots.”,  Dr. Leary explains.

“Oh. I see. Next week then?”, Rachel R. says and then asks.

“Let see what happens. Right now nothing is set in stone as I did not see everyone, so you need to get together with the others and make an appointment with me.”, Dr. Leary explains.

“Alright, I’ll talk with the girls about it then.”, Rachel R. says.

“Today? I don’t see how. You guys got school orientation today which I will be taking you there next. And after that, I take you all home.”, Dr. Leary tells her.

“I’ll figure something out.”, Rachel R. says.

“Do that. And while you do, send in the twins.”, Dr, Leary tells her, holding back from pointing at the door.

“The twins?”, Rachel R. asks.

“Yes.”, Dr. Leary answers.

“Alright...”, Rachel R. says as she starts walking out the door. She notices that Francis was not there, thinking that she would be ease dropping them with her ear against the wall. Walking into waiting room, she finds her sister back in her seat.

Pointing at Cathy and Katherine, Rachel R. tells them, “You two are next.”

“Huh?”, they both say to her.

“What part of ‘you two are next’ do you not understand? Dr. Leary said you are next, so get in there or else.”, Rachel R. tells them as she walks to her seat.

“You don’t have to be mean about it.”, Katherine tells her.

Rachel R. diverts from going to her seat and to them both, pointing her finger at Katherine’s nose. “I got 4 shots in my arm. I’m pissed off and a lot of pain. So unless you want your ass kicked here and now, I’m advising you to go see the doctor because she is expecting you both together now. Not later. Not tomorrow. Now.”

“Rachel R. Sit down now.”, Fernando tells her from his end of the row of seats. She turns to look at him for a moment. “Now.”, he says, pointing to the empty seat that was hers next to Francis. She complies without saying a word. Then he points to Cathy and Katherine, “You two are next. Now go so we can leave this place quickly.”

“Why I never...”, Katherine says.

“Kathy, when he gets like this, its best to comply.”, Cathy tells her as she gets up while taking her wrist.

“I’m not going to have any boy treat me like that!”, Katherine gets up after her sister. But before she can say anything more, Cathy hauls her into the hallway that leads to Dr. Leary’s office as she saw Fernando getting up from his chair.

With a push into the office, Cathy tells her twin, “When Fernando gets like that, you do not challenge him! Don’t you remember  what happened at the funeral?”

“Well, what’s going on here?”, Dr. Leary says to them as she puts down a hypodermic syringe still in the bottle of vaccine.

“Oh, nothing.”, Cathy says as she pushes her sister to the examination table.

“Yeah, he passed out like a sissy.”, Katherine tells her other self.

“That’s it.”, Dr. Leary tells them as she gets up from her desk. She walks to the door and locks it, then points to the examination table. “Both of you, sit!”, she tells them.

Cathy complies, Katherine stands there with her arms crossed. Her and the doctor exchange looks.

“I’m the doctor, you’re the child. We can do this the easy way or the hard way.”, Dr. Leary tells her.

“You cant be saying that to me.”, Katherine replies.

“Katherine!”, Cathy says out loud, trying to reach for her twin sister’s arm. It is blocked by Dr. Leary, who steps between them.

“Let me tell you something, missy. Fernando passed out at the funeral because he has an artery in his brain that swells up to point of rupture and that swelling presses against his brain, causing him to pass out. If it were not for that, he would have kicked royal ass because I seem him do it elsewhere. Eight against one and he is the one wiping his hands after the fact. So unless you want this done the hard way, sit down, shut up and remain quiet!”, Dr. Leary tells her and points to the examination table.

Katherine drops her tail down, letting it hang curled up by her ankles. Cathy takes her by the upper arm and pulls her towards the examination table, making her sit up on it with her. After watching this, Dr. Leary walks back to her desk and continues finishing assembling the vaccines.  Soon she was taking the assorted materials to the girls. Putting them down on her seat, she stands and looks at the two girls.

“The both of you need to strip down to your underwear. Do so while I figure something out.”, Dr. Leary tells them before going back to her desk PC. She looks for a certain piece of data but not saying what it is. She glances over to the twins, seeing the cooperative one nearly undressed while the problem on was still taking off her blouse. Getting up from her seat, she takes the few steps to her two patients,  looking at them over. She looks at the undressed one, “Which one are you?”

“I’m Catherine, with a ‘C’.”, Cathy tells her.

“And you?”, Dr. Leary tells the other twin more than asks.

“I’m Katherine, with a ‘K’.”, Katherine tells her.

“I see.”, Dr. Leary replies, adding, “Which one of you is the girl friend?”

They both look at her like she was crazy, followed by they both asking in unison, “What do you mean by that?”

“Swell, you two can mind exchange.”, Dr, Leary tells them.

“To a limit”, Cathy says, followed by Katherine adding, “because we’re twins.”

“Now what back to the question. Which one of you is Fernando’s girlfriend?”, Dr. Leary says and then asks.

“We are.”, Katherine says at the same time Cathy says, “I am.”

“So which is it?”, Dr. Leary asks.

“We both are.”, Katherine answers, “We’re part of his little group, you know.”

“So which one is the one causing problems in the relationship, a relationship that is supposed to be stress free.”, Dr. Leary leans towards Katherine.

“Its not me...”, Katherine says nervously, then throws in, “and not her either.”

“Then who is it?”, Dr. Leary asks, but knowing the answer was somewhere in front of her.

“Its that other white squirrel!”, Katherine lets out.

“Wandaline?”, Cathy asks before Dr. Leary could.

“Yeah, her.”, Katherine answers.

“Maybe I should give the both of you a GYN-OGB Examination.”, Dr. Leary tells them, then she looks at Cathy, “Time for your shots.” She then take her arm, but sees something on the back of the younger squirrel. She takes her by the shoulder, turning her about to check what it was that she saw, just a sliver at above the panty waist band, just a few imperceptible shades off from her fur. Taking her finger to the panty waist band, Dr. Leary pulls on it and down a bit on Cathy’s rear end.

“What is that? A patch of some kind, for what?”,  Dr. Leary asks.

Cathy does not answer for a long moment of time.

“Well?”, Dr. Leary asks.

“It a Nicotine Patch.”, Katherine lets out.

 “Try gain. Nicotine Patches come in pink, not white. Now the only patch that comes in white, or at least fur color of its female user is a birth control patch. That makes her the sexually active one with males, and I will dare guess you are Fernando’s girlfriend.”, Dr. Leary tells her.

“I have a patch too.”, Katherine lets out.

“Then show me the patch then.”, Dr. Leary tells her.

“I took it off in changing it and this one dragged me out the house before I could put the other one on.”, Katherine explains.

“Then show me the shaved patch of skin where the patch was.”, Dr. Leary tells her.

Katherine sits there dumb struck at what she was told.

“You’re an idiot, Katherine.”, Cathy tells her.

“So you have one or do I have to give you a gynecological exam?”, Dr. Leary almost demands.

“I don’t have one.”, Katherine finally admits.

“So, you’re the one.”, Dr. Leary turns Cathy.

“I don’t know what you are talking about.”, Cathy tells her.

“I had my talk with Fernando, Rachel and the others, and I remember seeing you two at the hospital in New York. There was always talk of this one girlfriend of his that was causing him too much stress and trouble over nothing.”, Dr. Leary tells her, “Nothing because compared to his life and well being, a little intimacy and sexual pleasure is nothing.”

“I don’t know what you are talking about.”, Cathy throws at her.

“If you want to put it that way, how about I give you an SIV/SAIDS Test, and bar you from being close to him for the next three months.”, Dr. Leary tells her.

“I still don’t know what you are talking about.”, Cathy throws back at her.

“That patch says you’re sexually active. With whom remains to be seen. But since that is a total unknown, we don’t know if your lover or lovers have infected you with something. That is what we are going to find out here and now, one way or another.”, Dr. Leary throws at her, “An SIV/SAIDS infection can quarantine you for 12 weeks  for testing– that’s three months. Now which one shall it be.”

The twins look at each other, almost scared of the consequences of covering up nothing other than trying to bigger and badder than those around them.

“Alright! I am Fernando’ girl friend, or was! There! I said It!”, Cathy tells her out loud.

“And was the hell was your problem!”, Dr. Leary tells her just as loud, then gets louder, “If you did not want to have sex with him, you could have said No! Not Give Him The Hell Of Problems Of Giving Him Hell To Drop Your Stupid Panties! You Aggravated His Condition! Who Knows If He Will Recover From It?!! But I’m Going To Tell You This Much – Be A Bitch To Him, I’ll Be Ten Times The Bitch To You!”

“What The Fuck Is Your Concern In This Matter!”, Katherine  yells back at Dr. Leary.

“I’m his doctor for one. And a flying squirrel for another, and I am not going to watch our breed die as some of our kind are breeding with others, making non-flyers like you. He is a rare male, for like your kind, females out number males at birth 10 to 1. Accidents and trying to prove themselves to females kills more young males off, making flying males like Fernando even more rarer, and the both of you want to kill him?!! You’re lucky I don’t kill you instead, for you don’t know what you are messing with!”, Dr. Leary tells her off loudly. She then quiets down her tone, “Consider yourselves lucky that Rachel dropped the charges on you two, or else right now the both of you would be in jail right now being some jail bitch’s girlfriend or fucking the guards for protection.”

Katherine sits there with her jaw dropped, while Cathy leans on her arm continuing crying from the statements before.

“Don’t you dare not think that I know what is going on. I am close to that family because of him and his sister. They tell me everything.”,  Dr. Leary throws in.

The two of them recover enough to dare answer her, and do so in unison, “If they tell you everything, how do you know they are not lying!”

“Because the others verify everything that has been told to me. I even know about that anti-rape device you have in you. You better hope Fernando does not get caught in it because you wont take it out.”, Dr. Leary tells them, then takes Cathy by her arm again which she tries to pull back on, “Time for your shots. Struggle and it is going to going to hurt.”

This time she did not care, jabbing the vaccine needles at every nerve cluster that she knew off, making it hurt than it needed. The last needle taken from inside the elbow wrapped with an elastic band to draw blood into a test tube. Soon she was bandaged up before Dr. Leary puts a swab into her mouth.

“Keep that under your tongue while I vaccinate your sister.”, Dr. Leary tells her as she writes on the clip board and test tube label.

Cathy adjusts the swab to put it under her tongue, as Dr. Leary begins with her sister. Like her sister before, Dr. Leary gives Katherine the treatment, if not harsher as she tries to be brave about it.  The elastic band wrapped above the elbow as the last needle went to draw out blood, and then a swab was put into her mouth like her sister before.

Dr. Leary goes back to Cathy, taking out the swab from her mouth, looking at it for a second, writing notes and then puts it into and sealing it in a test tube by itself. She then takes the second swab from Katherine, looks at it, writes more notes and then puts the swab in a test tube by itself and seals it. It is followed with the standard check for temperature, heart and pulse rate, muscle tone and reflexes for the both of them, with everything noted down.

“You two can put on your clothes, we’re done for now.”, Dr. Leary begins to tell them, “If you are not feeling well by Wednesday, if you got a fever by then, call me. Its probably from the vaccines.”, Dr. Leary answers, handing her a pair of business cards. She then slides her seat back to her desk , finishing off a few notes on her clip board, “You two can leave now. Call Grace in for me, they are next.”

The twins look at each other for a moment, then turn to Dr. Leary.

“I need to ask you something.”, Katherine asks.

“What.”, Dr. Leary tells her.

“I think I am going to need birth control. Can you prescribe some for me?”, Katherine says and asks.

“No.”, Dr. Leary flatly denies her.

“No?!!”, Katherine holds back from shouting.

Dr. Leary pick up the sealed tube with the swab and another with blood in them, “This among other things, is a SIV/SAIDS test. During this time of the test, you are not to have sex or otherwise any other sexually intimate encounters with anyone for the next 12 weeks, especially with Fernando. Got that!”

“But… Why!”, they both say together.

“You both are being tested for both drugs and various diseases, including SIV infection. It is for that you are not to have any intimate encounters, for if you are infected, and infect Fernando, it is a crime to know and willingly SIV to the community. We will discuss this on your next appointment.”, Dr. Leary tells them, “Now get dressed and tell Grace to enter. She’s next.”

Without a word they comply. It takes them a minute to get dressed before leaving, Giving time for Dr. Leary to go back to her desk and write down a few notes. Grace enters the room a few seconds later.

“Hello? I was told to come in.”, Grace says at the doorway.

Dr. Leary looks at her for a short moment, and then points with her pen, “Get on the examination table, and takes your clothes off.”

Grace walks to the examination table, closing the room door behind her and starts to take her clothes off to her bare fur. Dr. Leary finishes her note taking and vaccine preparation. She takes a look towards her patient as she starts to walk to her seat by the examination table. Grace is sitting there naked with her legs tightly together and hands clenched tightly in her knees, hunched over and looking down at herself trying to cover what she can with what little she had.

“I did not mean for you to take everything off, but I do need to examine you totally.”, Dr. Leary tells her, “First off all, how do you feel after being changed into a boy?”

Grace looks up at her, “How do I feel? Like my normal self.”

“No ill or side effects?”, Dr. Leary asks.

“Nope.”, Grace answers.

“Do you like girls?”, Dr. Leary asks.

“Huh?”, Grace throws back at her.

“Like as in how?”, Grace asks.

“I just want to know if there are any linger effects of being turned into a boy.”, Dr. Leary asks.

“As sex partners or intimate friends who share our bodies, No. As friends as per that definition, only as friends. I don’t see girls in that way, only Fernando.”, Grace says before realizing what she had said and covers her mouth.

Dr. Leary reaches to her ands and slowly pries them off her mouth, “If I was your age, I would be dropping my panties for him every private moment we would have. “

“You would?”, Grace asks.

“You were?”, Dr. Leary tries to play it off that she did figured it out for herself.

“We all were. Rachel, not his sister Rachel, Cathy, me, and even Wandaline.”, Grace tells her more details, “It does not mean that we had orgies with him, or fucked all the time. It was what we could get with him when the opportunity made itself available. But it is a secret we all have to carry for our moms still think we are virgins.”

“Don’t worry about that. There is doctor/patient confidentiality, unless if something happens like one of you getting pregnant or a sexually transmitted disease.”, Dr. Leary tells her.

“That’s what I need to ask you about.”, Grace begins with a loss for words.

“Look. First lets examine you and give you your shots. We can talk about protection later.”, Dr. Leary tells her, “Now lay down on your back so I take a sonogram of your insides.”

“A what?”, Grace asks unsure of what she was told.

Dr. Leary reaches to the desk where she had the hand held device and shows it to her, “A sonogram – using ultrasonic sound waves that echoes back to this sensor, a picture is drawn of what is going on inside. See?” She turns on the device and shows the spinning light at the end of the probe. “First I have to see what’s inside, then I’ll show you your insides. Now I need you to lay down on your back facing up.”

Grace does as she was told, laying down on the examination table.

“Now this wont hurt a bit.”, Dr. Leary says as she places the spinning lighted tip against Grace’s pubis mound where the cleft of Labia Majora begins. She works the probe slowly from side to side, working her way up after each swipe. She takes a broader swipe when she makes her way to Grace’s abdomen. She takes a reversed path from Grace’s abdomen to her pubis mound and repeats the process again.

Dr. Leary looks at the display in her hand as she moves the probe up slowly with  slight side to side motion. She stops at the Pubis Mound for a moment n then starts at the lower abdomen.

“Hmmm...”, Dr. Leary hums inquisitively to herself.

“What?”, Grace asks.

“Everything looks normal, considering that you were turned into a boy the last time I saw you.”, Dr. Leary answers.

“I prefer to be as I am - 100 percent girl.”, Grace tells her

“Consider yourself lucky then. Some girls have problems being girls. Psychological problems are a major concern for them.”, Dr. Leary explains, then says, “Now stay still so I wont get  bad reading.”

Grace remains quiet and still as Dr. Leary works the probe high up on her abdomen and then from side to side. She works the probe back across and then down  stopping and removing the probe where she started. The probe gets put back on the pad on a molded holder.

“Well?”, Grace asks.

“You’re a 100 percent healthy female as far as this thing can tell me.”. Dr. Leary answers, then asks, “Experiencing any problems? Menstrual pains? Depression?”

“No.”, Grace answers, “Every thing seems to be normal with me.”

“Seems?”, Dr. Leary asks.

“You know, so far so good. Nothing to complain about.”,  Grace answers.

“Alright. Get up so I can give you your shots.”, Dr. Leary tells her.

Grace slowly gets up and sits on the edge of the examination table, as Dr. Leary wrote a couple of notes on her clipboard. She then takes the first of two vaccines. A quick bandaid on the injected areas brings no comfort, though Grace is handling it better than the girls before her. Dr. Leary checks  her temperature, heart and pulse rate, muscle tone and reflexes, with everything noted down.

“Looks like we’re done.”, Dr, Leary says to Grace, “You can get dressed while I finish up a few notes here. Tell Wandaline to come. She’s next.”

“Alright.”, Grace says as she starts to put on her clothes. A couple of minutes later, Grace steps out of the room, followed by Wandaline entering more than a minute later as Dr. Leary changes the examination table’s sheet.

“I’m next?”, Wandaline asks.

“Yeah.”, Dr. Leary answers, as she pats the examination table, “Sit here and take your clothes off. But leave your underwear on. This is just a basic examination.”

“OK.”, Wandaline says as she unbuttons her skirt, letting it fall to her ankles. She kicks it upwards and catches it with her hands. She folds it as she hops on the examination table. Her polo shirt comes off next, and gets folded, placed on top of the skirt she put at the end of the examination table. Her sneakers are taken off last and placed next to her clothes. All this happens as Dr. Leary steps to her desk and looks at Wandaline’s paper work, seeing that she only requires one booster shot along with her regular exam.

She prepares the vaccine and walks to the examination table with it. The hypodermic syringe the vaccine was in is placed on the examination table next to Wandaline. Dr. Leary looks at her for a moment with her arms crossed.

“Is there a problem?”, Wandaline asks.

“I don’t know what to say.”, Dr. Leary answers.

“What do you mean by that?”, Wandaline asks.

Dr. Leary takes the high seat by the examination table before answering, “I’m a woman  of science, but what you do defies everything I was taught to be right by the methods of science.”

“I don’t get it.”, Wandaline says.

“I’m a doctor, you’re a witch.”, Dr. Leary says.

“I’m an apprentice witch. My mom is the witch and my teacher.”, Wandaline replies.

“You managed to turn Grace into a boy, complete with development for her age.”, Dr. Leary tells her.

“That is a simple spell.”, Wandaline states almost too proudly.

“A simple spell? What can you do?”, Dr. Leary asks.

“Anything. But it depends on the spell, the materials needed if needed, and amount of energy to be used and its intention.”, Wandaline explains.

“Anything?”, Dr. Leary asks, “Can you make me a girl your age?”

“Why would you want to be my age?”, Wandaline asks, then says, “I mean, people want to live forever and remain young. But to be age reversed, very few people would want to relive their lives again.”

“Can you do it temporarily? Like a day?”, Dr. Leary asks.

“Can I ask why?”, Wandaline asks.

“I want to know why things are different in your time compared to mine.”, Dr. Leary answers.

“What do you mean by that?”, Wandaline asks.

“For one thing, sex. You girls, I’m not counting you though, but you girls are pushing for it and then bragging about it. When I was your age, when we had sex, it was kept quiet and secret between us and that boy, even if it was a squirrel harem situation like you girls are with Fernando.”, Dr. Leary answers in explanation.

“I would have to think about it.”, Wandaline replies.

“Don’t think too hard.”, Dr, Leary explains, “Though it is not for here and now. It can be a while before I make such a request.”

“Why don’t you ask my mother?”, Wandaline asks.

“I could ask her but I don’t think this should last a day. So why bother her?”, Dr. Leary asks.

“What if something goes wrong?”, Wandaline asks.

“Doubting your ability? A couple of days ago you turned Grace into a boy withoug batting an eyelash.”, Dr. Leary answers.

“Alright then. When would you want to do this?”, Wandaline asks.

“Look. You don’t worry about it for now. Maybe in a month or two, I’ll need to see my schedule.”, Dr. Leary answers. Then she adds, “You relax. I am going to give you a basic exam before giving you your shot. OK?”

“OK...”, Wandaline replies.

It only takes her a couple of minutes to check Wandaline’s temperature, heart and pulse rate, muscle tone and reflexes with everything getting noted down. Then Dr. Leary takes the syringe with the vaccine and jabs it into the meaty part of her upper arm by the shoulder. Though painful, Wandaline shows no signs of alarm or pain. An alcohol pad rub on the injection site and a bandaid, the exam was over.

“You can get dressed and go out. I think Juanita is the next and last patient for me to examine before we go to your new school orientation.”, Dr. Leary tells her. She goes back to her desk and finalizes her notes for Wandaline’s examination.

Wandaline gets dressed in a quick moment, then leaves the room quietly. Dr. Leary quickly cleans up the examination area before Juanita enters the room. Juanita enters as Dr. Leary looks over her medical file. She points to the examination table.

“Alright get undressed to your underwear.”, Dr. Leary says. Juanita does as she is told, taking off her clothes and folding them up beside her. “Hmmm...”, Dr. Leary says to herself.

“Something wrong?”, Juanita asks.

“No, nothing. You’re up to date on everything.”, Dr. Leary explains.

“So I can go?”, Juanita asks.

“No...”, Dr, Leary answers, adding, “Just a couple of questions before you can go.”

“Alright.”, Juanita replies.

“Good. Everything OK between you and Fernando?”, Dr. Leary begins.

“Things are OK.”, Juanita answers.

“OK? You and him have not been enjoying each other’s sexual intimacy?”, Dr. Leary asks.

“We only started having sex little over a week ago.”, Juanita answers.

“So you two haven’t during this time up to now?”, Dr. Leary asks.

“Well, things were busy. The Funeral in New York City, our friends moving in, too much stuff to handle for such a short time.”, Juanita answers.

“I see. Look, Juanita. If you want him to love you more, you will need to make the time for you two to share each other’s intimacy with each other.”, Dr. Leary begins, “There are now more girls vying for that in competition against you. It is they who will be with him when you want or need him. So you have to make sure you try to get more than your fair share just to break even against them.”

“I’ll wait for things to be a little less crazy, but I can assure you that no one else except Rachel has gotten close to him. And it will be like that for at least the next several days.”, Juanita explains.

“I hope you know what you’re doing. If I was your age, I would be exploring with him every hiding  and make out spot Pouncefield has and be dropping my panties for him every time we find a place.”, Dr. Leary replies.

“Well, right now there are no opportunities to do that. And you are not our age. So if this examination is over, its time for me to get dress and have you take us to school for orientation.”, Juanita tells her.

“Just one last question: Any pain, bleeding or feeling depressed since you two have been doing it?”, Dr. Leary asks.

“Nothing of the sort. In fact just the opposite.”, Juanita answers.

“I see. Good to hear that in the least. If you get sick, pain or feel out of place, Let me know.”, Dr. Leary responds to her, “You can put on your clothes and tell the others I’ll be out in a couple of minutes after I finish this paper work.”

“I’ll tell them, and we’ll be waiting.”, Juanita replies as she gathers her clothes.

As Dr. Leary goes to her desk to finish the paper work she has, Juanita puts on her polo shirt blouse. Her skirt was next followed by her sneakers, and she was on her way out of the office.

It takes Dr. Leary a minute to finish her paperwork on the girls but another five minutes to clean up her shared office space. The unused medicine and vaccines were brought back to their storage facility and keys returned to the receptionist. From the reception desk, she looks at Fernando and the girls.

“Anyone has to go to the bathroom before we go?”, Dr. Leary asks. Nearly everyone shakes their heads in answer. “Good, lets go.”, Dr. Leary adds and leads the way.

They were in the parking lot in less time than it took to get their originally. Without question, hesitation or being told too, the girls get into the car in the same seats which they arrived in. With everyone in place and seatbelts buckled, Dr. Leary begins the short drive across town to the school.
