A soft gentle hand nudges him on the shoulder, telling him “Time to wake up.”\n\nNot wanting to wake up as he is a late sleeper, the smell of food brings him to his senses. He sees the nurse from the evening before is the one nudging him awake while an older ewe in a hospital uniform, the ward’s dietician, prepares his coffee before she leave to take care of other patients.\n\n“What time is it?” He asks.\n\n“It’s 6 in the morning.” The nurse says and then points out, “Time to eat. I brought you your things, they are at the foot of the bed. The doctors will be in at around 7 to check up on you, they are the ones you talk too about leaving, but you should take my recommendation and stay a few days until you get better. You are in no condition to fight if they are to attack again.”\n\n“I do not want to be here when the police arrive.” Fernando tells her, before he thinks for a moment and asks, “My firearm along with my belongings?”\n\n“I’m afraid the police have that, along with your wallet too.” The nurse says.\n\n“My Sub should have my wallet, it is something we practiced. She is to take it if we are attacked, and use the money and identification inside to get shelter at various disclosed places. Only I know where those places are.” He explains before taking to the food.\n\n“Your records did say you are an interesting Dom.”[10] She replies. Fernando does not say a thing as he ate his food. The nurse continues to give him more information, “The DeerS are not going to help in your case, like they have not helped in anyone in the past, but many Doms and Subs out there are willing to step in and help when they can. In this I was able to find out that your Sub, Lambsie, is wanted by her former Dom for whatever reason. It is rare for slavers to go after a failed captured Sub but her former Dom wants her back for some reason and he has paid a heavy 7-figure price to get her. Some people just do not know how to let go, I guess.”\n\n“I do not believe it, because her former Dom is dirt poor right now. I think it might be more than that.” Fernando says.\n\n“How so?” The nurse asks.\n\n“I trained Lambsie to be able to crack any computer system out there and she was able to get to the Slavers’ database. It contains a list of targeted Subs and Doms to eliminate, along with a list of potential buyers. But to get this list, she accidently exposed herself and she was found out. Now they want the list as well as Lambsie. Dion wanting Lambsie back is only to divert attention to him if things go wrong. Of course, you know, Dion is willing any price he can to get Lambsie back despite me punching in his nose and sending him running away with his tail in between his legs. And I know he is dirt poor” Fernando explains.\n\n“Where is this list?” The nurse asks.\n\n“Embedded in a Micro-SD Card in a secret compartment in my padlock she wears.” He tells her.\n\n“Then...” The nurse begins to say.\n\n“Then it is important for me to leave and find her.” Fernando tells her.\n\n“I’ll see what I can do. If Dr. Rego in today, I’ll bring him here to you. He has several years experience of battle field medicine and he can fix you up so you can be released today if not tomorrow.” The nurse explains.\n\n“I’m leaving today no matter what.” He tells her.\n\n“Like hell you are.” A male voice enters the room as several detectives enter the room and a couple of uniformed police officers guard the doorway. Fernando turns to face them as they approach his bed. The one to make his statement continues as he puts a set of handcuffs to Fernando’s wrist, “You are under arrest for the homicides of four males at Grand Central Station.”\n\nFernando, though handcuffed at his wrist, Fernando grabs the detective by his wrist, “I declare diplomatic immunity and self defense of myself and my consort. Now release me this instant before your precinct captain gets a phone call from the Spanish Consulate and demand you and your friends to parking ticket detail for the rest of your careers for interfering in International Affairs.”\n\nThe detective and his fellow officers laugh before he slaps Fernando in the face before cuffing the loose end of the handcuffs to the bed. “Diplomatic immunity my fucking ass! You are under arrest and are to be detained until you recover from your injuries where you will be transferred to a detention facility.”[11]\n\n“Nurse, get the doctor.” Fernando tells her.\n\n“Don’t let her out.” The detective tells his fellow officers, making her freeze in her tracks.\n\n“Then I am entitled to my one free phone call? I want it now.” Fernando tells him.\n\n“By all means, you can use my phone.” The detective pulls out his iPhone and hands it to Fernando.\n\n“No, don’t. Use mine.” The nurse says.\n\n“No, I got this...” Fernando says as he takes the detective’s phone, and punches a 15-digit code on it. The phone rings a couple of times before it is answered. He talks into it, “This is Fernando G. I’m in Belview Hospital and have a situation where the police are not giving me my diplomatic immunity. I’m in ICU for injuries received defending myself and my date last night. Yes. Correct. Yes. That too as well. Thank you.” He gives back the phone to the detective.\n\nWithin a minute the cellphones of every other detective ring. Connected to a conference call the angered yelling voice of their supervising officer orders them to leave room, which they do. The detective challenging Fernando gets his ear chewed out by the supervising officer for the next couple of minutes. After he hangs up his iPhone, the detective uncuffs Fernando’s wrist and then the bed.\n\n“My deepest apologies, sir. I will see your personal items held at the precinct are returned immediately.” The detective tells him.\n\n“Give me your cellphone so I can tell the consulate to get your supervisor off your back.” Fernando tells him. The detective hands over his phone, which Fernando goes through it and types in the 15-digit code. He places the phone to his ear, “This is Fernando G. Situation has been rectified. Thank you.” He then returns the phone to the detective, “I expect all of my things you have at the stationhouse here within a half hour.”\n\n“Yes sir. I will personally see to their return myself!” the detective says before he leaves the room.\n\nFernando and the nurse watch the detective leave the room and then wait for a while before they speak.\n\n“Good to have friends in high places you can call on.” The nurse says.\n\n“You think I called the consulate? That was my twin sister, I called. She did the rest.” He tells her.\n\n“Then why call her a second time?” The nurse asks.\n\n“Who says I called anyone? I simply went through his call logs and deleted my call off the list and pretended have a conversation with somebody. He would not be able to bring it back even if he sent it Apple to get it. He’s lucky I did not revert his iPhone[12] back to factory settings and have everything deleted.” Fernando tells her, “Now, about that doctor?”\n\n“I’ll see to it right away.” The nurse says before she leaves.\n\nWith the nurse gone, Fernando puts as much of his clothing as possible. At least he is able to put on everything below the wait.\n\n7:30AM\n\nLambsie wakes up, getting out of the bed and washes up in the suite’s bathroom. Drying herself off she stands by the mirror in the bathroom and looks at herself, often thinking if she is doing the right thing for her Dom and wonders why he lets her to have so much when other Doms would give little to their Subs. Though it is not always true, there is more talk of abusive Doms out there doing mean things to their Subs than there are of kind and caring Doms doing right for their Subs. In actuality, there are more kind and caring Doms than there are abusive ones. \n\nShe runs her fingers on her arm, finding her wool has started to grow back as stubble on her skin. She lets out a sigh as she looks at the toiletries around the vanity, only finding a cheap plastic Men’s Razor and hotel brand some shaving cream. It is not enough for her to do her entire body with. She lets out a sigh as she looks at the razor before putting it down. Only choice she has is to take a slow and long vegetarian breakfast, before going to the mall and hopefully find a travel shearing kit for her sheep needs. She goes back to the bedroom of the suite to go through the items of clothing she has bought the day before. She puts on a simple shirt with a short jean skirt and sneakers, taking her fancy dress and silk intimate undergarments into a bag and pocketing Fernando’s wallet and the room’s keys, she leaves the room to make several stops. With a few adjustments, the shirt’s collar hides her DeerS collar.\n\nFirst she goes to the hotel’s personal service area, where the hotel runs a dry cleaning service to certain clientele. After proving who she was, she gives the counter person her fancy dress and silk undergarments for them to clean. She tells the counter person that she would get her things in the afternoon for an evening party. She then goes into the hotel restaurant and orders herself a vegetarian breakfast cereal with almond milk. A raspberry fruit pastry dessert and Soy Latte Tea ends her hour-long breakfast. She signs the bill before leaving for the Mid Manhattan Mall. Being a sheep limits her to a vegetarian diet, unlike her Dom Fernando, who by being a Sciuridae is an omnivore and does eat meat.\n\nA quick stop at the bank allows her to withdraw a couple thousand dollars from the account after talking with one of the managers there. Being a DeerS member herself and aware of the situation as the information was passed down through the network, the bank manager gives her total cooperation and assistance she needs. The manager also gives her some DeerS information of the local Subs who work in the area in case she needs help.\n\nLambsie then head into the Mid Manhattan Mall and looks for a toiletry kit designed for sheep, which would include a portable electric razor. She does not find one in the mall but a block away, she does find one at the Macy’s Department Store. Paying for it in cash limits the paper trail somebody may get on her. \n\n\nAt the hospital the detective returns with Fernando’s firearm, smartphone, and other personal items confiscated at the scene of the crime while Dr. Rego attends to the soft-cast Fernando wears for his broken ribs. \n\n“Understand that you will have trouble breathing until the bones begin to heal. Thus you will not be able to run away in this condition and another hard hit to the area will kill you. Reconsider remaining here for at least a couple of days so you can be in better shape.” Dr. Rego explains to him with the detective within ear-shot of what is being said.\n\n“There are more important things to deal with than the threat on my life which needs my personal attention too. I’m sure the detective here will keep score to the body count which I promise to keep to a minimum, but note that if I have to defend myself again, he better understand that number will go up.” Fernando tells doctor but making sure the detective hears it.\n\n“If you want police protection...”[13] The detective begins to say.\n\n“Hold it right there, copper!” Fernando tells him, “Do not give me that bull crap about giving me or anyone else protection. Be glad I did not complain about your men’s delay to the situation – arriving several minutes after the gun fight was over when your men were across the street at Grand Central Station! I’m pretty sure the news media would want to hear about that!”\n\nThe detective could not say a word as Fernando’s statement was more than just true. The police was there and could have arrested the Slavers but instead they did nothing. At best all he can do is leave the room.\n\n“You sure I cannot persuade you from leaving this medical facility?” Dr. Rego asks.\n\n“How about you just shut up and give me those papers to sign before I walk out of here on my own two feet without signing anything.” Fernando tells him.\n\nThe doctor gives Fernando the clip board of release and denial of medical service to sign. Fernando goes through each page and signs them before handing them back to the doctor. After a few finishing touches, Fernando gets up off the bed, breathing heavily as if the mere act has exhausted him. He takes a second to recompose himself.\n\n“Is there a back exit I can leave? No, never mind. I got it figured out.” Fernando tells them before leaving his room and then the ICU ward. It only takes him a couple of minutes to get to the main floor, and then glancing over the various signs, finding the one he was looking for. He walks in through the patient admittance area into the rear of the emergency medical ward. He walks around pretending to look for a family relative until he makes his way to the ambulance bay. He finds a couple of EMTs packing up their things as they prepare to leave. “Excuse me fellas.” He approaches them, pulling out a couple of bills of large domination to show them, “I’ll make it worth your while to take me out of this area. If you can, preferably by Penn Station.”\n\nThe two EMTs look at each other and then at the money Fernando was showing. One of them reaches for the money which Fernando pulls away from their reach and back into your pocket, “Drop me off first, then you will get paid.”\n\n“Alright, get in the back.” One of the EMTs says as he points to the rear door of the ambulance.\n\n“Thanks.” Fernando tells him as he hops into the ambulance. The doctors will be in at around 7 to check up on you, they are the ones you talk too about leaving, but you should take my recommendation and stay a few days until you get better. You are in no condition to fight if they are to attack again.”

“I do not want to be here when the police arrive.” Fernando tells her, before he thinks for a moment and asks, “My firearm along with my belongings?”

“I’m afraid the police have that, along with your wallet too.” The nurse says.

“My Sub should have my wallet, it is something we practiced. She is to take it if we are attacked, and use the money and identification inside to get shelter at various disclosed places. Only I know where those places are.” He explains before taking to the food.

“Your records did say you are an interesting Dom.”[10] She replies. Fernando does not say a thing as he ate his food. The nurse continues to give him more information, “The DeerS are not going to help in your case, like they have not helped in anyone in the past, but many Doms and Subs out there are willing to step in and help when they can. In this I was able to find out that your Sub, Lambsie, is wanted by her former Dom for whatever reason.  It is rare for slavers to go after a failed captured Sub but her former Dom wants her back for some reason and he has paid a heavy 7-figure price to get her. Some people just do not know how to let go, I guess.”

“I do not believe it, because her former Dom is dirt poor right now. I think it might be more than that.” Fernando says.

“How so?” The nurse asks.

“I trained Lambsie to be able to crack any computer system out there and she was able to get to the Slavers’ database. It contains a list of targeted Subs and Doms to eliminate, along with a list of potential buyers. But to get this list, she accidently exposed herself and she was found out. Now they want the list as well as Lambsie. Dion wanting Lambsie back is only to divert attention to him if things go wrong. Of course, you know, Dion is willing any price he can to get Lambsie back despite me punching in his nose and sending him running away with his tail in between his legs. And I know he is dirt poor” Fernando explains.

“Where is this list?” The nurse asks.

“Embedded in a Micro-SD Card in a secret compartment in my padlock she wears.” He tells her.

“Then...” The nurse begins to say.

“Then it is important for me to leave and find her.” Fernando tells her.

“I’ll see what I can do. If Dr. Rego in today, I’ll bring him here to you. He has several years experience of battle field medicine and he can fix you up so you can be released today if not tomorrow.” The nurse explains.

“I’m leaving today no matter what.” He tells her.

“Like hell you are.” A male voice enters the room as several detectives enter the room and a couple of uniformed police officers guard the doorway. Fernando turns to face them as they approach his bed. The one to make his statement continues as he puts a set of handcuffs to Fernando’s wrist, “You are under arrest for the homicides of four males at Grand Central Station.”

Fernando, though handcuffed at his wrist, Fernando grabs the detective by his wrist, “I declare diplomatic immunity and self defense of myself and my consort. Now release me this instant before your precinct captain gets a phone call from the Spanish Consulate and demand you and your friends to parking ticket detail for the rest of your careers for interfering in International Affairs.”

The detective and his fellow officers laugh before he slaps Fernando in the face before cuffing the loose end of the handcuffs to the bed. “Diplomatic immunity my fucking ass! You are under arrest and are to be detained until you recover from your injuries where you will be transferred to a detention facility.”[11]

“Nurse, get the doctor.” Fernando tells her.

“Don’t let her out.” The detective tells his fellow officers, making her freeze in her tracks.

“Then I am entitled to my one free phone call? I want it now.” Fernando tells him.

“By all means, you can use my phone.” The detective pulls out his iPhone and hands it to Fernando.

“No, don’t. Use mine.” The nurse says.

“No, I got this...” Fernando says as he takes the detective’s phone, and punches a 15-digit code on it. The phone rings a couple of times before it is answered. He talks into it, “This is Fernando G. I’m in Belview Hospital and have a situation where the police are not giving me my diplomatic immunity. I’m in ICU for injuries received defending myself and my date last night. Yes. Correct. Yes. That too as well. Thank you.” He gives back the phone to the detective.

Within a minute the cellphones of every other detective ring. Connected to a conference call the angered yelling voice of their supervising officer orders them to leave room, which they do. The detective challenging Fernando gets his ear chewed out by the supervising officer for the next couple of minutes. After he hangs up his iPhone, the detective uncuffs Fernando’s wrist and then the bed.

“My deepest apologies, sir. I will see your personal items held at the precinct are returned immediately.” The detective tells him.

“Give me your cellphone so I can tell the consulate to get your supervisor off your back.” Fernando tells him. The detective hands over his phone, which Fernando goes through it and types in the 15-digit code. He places the phone to his ear, “This is Fernando G. Situation has been rectified. Thank you.” He then returns the phone to the detective, “I expect all of my things you have at the stationhouse here within a half hour.”

“Yes sir. I will personally see to their return myself!” the detective says before he leaves the room.

Fernando and the nurse watch the detective leave the room and then wait for a while before they speak.

“Good to have friends in high places you can call on.” The nurse says.

“You think I called the consulate? That was my twin sister, I called. She did the rest.” He tells her.

“Then why call her a second time?” The nurse asks.

“Who says I called anyone? I simply went through his call logs and deleted my call off the list and pretended have a conversation with somebody. He would not be able to bring it back even if he sent it Apple to get it. He’s lucky I did not revert his iPhone[12] back to factory settings and have everything deleted.” Fernando tells her, “Now, about that doctor?”

“I’ll see to it right away.” The nurse says before she leaves.

With the nurse gone, Fernando puts as much of his clothing as possible. The connected wires to his life monitoring machine keep him from putting on his shirt. At least he is able to put on everything below the wait.

7:30AM

Lambsie wakes up, getting out of the bed and washes up in the suite’s bathroom. Drying herself off she stands by the mirror in the bathroom and looks at herself, often thinking if she is doing the right thing for her Dom and wonders why he lets her to have so much when other Doms would give little to their Subs. Though it is not always true, there is more talk of abusive Doms out there doing mean things to their Subs than there are of kind and caring Doms doing right for their Subs. In actuality, there are more kind and caring Doms than there are abusive ones.

She runs her fingers on her arm, finding her wool has started to grow back as stubble on her skin. She lets out a sigh as she looks at the toiletries around the vanity, only finding a cheap plastic Men’s Razor and hotel brand some shaving cream. It is not enough for her to do her entire body with. She lets out a sigh as she looks at the razor before putting it down. Only choice she has is to take a slow and long vegetarian breakfast, before going to the mall and hopefully find a travel shearing kit for her sheep needs. She goes back to the bedroom of the suite to go through the items of clothing she has bought the day before. She puts on a simple shirt with a short jean skirt and sneakers, taking her fancy dress and silk intimate undergarments into a bag and pocketing Fernando’s wallet and the room’s keys, she leaves the room to make several stops. With a few adjustments, the shirt’s collar hides her DeerS collar.

First she goes to the hotel’s personal service area, where the hotel runs a dry cleaning service to certain clientele. After proving who she was, she gives the counter person her fancy dress and silk undergarments for them to clean. She tells the counter person that she would get her things in the afternoon for an evening party. She then goes into the hotel restaurant and orders herself a vegetarian breakfast cereal with almond milk. A raspberry fruit pastry dessert and Soy Latte Tea ends her hour-long breakfast. She signs the bill before leaving for the Mid Manhattan Mall. Being a sheep limits her to a vegetarian diet, unlike her Dom Fernando, who by being a Sciuridae is an omnivore and does eat meat.

A quick stop at the bank allows her to withdraw a couple thousand dollars from the account after talking with one of the managers there. Being a DeerS member herself and aware of the situation as the information was passed down through the network, the bank manager gives her total cooperation and assistance she needs. The manager also gives her some DeerS information of the local Subs who work in the area in case she needs help.

Lambsie then head into the Mid Manhattan Mall and looks for a toiletry kit designed for sheep, which would include a portable electric razor. She does not find one in the mall but a block away, she does find one at the Macy’s Department Store. Paying for it in cash limits the paper trail somebody may get on her.


At the hospital the detective returns with Fernando’s firearm, smartphone, and other personal items confiscated at the scene of the crime while Dr. Rego attends to the soft-cast Fernando wears for his broken ribs.

“Understand that you will have trouble breathing until the bones begin to heal. Thus you will not be able to run away in this condition and another hard hit to the area will kill you. Reconsider remaining here for at least a couple of days so you can be in better shape.” Dr. Rego explains to him with the detective within ear-shot of what is being said.

“There are more important things to deal with than the threat on my life which needs my personal attention too. I’m sure the detective here will keep score to the body count which I promise to keep to a minimum, but note that if I have to defend myself again, he better understand that number will go up.” Fernando tells doctor but making sure the detective hears it.

“If you want police protection...”[13] The detective begins to say.

“Hold it right there, copper!” Fernando tells him, “Do not give me that bull crap about giving me or anyone else protection. Be glad I did not complain about your men’s delay to the situation – arriving several minutes after the gun fight was over when your men were across the street at Grand Central Station! I’m pretty sure the news media would want to hear about that!”

The detective could not say a word as Fernando’s statement was more than just true. The police was there and could have arrested the Slavers but instead they did nothing. At best all he can do is leave the room.

“You sure I cannot persuade you from leaving this medical facility?” Dr. Rego asks.

“How about you just shut up and give me those papers to sign before I walk out of here on my own two feet without signing anything.” Fernando tells him.

The doctor gives Fernando the clip board of release and denial of medical service to sign. Fernando goes through each page and signs them before handing them back to the doctor. After a few finishing touches, Fernando gets up off the bed, breathing heavily as if the mere act has exhausted him. He takes a second to recompose himself.

“Is there a back exit I can leave? No, never mind. I got it figured out.” Fernando tells them before leaving his room and then the ICU ward. It only takes him a couple of minutes to get to the main floor, and then glancing over the various signs, finding the one he was looking for. He walks in through the patient admittance area into the rear of the emergency medical ward. He walks around pretending to look for a family relative until he makes his way to the ambulance bay. He finds a couple of EMTs packing up their things as they prepare to leave. “Excuse me fellas.” He approaches them, pulling out a couple of bills of large domination to show them, “I’ll make it worth your while to take me out of this area. If you can, preferably by Penn Station.”

The two EMTs look at each other and then at the money Fernando was showing. One of them reaches for the money which Fernando pulls away from their reach and back into your pocket, “Drop me off first, then you will get paid.”

“Alright, get in the back.” One of the EMTs says as he points to the rear door of the ambulance.

“Thanks.” Fernando tells him as he hops into the ambulance. In a couple of minute they were on their way to Penn Station.

10 – Fernando carries other forms of identification, including a Med-Alert bracelet that states various medications he is allergic too or does not work on him. The identification number on the bracelet connects to other personal information digitally, including, to those who know how to access it, the DeerS Database.

11 – In New York City and Washington DC, during the 1980s and 90s, Soviet/Russian embassy workers abused “Diplomatic Immunity” when caught in various crime activities, including: extortion, murder, and millions of dollars of owed parking tickets. Because of this the UN General Council decided that Diplomatic Immunity only gives limited protection from prosecution, depending on the crime.

12 – Setting an iPhone back to factory settings erases all of the information on it. It is a procedure that takes several minutes to do but once it is initiated, it cannot be stopped.

13 – Personal police protection does not exist, even if one has an order of protection. It cannot be performed because the police department is overwhelmed with the job of law enforcement and protection as it is. Thus Fernando points this fact out to the detective.
