", "writing": "A couple of days later (Friday) Tonya goes to Maria’s house for studying. Though it is going into the final weeks of June, there is a lot of studying for the city and state exams that determines one ability to advance to the next grade or graduate from school. The problem is, one can have high grades in class but fail the exams, and they get held back the next year or have to do summer school. Neither Tonya nor Maria, like everyone else, do not want to get held back. For Fernando and Alex that means being able to graduate into high school for the next school year.\n\nMost of the exam and exam prep days are shorter than regular school days. Thus at around 1:30 PM Maria waits for Tonya outside the school so they can walk together to her home. In Maria’s bedroom they study the easy courses first to get them out of the way. Maria gets up to get some snacks and drinks before they continued with their study and homework of the harder courses. The snacks and drinks is put on the floor by the wall.\n\nTonya steps up to Maria after she put the snacks on the floor out of the way, and asks, “Would you want to practice kissing again?” \n\nMaria answers, “I wanted to ask but did not know how, I mean, without you thinking badly of me for asking... Maybe in asking you would think I’m a bull-dagger bitch chasing after you.”\n\n“You and I are not bull-dagger lesbos. Though it is going into the final weeks of June, there is a lot of studying for the city and state exams that determines one ability to advance to the next grade or graduate from school. The problem is, one can have high grades in class but fail the exams, and they get held back the next year or have to do summer school. Most of the exam and exam prep days are shorter than regular school days. Thus at around 1:30 PM Maria waits for Tonya outside the school so they can walk together to her home.
